This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you’re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you.
Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car.
After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all...
I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw.
This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I’m not sure when that’ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.

Purchased a specialty truck sight unseen. I worked with salesman Rafael and manager Steve. It was a great experience. Everyone was honest, courteous, and polite. They put in the time to make sure everything involving the deal was worked out and ready to go before I made the trip to pick up the truck. The truck was exactly as described. It was a 7 hour drive one way for me to get to the dealership, but totally worth the drive to work with Rafael and Steve. Wish I lived closer. I'd never buy another vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend All American Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle.
NEVER BUY A FORD - NEVERBUYFORD
Ford has no loyalty and they do not stand behind their vehicles. They are poorly made vehicles and I have had nothing but problems with my Explorer and they are unwilling to help in any way. Recall after recall and now want me to pay $2,200 for recalled steering rack. DO NOT BUY FORD!!! Also 3 years old and 9 rust spots that they wanted me to pay over $2,000 for. HOW DOES A 3 ayear old car at the time RUST and wants customer to pay for. Too many problems to write! I just know I will NEVER buy a Ford again!

So I went to buy a 2017 Ford Mustang; everything was going fine. I was trying to figure out the number which works for me the best but sales person was getting upset because I was bringing in details about their promotions and they felt like they can’t ripped me off. The moment I mentioned I want to trade in my 2014 CRV($15000 needs to be paid to buy it off and had only 30k miles)they really didn’t appreciate it since I mentioned that they have 20% addition to my trade in (their special promotion) which shouldn’t leave me with any negative equity and I should be able to buy Mustang GT. The Sales person brought in the sales manager(James Kim; the Asian guy) who came in to the office looking so busy and rude when we were the only customer at dealership. When I told him about the promotion for trade in he said and I will put it in the quote “If I don’t want to take the car then I don’t have to” and he left the office without even listening to us. He is a very unprofessional sales person I ever met and I don’t know how he became a sales manager who doesn’t know anything about customer service. And the sales person was acting like some body forced him to work there and he doesn’t even care if he sell us the car. I would never step foot in that dealership even if they offer me a free vehicle.

My family and I drove over an hour and a half to Leo Kaytes Ford from Long Island on Saturday morning 12/23 to look into buying a new truck.
By 2PM, we were driving home in a brand new F-150 Platinum. The staff there is very friendly and professional, and I felt they were honest me in all aspects of the purchase.
The dealership itself is set in a small rural town, and it does not have that big corporate feeling you get when you walk into a showroom in a big city. This was a small town dealership kind of feel, and you can tell the staff was very personable and cares about there customers and stands behind what they sell. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I'll be brief - they offered to buy out my current Ford lease and replace my Explorer. Its a company vehicle and I got approval for this. The deal was to roll my remaining payments into my monthly. By the time the contract was finalized by my boss and the bills came due, they totally reneged on their promise and I nearly lost me job. Why would I pay $540 a month for a Ford? Because these guys do not keep their word.

This place is a joke. Not only did i call to see a certain vehicle and make sure it was available. I drove all the way from Jersey to get horrible service. To start off the guy who greeted me ask if he could help. I advised him I had an appointment to see a certain vehicle. He checked with a girl whom I assume was the girl that spoke with me over the phone. They looked into the system to see which car I was there for and both started to laugh. I tried not to think much of it but the guy came back and said to me give me a couple of minutes. He went to the front desk and told the guy there what we were there for and laughed and started to look at a lunch menu. Me and my parents stood there for about 15 minute with no word as to what was going on if someone was going to help us or not. When i asked the guy at the desk he said oh you need help. I was like what else would I be standing here for. He go another salesman because the first one that was laughing with the girl took another customer that came in after us. That is when I was informed that the car that I was there for was sold. So why was I not told this from the beginning or better yet why not call me and advised me knowing I was coming from NJ. So he decided to go take me see other vehicle which were obviously more expensive. The bate and switch routine. The salesman who was helping us at this point showed us two cars that we did not like and he stated that he was going into the office to see what was in our price range. He never came back and it was raining outside and we was waiting for him as he had told us to do. When we went back inside he was helping someone else who had came in totally disregarding us. This has to be the worst service and bait and switch I had ever seen. I will post in all my social media what happen with me and copy this same exact review with your dealers information. I may not have been purchasing an expensive vehicle at this time since it was for my father to get around, but I currently have a 40k vehicle which the lease is up next year good service brings people back. Plus I have tons of friends that live in the bronx, Id rather personally pick them up and drive them 50 miles out if it means they won't purchase from your dealer.

They had a ford f150 we liked and wanted to buy, Rather than travel 90 miles from Pa. We went to our local Ford dealer go make a standard buy from them and exchange a comparable truck, they would not agree to the deal and the price was quite a bit over invoice. They gave us Ford Motors discount but nothing else, No Deal.

My third lease with Manny Silva the experience just keeps getting better. Called to inquiry about end of lease inspection was told it could happen when drop off car. Had one month left on lease the dealership made the payment and put me in a 2018 with more options than last car for basically same price. all done on phone drove in two days later and exchanged 2015 for 2018.

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. My experience at DiBlasi was excellent. This was the fist new car for my wife and I, and Eddie explained everything in detail and helped to make the deal worthwhile for us. We even asked to test drive the car to our house to make sure it fit in our garage, which was no hassle to the dealership. On our way back, my wife (being not too familiar with driving larger suv's) unfortunately scratched the back left door and it was taken care of at no additional cost to us.
