This review is for Eddie Pinero. I am so happy to have Eddie at this dealership. I had a terribly frustrating experience with my sound system on a brand new 2021 car. Eddie handled the situation very well with his professionalism, charisma, and patience. He followed up with me every day and kept me up to speed with the process at the service center, allowing me not to lose it! Any time I called in, he was there for all my questions and concerns. Eddie is trustworthy, reliable, and a star member of this dealership. Eddie is your guy!

Jeepers - Tony n Mols
The service we received on our Jeep, met and exceeded our expectations, way over a "10", as it always is at WP CJD!! Chris is a phenomenal Jeep mechanic, and his work is flawless every time, no matter how challenging ! His knowledge and expertise are amazing, and we feel so lucky to have him. He did such a great job! Wow! He has our 100% customer loyalty. And then there's Rena! She is so knowledgeable and efficient, and makes us feel like royalty ! We always look forward to seeing her, she makes us feel really special! After 10 years of doing business with you, of describing the best service ever, I'm starting to run out of "praise" words for Rena and Chris, and that's about the highest compliment anyone could get! These two are the greatest examples of what you, Mr. DeFeo, are all about, what your dealership is defined by, and you are so blessed and lucky to have them! Mr. DeFeo, please give these two exemplary employees recognition for the outstanding and above-the-norm jobs that they so consistently do! Chris and Rena are truly the heartbeat of your business, and huge assets!!!! Rena and Chris, we appreciate you, always! And a special thanks to Victor Rodriguez for also making us feel like valued customers, for his knowledge and special Jeep expertise, and for great “Jeep” talks!

Usually after your car is serviced it bought out to the customer. 9/20 & 12/20 it was bought out to me.. My last visit 4/9 it wasn’t.. I understand routines change but it would have been nice if the cashier after taking my payment would have informed me where to pick my car up. Instead she let me stand right by the door by the cashiers window for a good 10 minutes before I asked her if they were bringing my car out.. she looked at me like I had 10 heads & said no and pointed to the back!!! I go back where I dropped my car off that morning & asked the young man is this where I get my ?!! I told him it’s usually bought out on the other side..He then says “There’s a BIG sign” he emphasized big I told him I’d been coming here for yrs & it’s usually bought to the customer!! Customers should be informed where they should pick their car up! It’s not hard to do! I really miss the old owners😩

A review that is long over due for terrible service - FOXINNJ
Every time I take my car in for service, I am always reminded of why I have to go to a Jeep service center that is further from my home than Major World. I dealt with a service “manager” named John. Because of him I refuse to return to Major World. He was unprofessional, displayed zero customer service, and apparently runs a disorganized office. This service center did nothing to resolved my car issues and actually allowed me to go home with my car With the same issues that I came in for. They stated they took a look at it but did not resolve or find the issues that clearly were there. I had to go to my current service center to find out that Major World did not address my issues line they said they did. I use this car to drive my children and to allow me to leave this service center with these issues still in place, is dangerous in my eyes. I called corporate because of the service or lack there of, from them.
horrible. - unsatisfied customer
Horrible place to buy a car.
I was hoping they were a brand new business because none of them know what theyre doing. But apparently theyve been open for a few years.
First they forgot to get copies of our licenses so we had to send them pictures, no big deal. On the way home from the dealership the traction control light came on the dash and it started shifting strange with the rpms jumping. Then the check engine light came on. All on the way home from the dealership. Not such a big deal, they told us to bring it back so they can fix it. We brought it back, they got the lights to go off, then a half hour after leaving the traction control light came on and it started shifting weird again. At this point the owner starts telling us that we have to call the bank and tell them the car is running good so he could get his money from them, we didnt wanna give the bank false information so we waited until it was running good to call them . The owner said it couldn't wait and we had to call them right away otherwise we would lose our down payment and have to bring The vehicle back, I called the bank and asked them if that was true, they said thats not true. They said they could wait until its fixed. The vehicle is under warranty but we didnt trust them to fix it at that point. So we brought it to a local garage and paid to get it fixed. They did it with no problem. Owner was supposed to reimburse us but that hasn't happened. Then we realize its past due for an oil change. Had to go pay for that as well. While getting the oil change at a local shop I asked to to look it over and let me know if they think it will pass an inspection. They found a coolant leak and an oil leak, then showed me the inside of the tires were worn down to the metal so theres no way it would pass. All laws say that vehicles have to be sold with good tires. We put 2,500 down and will be paying for it for the next 4 years, we trusted that it would be good enough to pass inspection. I asked the owner if he would get us good tires and he wanted to wait until the bank approved the loan. 3 days before our temporary plate expired they contacted us amd said the bank still needed more information. We gave them what they needed but didn't get a response until the day that our tag expired. Now its been a week since the bank approved the loan and the dealership still hasn't processed our registration or provided us with a license plate. The owner doesn't wanna talk about the tires, and we just got a letter from the bank saying they still didn't get proof of our licenses. After we gave them our licenses to copy in person, then sent them pictures of our licenses They still haven't sent it to the bank. Owner and employees are incompetent and disrespectful. We have bought enough vehicles in the past to know that something is seriously wrong with this place. As a father with 3 kids I truly wish I wouldve went somewhere else and I wouldn't want to see anyone go through this. The owner also told me this is just one deal for him and really doesnt matter to him anyway, he told me when its processed they won't be able to mail the license plate to me, ill have to drive 2 hours to go pick it up on bald tires. I'm really hoping he will replace the tires when we get there but he hasn't said that he will. He just avoids the question. I've literally never left a bad review on anything in my life but this is too much.

Proceed with caution. In November 2020, I brought my Jeep Cherokee 2012 Overland with 100,000 miles in for a transmission oil change on a Thursday. I was also having them check my air vent system in the cabin and the front end suspension for squeaking noises as well. I received an estimate for all repairs that same day.
By Friday morning, I advised the service department just to do the transmission oil change. By Friday evening I was told the transmission oil change wouldn't not be finished that day because too many bolts were rusted.
By Saturday, I had to call several times to reach someone to find out that still too many bolts were rusted and a peice broke requiring a replacement part to be ordered. (the story changes here) The service liason I was on the phone with that Saturday said it is common to have troube with rusted bolts when working on front end suspension. I was confused. I had to clarify the suspension was not being worked on and that i was only receiving a transmission oil change. He said i was right. Still, to this day, I was never told what part was ordered and replaced.
Sunday they're closed. By Monday morning I received a text message from my assigned service department employee that my left shock blew that morning coming off of the lift and the Jeep was not drivable. I was told I would have to pay for it and it would cost $1200 for the repair... $900 air suspension replacement and $300 labor. I asked to speak to a manager. My car came in drivable and I wanted to have my Jeep back drivable... u was not paying for something that broke in their possession. No manager was available that day on Monday.
A manager called me back the next day on Tuesday. I asked what happened to my shock. How could it blow out if only transmission fluid was being replaced? She said it randomly happened (this is where the story changes again). The manager claims the service shop heard a large bang on Friday and didn't realize the bang was from my shock blowing out until Monday, when coming off the lift. She was kind enough to offer to pay for half of the repair, $600. But, I was still paying $600 for a repair on something that was not broken when I dropped off my car and it wasn't even being serviced on, yet they did inspect it as part of my request to check my suspension. Now, suddenly the car is not drivable and I was forced to repair the car?
The transmission fluid change seems to be fine so far. I still spent $600 on the air shock,, something that the dealership claims broke while in their possession, but they weren't servicing. The story changed so many times that it's hard to have trust in this service department. Very big let down.

Great people, horrible experience though.
After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly.
At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience.
But it gets better..
After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.
