So this is my 2nd Ford lease. My first lease would have been up in May. We were in the area of Ford Koeppel and decided to drop by and learn more about my options. Jonathan Clark was there to help and answer all our questions. First off, didnt even know we could exchange the lease early. Jonathan clarified the options we had. We told him we were looking for a bigger car because we have a big family. We were already interested in the Explorer. He explained the different packages and never tried to force an option or package on us. We felt very comfortable with Jonathan. And when it came to pricing he worked with us and the sales manager to get close to my comfort zone, I think the deal was just right for us. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you’re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you.
Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car.
After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all...
I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw.
This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I’m not sure when that’ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.

I've been dealing with Verner-Cadby for over 20 years. I have never had an issue in fact they bend over backwards to help you keep your car in excellent running condition. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I've have bought, sold, leased, had body work done and always have my cars serviced by Verner I am always satisfied. They are also very accommodating when their is a special request (My loaner has to be a car--no SUV) LOL. The people at Verner-Cadby should give lessons in customer service. They know how to treat their customers. Thanks Verner-Cadby!!!
NEVER BUY A FORD - NEVERBUYFORD
Ford has no loyalty and they do not stand behind their vehicles. They are poorly made vehicles and I have had nothing but problems with my Explorer and they are unwilling to help in any way. Recall after recall and now want me to pay $2,200 for recalled steering rack. DO NOT BUY FORD!!! Also 3 years old and 9 rust spots that they wanted me to pay over $2,000 for. HOW DOES A 3 ayear old car at the time RUST and wants customer to pay for. Too many problems to write! I just know I will NEVER buy a Ford again!

Purchased a specialty truck sight unseen. I worked with salesman Rafael and manager Steve. It was a great experience. Everyone was honest, courteous, and polite. They put in the time to make sure everything involving the deal was worked out and ready to go before I made the trip to pick up the truck. The truck was exactly as described. It was a 7 hour drive one way for me to get to the dealership, but totally worth the drive to work with Rafael and Steve. Wish I lived closer. I'd never buy another vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend All American Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

Had been looking for a 2015 and newer Lariat extended cab in a certain price range, nothing within 1.5 hours of me was available. Drove 2 hours to Leo Kaytes, test drove the truck. I worked with a salesman named Chris who was very helpful, he had made a video of the truck for me the night before to show me the features and what it looked like. They didn't come down on price, but they had just lowered it two days before I felt it was still a good deal at asking price. Some minor hiccups lead to me being there longer than I expected, but overall I was happy. Make sure you ask about financing options as I had to ask about the Ford CPO rates as they hadn't run them, made a significant difference.

I'll be brief - they offered to buy out my current Ford lease and replace my Explorer. Its a company vehicle and I got approval for this. The deal was to roll my remaining payments into my monthly. By the time the contract was finalized by my boss and the bills came due, they totally reneged on their promise and I nearly lost me job. Why would I pay $540 a month for a Ford? Because these guys do not keep their word.

They had a ford f150 we liked and wanted to buy, Rather than travel 90 miles from Pa. We went to our local Ford dealer go make a standard buy from them and exchange a comparable truck, they would not agree to the deal and the price was quite a bit over invoice. They gave us Ford Motors discount but nothing else, No Deal.

They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business.
