I cannot say enough about the staff at Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC. They made my car buying experience amazing and unforgettable. It was never easy going through the car buying process before COVID-19 and they made it enjoyable and fast. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hr. They were friendly, responsive and understanding of my needs and didn’t push me in buying something I didn’t want. They gave me a great price for my car I traded in and that surprised me and made everything else easy. I usually buy from a certain Dealership in the southtowns because I’m from Hamburg Ny but they have gotten to big for themselves and forgot what customer service and being personable was about. So I will drive the Hour to Albion just to work with Brittany, Alexa, and Dave again when I’m ready for another Vehicle from now on. I will be sending my friends and family there in the future as well. Again I cannot say enough about everyone there at Bidleman, Please take my review serious and check them out because I never leave reviews and this change my outlook on Car Dealerships.

I have had my vehicle to and from BJ service department 5x in the past year after purchasing it 1 year old. This last time I was told to drop it off it would be ready for pickup by 5...no it was not. I had to once again drive back to get my work items and find a car to get me to work the next day since they needed to keep the vehicle longer.
If this was just 1x i wouldn't be upset but it happens everytime ive had to bring the vehicle in. I brought it in 3x for them to fix the blower motor. Im disgusted with this dealership

Beyond disappointed! My mother purchased a car in November 2020 and passed away suddenly in December 2020. We tried to return car to dealership and they want to charge us to return it. She purchased for $11,000 and gave them her car as a trade in. They are only offering $9,000 to take car back!! It was driven for 3 weeks. This is ridiculous. Thanks for being so understanding and helpful during a very difficult and tragic time for my family!

This dealer puts the dollar before the customer. After being ripped off in the service department last year they offered me a $130 credit (a fraction of what they owed me). Since I refuse to get ripped off again by going back, I have spent the last 6 months asking for the $130 in cash. They don't even respond to my request in any way.
This dealership is obviously more interested in the amount of money they can make than in a satisfied customer. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I got a letter from Chevy saying if I was experiencing certain issues they would replace my brake assist pump. Took my truck to Keller they told me they wouldn't do it unless I got my rear brakes done. That had nothing to do with what the problem was. Then they lied and said they were going to change the calipers. They didn't. They just tried screwing my friend over too by saying if they put in a rear spring shim they would have to do an alignment. Liars and theives! Find yourself a mom and pop service place. Keller only cares about your money and will lie for you to spend more!

I dont typically write reviews on anything at all. already knowing what type of vehicle we were looking for. we stopped in at west herr dodge of lockport this was our first time looking at this dealership in lockport. interested in buying a new durango. the wife and i were met on the lot after browsing for a short period by a salesman by the name of john lopacki. for a salesman he was not pushy, asked if we knew what type of vehicle we were interested in. so we explained that we did have a particular vehicle in mind and john helped us through the entire process with no problems at all. we traded in a vehilcle with low miles and he got into exactly the vehicle that we were looking for. we could not have asked for a better experience from a sales individual. thank you john for a great vehicle.

I cant say anything negative about my experience with Johnson Chevy. I was first contacted by Mike Evans, the Internet guy there. He was polite and patient, trying to work around my schedule and not his. Then I was helped by Guy Gabbey, a salesman there. He was such a nice guy; i would recommend anyone to buy a car from him. He honestly seemed interested in my life and was eager to help out in any way he could, he wasn't pushy or tried to get me into a car i couldn't afford or wanted. Finally i talked to Sergio Martinez; he's the general manager. He was so responsive and really just wanted my experience to be great there. After i purchased the vehicle. Tom Johnson the owner came up and thanked me and congratulated me; not something i have ever experienced. That's why this dealership gets a perfect score from me, because they cared!
