My new car is the 2021 GMC Terrain SLT elevation edition with the skyscape sunroof which extends over the second row leaving a perfect view of the sky! When I tell you there is very low inventory across the island and the hardest car to find with all the packages I wanted, I must say I lucked out with this location in Wantagh! I called every dealership on Long Island & a few in Queens but no one had the Terrain with the bells and whistles I wanted.
Sun Buick GMC in Wantagh came through! They had exactly what I wanted plus more than I requested. My salesperson is Rod Sono and he was extremely professional, not pushy, got me numbers that I was happy with and was responsive via email or phone. The sales manager, Kevin Bannon and I clicked as if I had been a customer forever. The finance managers Mitch and Margaret went over the final numbers & paperwork. Quick and painless process!
I had priced out with a few brokers & a handful of dealerships (over the phone) and SUN gave me the best numbers.
Top notch experience all around. I can’t say enough good things about them! They respect their customers and go at the customers pace.
My car was prepped and ready for me. She is officially mine for the next 3 years!

The most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had was at Bical Auto Mall. Charlie was my sales rep and he was knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the entire process. He wasn’t pushy and took his time showing me my options, while keeping my budget in mind. He also didn’t keep me around for hours, once my mind was made up it was a nice quick process. My normal dealer is Sarant. I got a flat Saturday night and had Roadside assistance take it there. They do not take cars after hours so they took it to North Bay. I called up Monday morning left a message and an advisor called me and said he did not see I had coverage. I called him back with the info and he said that this could take some time and would try to get out that day maybe tomorrow and no loaner available. I realize I bought the car elsewhere but I am a Cadillac Customer. I finally got an update at close to 3 and said the car was ready but I had to pay $10.50 even though I paid for a protection package. I do not care about the small amount. This is a matter of principle. I bet if I bought the car there they would have eaten it, I will make sure to get all service at Savant.

Very poor and unprofessional staff. Is been almost a month and they haven’t call me yet to tell me about the parts I was supposed to receive under warranty. I called the service center they didn’t know anything about the parts. The second time another person picked up the phone, transferred me to Mac line. It was waste of time. He never picked up the phone. . I left a voicemails and never got any calls back. So, I wonder if you want me to do business with you buying a newer car guess what, Ain’t doing any business with you. They only care about sales and making money to their sales person for a new car and used.
I am very disappointed and I don’t want any calls from this dealer or emails regarding this issue. I’m not wasting my time.
By the way I’m going to Millennium Chevrolet to get my new car and my services done. They always do great with their customers.

Kevin, the sales consultant who assisted us, was very patient and made the entire thing buying journey very simple. Worst experience with a maintenance service. The owner Steve Cravotta lied to me and told me during 4 hours that my car would be ready in less than one hour. He became extremely rude when I asked him why my car was not ready after 5 hours waiting.

My dad bought a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan in 2005 for 16,000 dollars in used condition. We still have the car and it is running great. My dad chose this dealer because of the great prices. I gave this rating for my dad's dealer because the customer support was great and the car was in great condition when we bought it. Also,my uncle bought a car there and the car just completely stopped,so my uncle called Regan Pontiac Buick Gmc and they fixed the car for free and that was like 5-6 years ago.
