Great car - great team - Bbhicks
We found the perfect car at Koeppel and they were able to offer it to us for the right price. The salesperson Syriah Henry was wonderful in giving us the information we needed and moving the process forward without pressuring us to buy. The after sales customer experience has also been really positive. We had to take off a star because the purchase took us over 5 hours and we weren’t ultimately able to take the car home that day as we were given incorrect information by the manager for registering the car in NJ. The dealership did however lend us a loaner car for a weekend and we were able to pick up our car the following week.
Easy No Hassel Transaction - fko1
Buying a car can be a less than pleasant experience. However with Luke and Wayne Ford it was the exact opposite. There were no games, tricks or run arounds.

I was helped by Vinny Capone. He made buying my first car very easy and smooth. He was very professional and friendly. He made me feel like I was apart of their ford family.
Great experience dealing with the staff at Park Ford - Lenny
I had a great experience working with Nick D'Andrea. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a new car or truck to go to Park Ford, and ask for Nick.
He really is a true professional and is attentive to what I was looking for in a truck.
This is the second truck that I have purchased at Park Ford.
Low pressure old school Mom and Pop dealer - Tyemow03
Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you’re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you.
Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car.
After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all...
I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw.
This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I’m not sure when that’ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.
Better than New! - WestEssexBuyer
The 2014 Edge left the dealership looking like a new car but without a new car price. The Edge was sparkling and ready to go! With less than 30,000 miles the car drove and shows like a brand new vehicle.
NEVER BUY A FORD - NEVERBUYFORD
Ford has no loyalty and they do not stand behind their vehicles. They are poorly made vehicles and I have had nothing but problems with my Explorer and they are unwilling to help in any way. Recall after recall and now want me to pay $2,200 for recalled steering rack. DO NOT BUY FORD!!! Also 3 years old and 9 rust spots that they wanted me to pay over $2,000 for. HOW DOES A 3 ayear old car at the time RUST and wants customer to pay for. Too many problems to write! I just know I will NEVER buy a Ford again!
Above and Beyond Salesman - Yankees1
My wife and I recently bought 2 cars from here, mostly because of the great compassionate salesman Hector Ramos. He made us feel welcomed and not pressured. Our uncertainty didn’t change his positive attitude in helping us get out of my lease and purchase a new car for my wife. I will always go to him. Outstanding!!! Highly recommend Hector Ramos, will definitely recommend him to all...
Great Experience - lstbutifulgrl
I had been looking to upgrade from an Edge to an Explorer for several months. Quality didn't have the car I wanted, so I held off. Eliud kept looking and finally found one I wanted at another deanship in NY. Not only did he go pick up the car for me but had it prepped and processed the paperwork that same day. From locating the car to having the car in my driveway was less than 48 hours. Great experience.
They don't care about Ford customers - TheMuffStuff
Had the worst absolute experience at this dealership. Took my car in for service to get a recall done, according to the recall papers, we are provided a rental car for up to 4 days, potentially longer depending on how long the recall takes. Not only did they first tell me, "We have no loaner cars", they told me that since we did not buy the vehicle there, we aren't entitled to a loaner regardless. Not only did I call corporate and get that statement invalidated, I also called 3 local dealerships who confirmed it does not matter where the car was purchased. So I just want to thank All American for wasting my time, and honestly being one of the worst dealership experiences I have had in a while.

