New vehicle - VMH
My experience at fette ford was outstanding. My dealer's name is Kenny and he is very charismatic and courteous. He makes you feel right at home and in a safe environment. Fette ford was willing to work with what I had without trying to convince to do anything else. Kenny is a genuinely good guy and does his very best to make things happen in your favor. I can speak about Kenny and fette ford because of personal experience with them today. The service is amazing and the staff are all willing to help you out in any way they can. Kenny the best in my opinion.
Sync Class - Chewy
Today my wife and I took a sync class at Schultz Ford, it was great. We've leased and owned quite a few mercury and Lincoln's and they have just done a great job.
It was extremely helpful, thanks "G" for a job well done.
Easy No Hassel Transaction - fko1
Buying a car can be a less than pleasant experience. However with Luke and Wayne Ford it was the exact opposite. There were no games, tricks or run arounds.

Fantastic experience at Quality Auto Mall - Mike W.
I just had a fantastic experience buying a car -- it's a statement I never thought I would say until now. I want to thank all of the fantastic people at Quality Auto Mall, specifically Paul Longano and Tim Bernard for all their hard work on my deal! Professional, courteous, and just all around good people all the way through the process. Love my new car and looking forward to buying from Quality again!
Got a new car! - TruckityTruck
Excellent service. Was greeted with open arms and treated very well. Cassandra broke down all details and reviewed paper work to make the sale as comfortable as can be. Will purchase 2nd car from her and this dealership.

Low pressure old school Mom and Pop dealer - Tyemow03
Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you’re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you.
Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car.
After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all...
I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw.
This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I’m not sure when that’ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.

Worst dealership ever - plumber69
I recently bought a CPO Explorer. It's a 2014 Explorer with less than 29,500 miles on it. Within the first week that I had it the car I noticed that the bumper was a shade off from the rest of the car so they repainted it to the factory color. They didn't know why it was a cream color when I had a white car. Then a week later the car would rumble when I would press down on the brake. I took it back to the dealership and they said that it was the rotors and they needed to be replaced. I said why do they need to be replaced if I'm buying a CPO and the car needs to have at least 50% left on everything. The dealership didn't have an answer but they fixed the issue. Then a few weeks later the brakes started to makes high pitch metal grinding sound. So I took it back to the dealership and they put something on the pads to make the grinding stop when I came to pick it up I heard the sound as I was pulling the car out of the dealership. Bruce the CPO manager got in the driver seat and took it for a drive and claimed he didn't hear anything. I asked for a technician and we went driving we didn't get out of the parking lot and he heard it. Brice said that they would replace the break pads but was really annoyed and said he "doesn't need me to come back as customer to his dealership again". I replied that this was all supposed to be checked out by the technicians before being put up for sale. Then within the first couple of weeks in the summer on a hot day I smelled something really bad coming from inside the car. I picked up the middle row and saw spots I was in touch with the sales person,Mike and he said he would tell Bruce. They never ever got back to me. I called the Ford Corporate office and opened a case but the dealership won't pay for it since I came to late to them. I said I've never eaten in the back of the car and there is spilled food that has clearly been sitting there for months and the carpet need to be changed. They won't do anything. And won't even apologize for the inconvenience they've caused. The CPO manager Bruce is absolutely disgusting to deal with and there customer service, and the servicing department is just as bad
Would never recommend them to anyone.
Excellent Dealership repeat customer - Michael M
This was my families 5th purchase from 23 Ford and they once again provided 5 star service. Rick Mostacero was excellent listened to our budget and needs and placed us in a 2017 Edge with a great package and the color my wife wanted she could not have been happier. Seemed like we were in and out in no time and with zero pressure from the sales team. This was another great experience and I will continue to be a 23 Ford customer and highly recommend this dealership.
Overall Very Good Experience. - Tyleryac
We stopped into the dealership as Ford was currently running the "early bird" special where they waived the last three payments on our 2015 Escape and lease a new 2017.
The dealership is very inviting (considering it was renovated recently), the employees were kind and helped us through the process. Our salesman, Rafael was terrific and is one of the best we have come across in all of our years of car shopping. Also, Alex in finance was also great and was one of the easiest and painless experiences we have ever had in a dealershi[ financing office.
Thanks again to All American Ford for helping us with our new 2017 Escape.
Great service, great people and very helpful. - roberger7

