I initially visited Nissan of Limerick to purchase a 2013 Mercedes GL450. Moses Ajayi, my sales person was very friendly and helpful. I took the car for a drive and really enjoyed it. I was trading in my 2016 F150 Lariat. I met with the Sales Manager, Chris Gassert. He offered me $14,500, which was far under the value I had been ordered by KBB. I was pretty offended and ended up leaving, telling them that I would sell my F150 elsewhere and comeback and purchase the GL450. The next day, I sold the car to the Ciocca Dealership network for $20,250.
I returned to the dealership, informed them about how much more money I received and then asked them to Appraise my Mercedes E350 for trade in. Giving them a second chance. To my surprise, this time I received a reasonable offer from Chris, which I accepted. While working through the financial, they had a $800 prep fee to make sure the car was ready for sale with no major faults. I purchase the car and I take it home. Very the next morning, I notice that the rear driver side is down, which means that there is an issue with the air suspension. I also got a brake wear sensor message, coolant level, and the rear passenger side door speaker was crackling. It seems that they had cleared the codes on the car. I was going to see if the, suspension would resolve itself, and it just got worse, where both sides were sagging in the back. I made Moses aware of the issue, he told me he would have to check with Chris to see what they could do for me. He sent me Happy Easter message. I did not hear from him for several days. I called and he was out for the day. I then called Chris, who sent me to voice mail, which I left, reiterating the situation and asking for the call back. The very next day, I received an email from Moses informing me that the car was sold to me as is and that the car did not have those issues when I took delivery. I wrote back stating that a slow leak is not something that you would uncover on a normal dealership visit and these are not things that happen immediately when a person purchases a car. I believe that the dealership cleared the faults on the car and withheld the suspension issues. That prep fee seems to be completely useless. Repair of a Mercedes Air Suspension will cost several thousand dollars. I am incredibly disappointed in the Nissan 422 of Limerick, I was fooled by the positive reviews. They should treat their customers better.

The general manager would not work with us in trying to get a deal on a used Nissan Rogue. Never budged on the listed price. Said "The car is priced to sell." I have been buying cars for myself, family and friends for over 30 years and I've never had a general manager not try to work a deal. I have also never had a dealer not budge on the listed price online. The salesperson Kylee was nice but said she had to go by what her manager said. I then went to Ciocca Hyundai and had a great salesman in Phil Rotzell and we bought a car off of him. The one star rating doesn't apply to Kylee but the people above her that wouldn't even try and work a deal.

I would love to say I had a good experience with Fred Beans of Doylestown, but unfortunately I have not. The sales reps are all nice, however I purchased a car from this location on November 14th 2020 and am still waiting on my plates. The temp plates I was given have now long expired and I am being thrown in circles by both Jeff and Bill, my sales rep and the manager of this location. I have been told multiple times the plates are on the way with no luck and no answer to when I would get them. Now I have spent 18k on a brand new car that is sitting in my drive way that I am unable legally to drive. I have had to cancel doctor’s appointments, I need help getting groceries, I cannot even drive to work. Still I have no idea when this can be resolved, so I would never recommend this location to anyone if you want a car you can use.
