Great experience with Mario Castellanos - Tksh01
My 2012 Ford Fusion was wearing down so I came in to trade in. Mario got me a great deal on a lease for a 2018 model. The whole process was done in three hours and I drove out with my new car.

My Sync class - STVB49
Schultz Ford invited me to a My Sync class to teach us (seniors) My Sync and how to use it. The teacher Ruggero Fratarcangeli was excellent and went above and beyond. All of use learned so much useful information and I will now use this program on a regular basis. He brought real life uses for My Sync and helped us gain a comfort level I never imagined.
Thank you Schultz Ford for this amazing class and to help me enjoy my new car and its features.
Fast too Very Fast. - fast
Brought my 2017 mustang for simple oil change. and why engine light was on. When I got it back and drove it a little way, I experienced that it was a lot faster and smother than before.

Buying a car can be a less than pleasant experience. However with Luke and Wayne Ford it was the exact opposite. There were no games, tricks or run arounds.
Like Family - bambam123
I was helped by Vinny Capone. He made buying my first car very easy and smooth. He was very professional and friendly. He made me feel like I was apart of their ford family.
Great experience dealing with the staff at Park Ford - Lenny
I had a great experience working with Nick D'Andrea. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a new car or truck to go to Park Ford, and ask for Nick.
He really is a true professional and is attentive to what I was looking for in a truck.
This is the second truck that I have purchased at Park Ford.
Low pressure old school Mom and Pop dealer - Tyemow03
Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you’re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you.
Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car.
After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all...
I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw.
This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I’m not sure when that’ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.
Best car purchase experience ever - Explorerdriver
Route 23 Auto Mall rocks! The sales team are very attentive, good listeners, explained everything about the vehicle and gave us the deal we wanted. I really recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to call Route 23 Auto Mall, ask for Fernando (tell him Heidi sent you) and get a great deal of your own!
Amazing - Shelby
I have been a very satisfied customer of Verner Cadby since 1994...have purchased over 16 vehicles over the years....no pushy salesman..always fair prices...great service department...all the people at the dealership are like family...would not go anywhere else
Dan Sangirardi is the man (salesman)!!! - Great experience
This dealership and Dan will get my business again in the future with such a great experience,--and I'm from CT. Even without an appt. Dan asked if I'd like to put down a deposit when I called to see if it was available. How many salesmen do that for you to not be anxious that the car will be sold before you travel a great distance of approximately 3 hours which was not even the same day as the inquiry phone call. Answer: none prior to Dan at Quality Automall.
Original appt. day was a literal monsoon so we had to turn around at GW Bridge. Next day was Dan's day off and he still came in--bought the car that day, silver, just over 3K miles Lincoln MKZ 2017! It was hot and humid and never a complaint as he walked me through everything. Even bought an extended warranty--premium care--highly recommend that, too. Dealership did not have a problem with my getting it checked out at a mechanic in town and on the same road was a bank branch. I appreciate that despite the car being all but new; my Dad was a mechanic and he always taught us to do that so wanted to honor my Dad. Thanks, for this Quality Automall.
I wholeheartedly agree with others here that Dan does not pressure you and no game playing with this dealership. They fully back their word with prompt action and a fair deal. Notaries, Wendy and Christine, helped with necessary documents and overnighted them--thanks to Dan, too, for this. I believe the extended Premium Care warranty rep. was John. Also, no pressure from John.
Ok, so, who said car buying can't be an enjoyable and fun experience? I would do it all over again and will plan on it.
Beers on me, Dan, if ever in CT! What an extremely valuable employee, Dan is. God smiled on Quality Automall the day you hired Dan. Happily drove it home that afternoon!
So grateful to God, Blessings galore!
very dysmal internal coordination - AMFordTskTsk
Terrible terrible internal coordination. No one knows what or who among them did what last.
They keep breaking promises for a return call. Killed my labor day vacation plans, killed my friday night and today killed my saturday morning. And worse, you killed an opportunity to have more precious time with the kids right before school started. You make me pay for reprogramming the key and even made me buy a new one for nothing. And you seem to avoid talking about that. You make me wait so long while you huddle at the back in firefighting mode discussing god knows what. I have just spoken to an expert trouble-shooter from another dealership and what a revelation! i don't even want to begin diagnosing where your methods and systems and policies fail as a service business.
You were not like this years ago. Either take down your noisy jingle and print ads, or live up to it like you once did, else they're now nothing but lies. I will not bother naming names (you have the description of the original issue above, the recordings, timelines and paperwork) as this problem is obviously systemic. Attention Ford HQ. I will be searching for more venues to air this in case it falls to deaf ears.
The best dealer ford - Ciro23