07 Mustang - Pete1eye
Hands down, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had was at Leo Kaytes Ford. I bought my used 2007 Ford Mustang convertible there at a very reasonable price. Before the final purchase, I wanted to have the car checked out by my mechanic. They drove the car from Warwick to my mechanic in Nyack, NY to have it checked out, where it received a thumbs up - a little peace of mind for me. I plan on visiting Leo Kaytes Ford again soon with my family member who is in the market for a car. William Obie was a pleasure to work with.
Finding a new car on a tight budget and timeframe - TraveleRachel
This is the third Ford I've gotten through Park Ford; and each experience gets better and easier than the one before. As a younger, single woman, with limited automotive knowledge, I don't particularly enjoy purchasing/getting vehicles serviced. However, every interaction I've had with Park Ford has left me feeling assured that there are some caring and honest people out there. In late August I totaled my Ford Focus, and needed to get a new car, on a tight budget, in a very short timeframe. I put an average of about 25,000 miles/year on my car, so I need something that is reliable, gets good gas mileage, handles well in upstate NY snow (I live a few hours north of Park), can haul all of my climbing, kayaking, triathlon, and camping gear, AND comes in a 5 speed; In other words, I put in a very tall order. Nick searched high and low and had identified a 2014 Ford Fiesta for me that met all of my criteria in under a week. The car arrived via transporter later than was expected and Rob worked with the service and detailing crew to work a little later so that I could pick my car up the night I needed it to travel out of town to West Virginia. I picked up the car around 8:15pm, and Nick was waiting for me with a smile. The car was immaculate, and despite the late hour, Nick walked through all of the features of the car with me. I cannot express how much I love this car- it is perfect for me. In the 5 days I've had it, I've driven it through seven states and I absolutely love it. The fact that Park staff went above and beyond to make this happen for me is the icing on the cake. A truly great team.
5 STAR PROFESSIONAL AND QUALITY SERVICE - turkishp182
VERY HAPPY!! 2017 Mustang Convertible-car of my dreams made a reality! Thanks to Sean Colon, Jason Spencer and Rich Pierorazio at Rye Ford. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ve been telling everyone I know that these are the guys to work with when you need a new car. Just a terrific experience through and through. Courtesy, knowledge, professionalism!! Thanks so much, Dr Eric M Turk
Horrible - RA
It was without exaggeration the worst sales experience of my life, they lied constantly and in general were horribly unprofessional, i dont know how else to say how bad the entire experience was.
Horrible Service Experience - Ripped Apart My Ignition - Jessica C.
Don't ever purchase a car from here or even bring yours in for service! They are liars and thieves. I bought my Ford Fusion in 2014 from a different dealer but brought it to Pleasantville Ford a week ago when my key broke. The key broke in my hand and was never stuck in the ignition. There were no problems with the car, all I needed was a new key. The only thing that Pleasantville Ford needed to do was to program the new key that I purchased from them. Instead, they told me that my broken key was stuck in the ignition (it wasn't) and that they would call me back with a "price quote" to replace the ignition. After 6 hours of me calling them and zero returned phone calls, I spoke with the owner of the dealership "Tony," who advised me that the ignition had been drilled apart and that I owed them an additional $500 to replace it. I never authorized them to touch my ignition, and further, was never even told that this was what they were doing (despite my 10 phone calls that day). Not only that -- this was not necessary, as the broken key was not stuck in the ignition when I dropped the car off there! Ultimately, I had the car towed to a privately owned shop in White Plains, who fixed my ignition for much cheaper than what Ford had quoted me. I am now suing Ford to recover the money it cost me to fix the damage they did. There are several other Ford dealerships in the Westchester area, avoid Pleasantville!!!
NEVER AGAIN - Kay Pach
WARNING The mechanics either don't know what they're doing or they are a bunch of crooks. I've had 4 major jobs done in the last 2 months (1st job...feul injector- I was using 89 instead of 87 so that explains why job had to get done in the first place but they left my cars engine hesitating on acceleration after that job ... then rotors became warped out of nowhere so brakes have to be replaced with that....ok....then its my front bushings and the entire lower control arm has to be replaced with that) Got it replaced. I took a step back and realized there's something wrong here. I have a 2014 Ford Fusion and there's no reason for my car to have had so many problems. Each time I had my vehicle serviced I left with a new problem so be careful with them. Last time I went right after I had the bushings replaced, all of a sudden they claimed my rear bearings were worn. Oh no, somethings wrong here...I had it checked by 2 other Ford dealerships and they could not confirm. It turns out I just needed a wheel alignment. I wonder what else they've misdiagnosed. Thats very unprofessional. I learned my lesson. Lou and Charmaine in the service department wear their emotions on their sleeves so their customer service skills will not likely keep a smile on your face. Never again. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but you guys should know so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Take your business elsewhere.
Service - Thelma
Smith Cairns returned my car from their service department damaged and denied responsibility. Their service representative lied to protect her staff who are incompetent of honesty. The owner of Smith Cairns although listened to my complaint of their Service Department did nothing to rectify the situation and had no problem with losing an account. This place used to be bustling with business and now is starving for the next unsuspecting innocent customer. They are terrible; there are plenty of complaints against everyone there. Therefore if you have to go to Smith Cairns Yonkers Service make sure you record your conversations, take pictures of your car before service and after service while on their premises; get a copy of the service order before leaving and then compare to the final service order. They make serious mistakes and take no responsibility for it.
The Dealership from xxxx. John - Jake1075
I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.

My experience at DiBlasi was excellent. This was the fist new car for my wife and I, and Eddie explained everything in detail and helped to make the deal worthwhile for us. We even asked to test drive the car to our house to make sure it fit in our garage, which was no hassle to the dealership. On our way back, my wife (being not too familiar with driving larger suv's) unfortunately scratched the back left door and it was taken care of at no additional cost to us. Eddie was extremely friendly and we were happy to be his first deal at DiBlasi.

My experience at Ford in Paramus was nothing less than stellar. From the moment I entered the building I was welcomed and attended to. From choosing my car to driving away the same day and everything in between, the employees who were part of the process truly went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Ford was a pleasant one.
