Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you’re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you.
Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car.
After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all...
I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw.
This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I’m not sure when that’ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.

Had been looking for a 2015 and newer Lariat extended cab in a certain price range, nothing within 1.5 hours of me was available. Drove 2 hours to Leo Kaytes, test drove the truck. I worked with a salesman named Chris who was very helpful, he had made a video of the truck for me the night before to show me the features and what it looked like. They didn't come down on price, but they had just lowered it two days before I felt it was still a good deal at asking price. Some minor hiccups lead to me being there longer than I expected, but overall I was happy. Make sure you ask about financing options as I had to ask about the Ford CPO rates as they hadn't run them, made a significant difference.

NEVER BUY A FORD - NEVERBUYFORD
Ford has no loyalty and they do not stand behind their vehicles. They are poorly made vehicles and I have had nothing but problems with my Explorer and they are unwilling to help in any way. Recall after recall and now want me to pay $2,200 for recalled steering rack. DO NOT BUY FORD!!! Also 3 years old and 9 rust spots that they wanted me to pay over $2,000 for. HOW DOES A 3 ayear old car at the time RUST and wants customer to pay for. Too many problems to write! I just know I will NEVER buy a Ford again!

Service manager Donna is a conniving liar. If i can give zero stars i would have. Steer clear and go to another Ford dealership to purchase/lease and service your vehicle. This last vehicle was my family’s fifth lease through Smith Cairns Ford. I had to retain a lemon law attorney to expose the incompetent service department at Smith Cairns Ford, and the trove of lies Donna fed me for months. My vehicle was a lemon from the outset. Service engine light illuminated twice in first 1500 miles. According to service department it was a solenoid sensor the first time. The second time the service department couldn’t determine the reason for the service engine light illuminating again. Donna gave me the runaround for much of the over 30 days that my vehicle was out of service. She told that they would not release my vehicle back to me until service department determined the cause of the issue. Naturally, donna flopped when my vehicle was taking up space, and was exhausting too much up the technician(s) time to keep trouhleshooting and coming up empty. Donna caved in to Ford manufacturer’s demands via email communication in Michigan, which was to release my vehicle despite not being able to determine why my service engine light illuminated for a second time. I waited nearly a year to post this review because of the legal process between Ford manufacturer, and my lemon law attorney had to play out. It just concluded this past week with a favorable judgement awarded to me. Smith Cairns Ford doctored invoice dates amongst things, and thankfully i kept my text conversations with the service advisor to expose their lies some more. The bottom line is Smith Cairns Ford does not care for customer safety, nor do they care about loyalty. There is no “customer service” in instances like mine. The dealership passes the buck to Ford the manufacturer, and Ford the manufacturer tells the customer to deal with the dealership because they are privately owned. Smith Cairns Ford ONLY cares about the bottom line. Customers have a choice where to purchase their vehicles, and where to service their vehicles. Do not go to Smith Cairns Ford. While my situation is isolated, it showed the true colors of Smith Cairns Ford when these types of things do happen. Save yourself the agony of not dealing with dishonest, unethical, and incompetent employees at Smith Cairns Ford.

Go to Ford to mainuntenance at 7:40 AM and to check damage tires.Them find they not have invetory for a FORD transit 350 2017 .So this is a service center or dealer of LEXUS,GMC or another car because they not have theu own tires existence in place.That make you wasted time waiting for a problem that could be solved have a good management to take care of supply and parts.Also the costumer have low opinions is go to a dealer who don' t have spare tires avalable of the vehicles they sales.I going to service my car on the future in other dealer .This of Hackensack die in my appreciation as costumer

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business.