no hassle, excellent customer service, very inviting staff - pallavii
We walked into the dealer and saw our car, the dealer was very attentive and explained all the details of the vehicle in question, the process to lease the vehicle went very smoothly even the financial part was painless! the most exciting part about the entire thing of course was picking up the car. the salesperson was awesome and I would highly recommend him to everyone! He took his time with us and showed us all the specs of the vehicle before we drove off and invited us to come back if we needed further help. the corresponding e mails with the salesperson were very quick and made the entire experience a pleasant one!
Horrible to deal with - JLembo
My girlfriend and I made a deal over the phone with the wonderful sales person, Sean. There was several issues but we had made it work. After planning a day to go, we finally got there and had an issue with the insurance card. The finance "manager" Aaron walked out while we were getting ready to test drive the vehicle and sternly said to us that "we have a problem, and the insurance is not going to work. He was rude and unprofessional from the start. My girlfriend got the insurance taken care of and we signed papers. Upon leaving, the tire pressure light came on showing the front tire was 10 pounds lower then it should be. And the problems begin..... We immediately turn around and make them aware of the problem. They filled our tire and we left. Overnight the tire lost 20 pounds of air. My girlfriend called the next day to make them aware per my request and spoke to Aaron. I am appalled and extremely furious how Aaron took care of the situation. He was extremely rude to my girlfriend and completely unprofessional, stating "she was getting on his last nerve and had other things to move on and take care of", "if we don't want the truck to bring it back. Aaron also did not want to put in writing that we would be reimbursed for the tire fix that we just spent 35K on a truck with ZERO negotiation done by the dealer. I will not recommend a single person to this dealer, not only from the problem I immediately dealt with but because of the finance man. Upon speaking to some people in the Middletown area, this dealer does not have a good reputation - Had I known this, I would of never dealt with them. Very poor customer service especially the way my girlfriend was treated after try to get help fixing a vehicle we just bought less then 24 hours ago.
BEYOND EXCELLENT - VinnyM
I have my Ford 500 now since 2006 and I HAVE NEVER experienced anything bad with Louie and Phil in the service area. I cannot talk more highly of their mechanics and how they really care about the customer and the vehicle.
Don’t waste your time - Ihateryeford
Don’t waste your time like I did. Worked a deal and the dealership backed out after agreement made. Dealership didn’t even care to try and work it out. Terrible business
Terrible Service - Josef Yavuz
Always make a mistake. Never follow up the service customer. 3 hours take just oil and filter change. Quite expensive. You should check the bill carefully. They ad price what you didn't ask to do.
Not so good - John Deer
Was interested in an eco sport and dealt with PJ Flattery. Didn’t address my needs or concerns when inquiring about the vehicle. Seemed like he wasn’t paying attention and that he wasn’t looking out for my best interests.
Left and wound up buying at Salerno Ford a week later which was a much better experience.
Major disappointment - Bigman123
Good luck getting an appointment. I can Understand a week wait to get an appointment, but I had To cancel, and trying to reschedule was impossible. Called numerous times, left on hold, then left several messages, no return calls. Very unprofessional
The Dealership from xxxx. John - Jake1075
I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.

My experience at Ford in Paramus was nothing less than stellar. From the moment I entered the building I was welcomed and attended to. From choosing my car to driving away the same day and everything in between, the employees who were part of the process truly went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Ford was a pleasant one.
