My Sync class - STVB49
Schultz Ford invited me to a My Sync class to teach us (seniors) My Sync and how to use it. The teacher Ruggero Fratarcangeli was excellent and went above and beyond. All of use learned so much useful information and I will now use this program on a regular basis. He brought real life uses for My Sync and helped us gain a comfort level I never imagined.
Thank you Schultz Ford for this amazing class and to help me enjoy my new car and its features.

Will never take my car there - Luis2728
The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life never comes back. I do not care. My car is in this dealership for a month today and I still wait for them every day, a story different from theirs.

I was treated so well at Koeppel Ford and I would highly recommend it to anyone. My salesperson Arturo was the best. He attended any questions or concerns I had and was able to provide me with excatly what I was looking for. First class all the way!!!
Easy No Hassel Transaction - fko1
Buying a car can be a less than pleasant experience. However with Luke and Wayne Ford it was the exact opposite. There were no games, tricks or run arounds.
Like Family - bambam123
I was helped by Vinny Capone. He made buying my first car very easy and smooth. He was very professional and friendly. He made me feel like I was apart of their ford family.
Great experience dealing with the staff at Park Ford - Lenny
I had a great experience working with Nick D'Andrea. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a new car or truck to go to Park Ford, and ask for Nick.
He really is a true professional and is attentive to what I was looking for in a truck.
This is the second truck that I have purchased at Park Ford.
Low pressure old school Mom and Pop dealer - Tyemow03
Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you’re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you.
Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car.
After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all...
I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw.
This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I’m not sure when that’ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.
Best car purchase experience ever - Explorerdriver
Route 23 Auto Mall rocks! The sales team are very attentive, good listeners, explained everything about the vehicle and gave us the deal we wanted. I really recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to call Route 23 Auto Mall, ask for Fernando (tell him Heidi sent you) and get a great deal of your own!
Extremely happy, incredible service . - Jimff54
I was recommended to come here by Dan Caurvaugh, and could not be happier with George Shufane.still getting used to the displays. Only wish it had an navigation system. Maybe I am doing something wrong, I will ask when I come in for the plates. I think the wife will love it after she gets used to the size of the truck,it is a little bigger than our last one.
5000 mile service - Papa Joe
The service people at Smith Cairns were professional and very courteous. I waited for my car in their lounge there was refreshments a T V and magazines. Very comfortable while I was waiting.
very dysmal internal coordination - AMFordTskTsk
Terrible terrible internal coordination. No one knows what or who among them did what last.
They keep breaking promises for a return call. Killed my labor day vacation plans, killed my friday night and today killed my saturday morning. And worse, you killed an opportunity to have more precious time with the kids right before school started. You make me pay for reprogramming the key and even made me buy a new one for nothing. And you seem to avoid talking about that. You make me wait so long while you huddle at the back in firefighting mode discussing god knows what. I have just spoken to an expert trouble-shooter from another dealership and what a revelation! i don't even want to begin diagnosing where your methods and systems and policies fail as a service business.
You were not like this years ago. Either take down your noisy jingle and print ads, or live up to it like you once did, else they're now nothing but lies. I will not bother naming names (you have the description of the original issue above, the recordings, timelines and paperwork) as this problem is obviously systemic. Attention Ford HQ. I will be searching for more venues to air this in case it falls to deaf ears.
Bothered enough with my experience to write a review... - AverageConsumer
Visited Quality Auto Mall to look at a vehicle(2014 Escape) on Dec 6, 2017 between the hours of 3 and 4:30pm. I walked the lot for roughly 20 minutes and had no contact made with me. I decided to walk over to the Pre-owned building to find a salesperson to assist me. I noticed one person in a office barely visible ruffling through paperwork. Instead of being greeted and welcomed I had to walk over to the office and ask for help. Response was what are you interested and give me a minute. Took him a few minutes and he came out and grab keys to the vehicles I was interested in, took me outside and started one vehicle(which barely had enough power to start but eventually did). I began to look over the vehicle and he once again asked me to give him a minute and left. While siting in the vehicle and checking the functions of all buttons and screens in the vehicle. I look up and he's standing in front of the car having a cigarette yeah I understand you need one, I smoke to but you don't smoke while showing a car to a potential customer. I decide that the vehicle I'm in is not the one for me, I asked for the keys to the other vehicle and proceed to inspect it, bam again I'll be right back. Honestly if you where that busy you should have put another salesman on me to answer questions and tell me about the vehicle. He returns I tell him okay lets talk about the car see what we can do at which point I expected to be asked to test drive the vehicle which I was never offered. Instead I was told to come inside and take a seat. Fine we can talk numbers I can test drive the vehicle later. I asked why its not Certified Pre Owned and asked if it could be was told sure as long as it was preowned prepread and the info was in the folder. Never went to look at the folder and started to talk price. I did inform him that I was working on 3 other deals for the same year, model, and trim vehicle with the same mileage and options one being better equipped and already CPO certified and a lower starting price and I was also going to be a cash buyer. Was told that's even worse to pay cash and the finance manger isn't going to like that. Really I didn't know paying cash for something was frowned upon and who cares if the finance manger doesn't like it I'm not financing and they doesn't own the dealership. We went back and fort told him what my budget is and what I was willing to spend all in for the vehicle, still no check if the vehicle can be Certified no test drive offered and no check with a sales manager if the deal can be done. At this point I knew my efforts to make purchase and drive the vehicle away that night are pretty much non existent. So I let the salesperson know to pass the deal along to his higher ups and let me know. At that point I allowed him to capture my contact information also informed him that I was leaving and going to another Ford dealer in the area. No attempt to keep me engaged, no attempt to make me a customer.
I did own and operate my a few of my own business and even a Pre-owned car lot for a few years and I never let a customer walk on to our lot with out being greeted within a minute if it was raining or snowing and the customer didn't have a umbrella we lent them one if it was cold we offered coffee and tea, if it was hot we offered cold water. We made every attempt to make a deal with a customer. Didn't mater if it was the beginning of the month the middle or the end we wanted you as customer and if not customer a happy potential customer.
I guess this practice is lost at Quality Auto Mall.
If the Dealer Manager or Owners care enough to contact me my name and number and email are in your system.
Im not saying saying that every experience will be the same yours might be better it could be worse. I'm just telling everyone about my experience. I also omitted the sales persons name(the dealership can find out who it is by simply entering my name and seeing who inputed it or contacting me) as not to spot light him publicly it is up to his supervisors to inform him of any potential need for correction.
Great Experience - Rich B.
Buying my new Ford Expedition was a great experience. The salesperson was honest and transparent. It was a pleasure working with Scarsdale Ford, and I would go back.

