It’s was a rainy Monday, so service was a little backed up. Totally understandable. Chad did my intake and car was inspected without issues within a hour as he promised. This was the 3rd time I worked with Chad in 6 months. No mechanical issues with my MDX and TLX. Just your routine A1 maintenance and inspection on both cars. All 3 times Chad was courteous and professional. Will definitely stay with the Rallye Acura family for the foreseeable future.

The last three vehicles I have least have been through Thomas Ng at paragon Acura and all of the different Acura dealer ships I’ve been to before starting to lease with Thomas Thomas is hands-down the absolute best leasing specialist salesman I have dealt with he is patient, kind, accomadating, and downright nice great person to deal with... besides the fact that he is knowledgeable regarding leasing the vehicles he leases and dealing with people..... he even follows up after you have the car for a bit to make sure if you have any questions etc. Thomas is the type of guy that doesn’t just make a deal and wants to get rid of you he makes a deal in a way that he want you to return back to him because you’re going to be happy and so you just kind of stick with getting calls from him.....

Bad business practice - unhappy
Arranged to turn in my 2017 Acura several months prior to the expiration of its lease for a 2020 model. Came to a satisfactory financial arrangement with the sales associate,, Peyton Rowe, who was very helpful. We were told the car would be ready late in May. When it was ready, Peyton called and we arranged to pick it up on a Saturday morning. The day before, the dealership manager called to inform us that the incentive we'd been given applied to 2019 models, that it was a mistake to offer it to us that there were no 2019 models left, and that the 2020 model we wanted would cost an additional $4000! My wife, who took the call, blew her top at this news, which led to major friction in our household. When I spoke to the manager, a woman with what sounded like a Russian accent, she suggested we cancel the deal and wait for a similar incentive to be offered on a 2020 model. There was no guarantee that this would happen, no promise that our original deal would be honored. It was impossible not to be angry at such unprofessional business dealings, and we canceled the deal and swore never to shop for an Acura at this place again. There may even be legal recourse since the fault was theirs, not ours, and they should simply have swallowed the loss, no matter the cost. We are still reeling from the disappointment of not getting our new car as per the deal we made.

i have bought 5 MDX from John Schepp and he is great to deal with. He was on top of everything and we where in and out of the dealership very quickly. Also three years later i got the same MDX for $110 per month less. when does that happen. The Acura MDX has been great .
Terrible!!!!! - #disapointment
Terrible attitudes and lack of communication! Do yourself a favor and save your self the headache and buy a vehicle somewhere else. Long story short I spoke to saws rep Anthony (who was very nice). I inquired about an Acura RDX on their website. I spoke with Anthony and he said he car was in the shop getting a seat replaced it had a tear. I’m from out of state and was willing to travel to purchase the car. I offered to put the deposit on it but he said to wait and he would call me as soon it got out of the shop. I called today because I hadn’t heard from him and spoke to Tom. Tom said Anthony wasn’t it but he checked with his used car manager and the car was back. I gave Anthony my credit card number for the deposit. He said he would call me back in about an hour for the buyers order and send me a video of the car. It had been a few hours without hearing from him so I called back. Tom said the car already had a deposit on it. Frustrated I asked to speak to his manager. Mike the used car manager came on the line very dismissive. No empathy he said “it slipped through the cracks”. I told him if that’s how yo do business I wouldn’t spend my money you. While trying to ensure they didn’t charge my card he hung up on me. This is not at all what I expect from an Acura dealership and they should make this right. I will be spreading the word about my experience. I hope the shredded my credit card info.
