Very poor and unprofessional staff. Is been almost a month and they haven’t call me yet to tell me about the parts I was supposed to receive under warranty. I called the service center they didn’t know anything about the parts. The second time another person picked up the phone, transferred me to Mac line. It was waste of time. He never picked up the phone. . I left a voicemails and never got any calls back. So, I wonder if you want me to do business with you buying a newer car guess what, Ain’t doing any business with you. They only care about sales and making money to their sales person for a new car and used.
I am very disappointed and I don’t want any calls from this dealer or emails regarding this issue. I’m not wasting my time.
By the way I’m going to Millennium Chevrolet to get my new car and my services done. They always do great with their customers.

Deceptive price advertising - customer learned about new type of scam
The price they advertised was increased by roughly 5K, apparently advertised price was after down payment and a mountain of fees. Drove there 4 hours to learn that per sales guy: everyone does it, meaning advertises fake prices, even houses according to him are advertised at a price after down payment and their dealership decides what is your down payment on their cars, total nonsense, I wish we read these comments and didn't waist a whole day on driving to a see a "good deal" van. We didn't know it is even possible to not be sued for what they are doing, or maybe someone is already suing them, but we just look at it as a new type of scam we were not ware of exists in USA. They will definitely sooner or later go out of business with this kind of service. I pray manager reads this review and thinks if he wants his mother or child spend a day on driving somewhere like we did to encounter such scam.

We traveled from Long Island to Larchmont to purchase our car. It was advertised as an internet special. We called and they said it was available and it was. The price was what was quoted, no switch and bait. The financing was so easy. Everything was a pleasure from the start to the finish.
Don’t go there for service - Angryblue
The service center is overpriced and the employees are rude. I got tricked into going because a recall notice on my car was sent to my email. I brought it in to get the complimentary service done and then I got tricked into paying for an inspection that clearly wasn’t going to pass, I was quoted about a grand for other work that was needed. I said no and was told I had an hour to go pick up my car.
I ended up being stranded at the dealership for two hours because I had to get my car towed to a local mechanic. Since they took off my inspection sticker. The mechanic quoted me half the price for the work.
