Bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan on 11/10/2020. Car had body damaged that was unreported. The driver side rear sliding door is crooked, the rear driver side quarter panel is pinched behind the bumper and the rear hatch is crooked and pinched against the tail light on 1 side. All pushed and pinched in the same direction. Also has excessive wind noise as if the doors are not sealed correctly. The response I got from Tim the sales rep was that “some Dodges are built that way”. The response I got from Ryan the used car sales manager “Dodges have excessive wind noise and it’s normal”
The car fax was also missing 10,000 miles.
I owned the car for 12 hours and I’m extremely unhappy/hate it and the responses I have received. It’s not buyers remorse, I feel like I was lied to and they are just trying to cover it up.
Update: they are working with me now to swap the van I bought for a different one of the year/mileage. I will update review when things are finalized.
The van they brought in was in worse shape than mine. They did try to fix the door (moved it about 1/2” straighter) but still has wind noise. They test drove it but didn’t hear anything wrong. Van still makes noise when you drive it. Left front tire especially.
End result. Did they go out of their way to try and make things better? Yes. Is it better? No. Stuck with a car I dislike for the next 5 years.

She happily informed us that she had already met her quota for the month. And then started telling us personal information about her self. We walked out.

A total waste of my time. When given my budget, they never stayed with In it. Mr. Patel was not knowledgeable at all and in fact I found him insulting. He honestly didn't know what he was doing or talking about. I can with the intent to buy and walked out incredibly disappointed. By the end of the night, I went to another dealership who was more knowledgeable and went home with a new car from someone else. Mr. Patel is a detriment to the dealership.

If you are interested in one, and you go home to work out the numbers for financing, he will turn around and sell that car on you if someone comes in the mean time with a better offer, without ever notifying you!!! He does not have the courtesy to give you a call to let you know he might have another party interested in the same car or truck! How bad is that!!!
And when you question him about it, he says he didn't think I was interested!!! I never told him that I wasn't!!!!! He sure as heck isn't trustworthy!!!

I put in information online for a vehicle. I was a little indecisive on if I wanted an SUV or if I wanted a sedan. I put my lead in about 11:25 a.m. I waited almost 30 minutes before I was ever responded to. When responded to by Keshia Andrews her email says manager was very ubrupt and rude. I asked for a quote on the vehicle, a lease or finance. She litterally sent me information only on the vehicle. Then we leaned more towards a SUV I told her what I was looking for. Which was a two toned interior. She said that they had one. She then sent me information on something that wasn't what I asked for. I then sent her back an email and was like this isnt what I asked for. Can you get it. She refused to message me back and had someone else get in contact with me. Without giving me the option of the vehicle. I am completely disgusted by Keishas actions. I told her My father just died. I had money to spend and she treated me like I was nothing. I am done with her and this company. I wouldnt recommend anyone go there!
Terrible & Dishonest - Sugg Never Again
Sold me a car that was in an accident and had water damage without telling me. The car had tons of issues and the dealer did absolutely nothing to help. I should have pulled the carfax before I bought the car. I found all of this after the fact. Stupid me. Do not buy from this dealer, very dishonest. I bought their recommended extended warranty to find out they wouldn't fix it (blown transmission) because it had water damage. Useless.
