By far the worst dealership I’ve ever bought from. I purchased a brand new Denali Ultimate back in October. Upon delivery I noticed a few areas of concern and upon looking at the truck in daylight I found almost every panel on the truck to have been repainted not to mention a foot print on the headliner over the passenger seat and small tears in the driver seat. After bringing this to their attention I was met with numerous lies and only after I threatened a lawsuit did they swap out my truck for another new one.
Unfortunately this wasn’t the end of my ordeal, I immediately left on a 300 mile road trip upstate New York to come to the realization that this truck shakes at highway speed. With some research this is known as the “Chevy shake”, I immediately phoned the GM and Service manager to be told “it’s just flat spots in the tires, drive it around and it’ll dissipate”. Here we are 10k miles later and the truck still shakes among other nuances such as neutralizing on the 1-2 shift and a noisy CV joint. When I called 2 weeks ago I was told neither manager was still employed there and I would be called back by the new service manager Ray. 2 weeks later and numerous calls and Ray can’t answer his phone. I set an appointment for last Monday because I was told they would have a loaner car for me, they didn’t. Ray couldn’t care less about my issues and told me he’d try to call when he had a loaner. I’m not holding my breath. Take your money someplace else.

Worst experience with a maintenance service. The owner Steve Cravotta lied to me and told me during 4 hours that my car would be ready in less than one hour. He became extremely rude when I asked him why my car was not ready after 5 hours waiting.
I will not recommend this place to anyone and will never give them anymore business.

I gave this rating for my dad's dealer because the customer support was great and the car was in great condition when we bought it. Also,my uncle bought a car there and the car just completely stopped,so my uncle called Regan Pontiac Buick Gmc and they fixed the car for free and that was like 5-6 years ago. used car listings. Few of them answered at all. But Sholz did,
and that's one of the reasons they got my business.
Manager "Jack" was very helpful, and he was more than happy
to let me take the car for a long test drive before buying it. Also
the service department was very nice and helpful in trying to fix
a noise problem I had discovered in the car.
