On October 26, 2020 I brought my 2008 Dodge 2500 to your dealership for work (Invoice Number DOCS255785 - MO 108029). The job was to replace a steering stabilizer. I was told that it would take about an hour since a stabilizer had to be located. That was at 8:08AM. I arrived at 7:30 AM. Truck was ready at about 11:00AM. Almost 3½ hours to replace a part held by 2 bolts. I could almost understand the time but cannot forgive the quality of service. Is the stabilizer installed correctly? I hope so. After I saw the filthy mess left in my truck, I began to wonder what sort of professionalism and pride is put forth in the job itself. Driver's seat, floor, door handle, arm rests, and sill were full of grease and grime. The truck had just been detailed. When I brought this condition to the attention of the service representative, it was met with an offensive attitude. He did offer to send the truck to detail, but there was no concern. I hesitated then responded “no”. Again his comments were not appreciated.
I purchased this truck at a different dealer on 10/08/20 after a long search for a rust free vehicle at a price I could afford. I brought the truck to Brown -Daub for repair hoping to begin a relationship with a local dealer where I can have the truck serviced and possibly upgrade to a newer one in the future.
Sorry to say, I will never bring any work or any business their way in the future.

This is the worst dealership/service center I have ever experienced - I brought my Jeep a few years ago to fix gauges and they suggested a new car- 3 years later I trie to bring it in to fix the passenger window which needs a new regulator($35) and they claimed it would be $500+ to replace.

Kudos to Bob Mitchell for being an example of what a decent auto sales person should be! Bob was great with giving me advice as well as advising me on what to ask and look out for at another dealer I was actively pursuing a car at. His guidance was spot on as the other dealer showed their true colors when they sold the car I had a deposit on within 18 hours if me seeing it! Although I found and purchased my vehicle elsewhere (only because Bob's inventory did not have what I needed) I know that when my husband it's ready for his next vehicle in a few months, Bob will be the one we contact. Thank you Bob for being who you are.

About a year ago there was a problem that was diagnosed as an issue with my rear drive shaft. I was told the whole rear drive shaft needed to be replaced and it would cost around $1000. I not only had a wraparound insurance, but also a power train warranty that came with new and certified used vehicles as I was told. My car needed to be under 7 years old (5 years from my purchase) and under 100k miles which not only applies now, but definitely did a year ago. I was told even though the paperwork said certified used, the "system" did not reflect that. Therefore the bill would be my problem. I needed my car so I paid it and was told to contact the dealership. From here the manager was trying to be helpful and apparently the old management from when I bought my car was let go. I was then was told the regional manager would contact us as he couldn't do anymore himself. This call never happened and then COVID started so I waited. Clearly I will not be contacted by now. I find it ridiculous, unprofessional, and dishonest that this was not addressed. I was clearly lied to about the warranty and find it inexcusable that this was completely made my problem. I appreciate the site manager attempting to help, but unfortunately this wasn't enough. I will NEVER be purchasing another Jeep or any other brand with this company after this experience. This could have easily been handled and instead Jeep has lost a customer.
