My Chevy Traverse is the second vehicle I have purchased from Richard Lucas Chevrolet. Keeping my business with Rich Lucas is easy when it comes to working with Artie Beyer. Artie is one of the most talented in his field. Has the most patience with his clients and understands their needs as well as their financial situation and is more than willing to help. Artie definitely understands the car seat situation. We came out of a Chevy Equinox and into a Chevy Traverse that Artie helped make affordable for my daughter and granddaughter. My car buying experience got even better when Artie introduced my daughter and myself to Kwabe, one of the sales consultants there. Kwabe has only been there a short while, but he will be there for quite sometime because of his personality and trust that he delivers to his clients. I see him having much success in the car business. Kwabe goes above and beyond for his clients to make sure they are happy with their experience and that all the i's are dotted & t's crossed before you leave there with your new car! Edit: after leaving this review about an hour later Bobby Soriano called me and we agreed on a solution to my complaint.
I did not expext any type of communication, I was shocked I recieved a call and came to a solution so quick.
Bobby explained to me the issue was with a manager that is no longer with them.
I am satisfied with the outcome and because of this I do recommend Bayridge Chevy to others.

After speaking with GM financial on the phone and being assured that I could return my leased Chevy Equinox back to ANY chevy dealer, EAST HILLS CHEVY told me on the phone that since I did not purchase/lease the vehicle through them - that I was unable to return the lease to their facility. This is in direct opposition to what GM FINANCIAL told me on the phone.
On top of that, they were very condescending on the phone and left a bad taste in my mouth. Mr. Phil Wolhar gets 4 thumbs down along with this dealership (and their Douglaston branch)

I wrote a previous review about a returned lease turns out the dealer knew nothing about it, GM is the one who messed up my credit and charged me. I received a call from Manfredi's GM Anthony once he found out he acted right away and resolved the issue. I have been assured my credit would be restored to good standing and they will pay GM to clear this up.

Inquired about a price for factory ordering a vehicle. Was told I would have to place the order and the price would not be available until the vehicle was delivered. They claim that in the 8-12 weeks or more that it takes to build the vehicle the price would change. In the past I have factory ordered vehicles and the agreed upon price was always determined when the vehicle was ordered. I am shopping other Chevrolet dealers and not one has this sales policy.

Very poor and unprofessional staff. Is been almost a month and they haven’t call me yet to tell me about the parts I was supposed to receive under warranty. I called the service center they didn’t know anything about the parts. The second time another person picked up the phone, transferred me to Mac line. It was waste of time. He never picked up the phone. . I left a voicemails and never got any calls back. So, I wonder if you want me to do business with you buying a newer car guess what, Ain’t doing any business with you. They only care about sales and making money to their sales person for a new car and used.
I am very disappointed and I don’t want any calls from this dealer or emails regarding this issue. I’m not wasting my time.
By the way I’m going to Millennium Chevrolet to get my new car and my services done. They always do great with their customers.

Brought my C7 Corvette ZO6 in for an oil change. Got it back and noticed a small scratch in the leather of the steering wheel. Brought it to Christian the service manager and Carlos my service advisors attention. They were very professional and attentive. We ended up replacing the steering wheel to fix the issue. There was no blame no denial as to how it happened most importantly no arguing. Christian and Carlos turned what could have been a very negative situation into a very positive one and as a customer I truly appreciated it. There customer service was really top notch. They went above and beyond to correct the situation and make things right for me.

Eddie Giron never returned a message even though he is a manager. Nicole in service made a disparaging remark about me while forgetting to put herself on mute/hold. Buyer beware!