Worth the drive - KG
Had been looking for a 2015 and newer Lariat extended cab in a certain price range, nothing within 1.5 hours of me was available. Drove 2 hours to Leo Kaytes, test drove the truck. I worked with a salesman named Chris who was very helpful, he had made a video of the truck for me the night before to show me the features and what it looked like. They didn't come down on price, but they had just lowered it two days before I felt it was still a good deal at asking price. Some minor hiccups lead to me being there longer than I expected, but overall I was happy. Make sure you ask about financing options as I had to ask about the Ford CPO rates as they hadn't run them, made a significant difference.
Don’t waste your time - Ihateryeford
Don’t waste your time like I did. Worked a deal and the dealership backed out after agreement made. Dealership didn’t even care to try and work it out. Terrible business

Service manager Donna is a conniving liar. If i can give zero stars i would have. Steer clear and go to another Ford dealership to purchase/lease and service your vehicle. This last vehicle was my family’s fifth lease through Smith Cairns Ford. I had to retain a lemon law attorney to expose the incompetent service department at Smith Cairns Ford, and the trove of lies Donna fed me for months. My vehicle was a lemon from the outset. Service engine light illuminated twice in first 1500 miles. According to service department it was a solenoid sensor the first time. The second time the service department couldn’t determine the reason for the service engine light illuminating again. Donna gave me the runaround for much of the over 30 days that my vehicle was out of service. She told that they would not release my vehicle back to me until service department determined the cause of the issue. Naturally, donna flopped when my vehicle was taking up space, and was exhausting too much up the technician(s) time to keep trouhleshooting and coming up empty. Donna caved in to Ford manufacturer’s demands via email communication in Michigan, which was to release my vehicle despite not being able to determine why my service engine light illuminated for a second time. I waited nearly a year to post this review because of the legal process between Ford manufacturer, and my lemon law attorney had to play out. It just concluded this past week with a favorable judgement awarded to me. Smith Cairns Ford doctored invoice dates amongst things, and thankfully i kept my text conversations with the service advisor to expose their lies some more. The bottom line is Smith Cairns Ford does not care for customer safety, nor do they care about loyalty. There is no “customer service” in instances like mine. The dealership passes the buck to Ford the manufacturer, and Ford the manufacturer tells the customer to deal with the dealership because they are privately owned. Smith Cairns Ford ONLY cares about the bottom line. Customers have a choice where to purchase their vehicles, and where to service their vehicles. Do not go to Smith Cairns Ford. While my situation is isolated, it showed the true colors of Smith Cairns Ford when these types of things do happen. Save yourself the agony of not dealing with dishonest, unethical, and incompetent employees at Smith Cairns Ford.
Not serius sevirce and parts - O GG
Go to Ford to mainuntenance at 7:40 AM and to check damage tires.Them find they not have invetory for a FORD transit 350 2017 .So this is a service center or dealer of LEXUS,GMC or another car because they not have theu own tires existence in place. That make you wasted time waiting for a problem that could be solved have a good management to take care of supply and parts. Also the costumer have low opinions is go to a dealer who don' t have spare tires avalable of the vehicles they sales.I going to service my car on the future in other dealer .This of Hackensack die in my appreciation as costumer
BEYOND EXCELLENT - VinnyM
I have my Ford 500 now since 2006 and I HAVE NEVER experienced anything bad with Louie and Phil in the service area. I cannot talk more highly of their mechanics and how they really care about the customer and the vehicle.
A complete turn off - esqgirl62
My husband and I decided to buy a new Ford Explorer. We visited the Ford dealer in Pleasantville because its close to where we live, We were greeted by a salesman named Stefan Manos and told him we were interested in a Ford Explorer. He asked us to have a seat at his desk to gather some information. After a few minutes, he excused himself to get us a brochure. My husband said to me " I smell liquor on his breath, I think he's drunk" When he returned to the desk, I realized that my husband was right. His speech was slurred and it looked like he was struggling to keep his eyes open. I thanked him for the information, and said I would get back to him after my wife and I had reviewed the brochure. We regret giving him our contact information, as we will not buy a car from a place that employs someone like that. I can't imagine that we were the only customers that he has come in contact with while being inebriated. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.
My experience at Ford in Paramus was nothing less than... - Sankofa
My experience at Ford in Paramus was nothing less than stellar. From the moment I entered the building I was welcomed and attended to. From choosing my car to driving away the same day and everything in between, the employees who were part of the process truly went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Ford was a pleasant one.