Horrible to deal with - JLembo
My girlfriend and I made a deal over the phone with the wonderful sales person, Sean. There was several issues but we had made it work. After planning a day to go, we finally got there and had an issue with the insurance card. The finance "manager" Aaron walked out while we were getting ready to test drive the vehicle and sternly said to us that "we have a problem, and the insurance is not going to work. He was rude and unprofessional from the start. My girlfriend got the insurance taken care of and we signed papers. Upon leaving, the tire pressure light came on showing the front tire was 10 pounds lower then it should be. And the problems begin..... We immediately turn around and make them aware of the problem. They filled our tire and we left. Overnight the tire lost 20 pounds of air. My girlfriend called the next day to make them aware per my request and spoke to Aaron. I am appalled and extremely furious how Aaron took care of the situation. He was extremely rude to my girlfriend and completely unprofessional, stating "she was getting on his last nerve and had other things to move on and take care of", "if we don't want the truck to bring it back. Aaron also did not want to put in writing that we would be reimbursed for the tire fix that we just spent 35K on a truck with ZERO negotiation done by the dealer. I will not recommend a single person to this dealer, not only from the problem I immediately dealt with but because of the finance man. Upon speaking to some people in the Middletown area, this dealer does not have a good reputation - Had I known this, I would of never dealt with them. Very poor customer service especially the way my girlfriend was treated after try to get help fixing a vehicle we just bought less then 24 hours ago.
ZERO follow up - STNowling
I was very much interested in leasing an Expedition from Rye Ford, however my salesman Osman never reached back out to me. I visited the dealership on 10/16. We spoke about lease options. He promise to call me the following day. The following morning, I emailed him my applications. I followed that up with an email later that day, after not hearing from him and he called me back around 7:15p that evening. He stated that he gave my information to his swap manager to see if a particular vehicle was available. He stated he would be off the next day (Thursday) but would get back to me on Friday. Friday came and went without a phone call. On Saturday, I stopped by the dealership to talk to Osman. He was with a customer. He explained that he still had not heard anything from the other dealership and that he wasn’t surprised. I waited for him for about 10 minutes but had to leave. I asked him to give me a call so we could discuss a vehicle. I have not heard from his since.
Certainly not the way I expected to be treated.
I placed a call to another Ford dealership the following week, filled out an application and took delivery of a vehicle four days later. It’s unfortunate that Osman did not have the time to lease me a vehicle.
Terrible Service - Josef Yavuz
Always make a mistake. Never follow up the service customer. 3 hours take just oil and filter change. Quite expensive. You should check the bill carefully. They ad price what you didn't ask to do.
Not so good - John Deer
Was interested in an eco sport and dealt with PJ Flattery. Didn’t address my needs or concerns when inquiring about the vehicle. Seemed like he wasn’t paying attention and that he wasn’t looking out for my best interests.
Left and wound up buying at Salerno Ford a week later which was a much better experience.
Major disappointment - Bigman123
Good luck getting an appointment. I can Understand a week wait to get an appointment, but I had To cancel, and trying to reschedule was impossible. Called numerous times, left on hold, then left several messages, no return calls. Very unprofessional

My experience at Ford in Paramus was nothing less than stellar. From the moment I entered the building I was welcomed and attended to.
