I didn't know what to expect during this very difficult crisis. My GLK 250 needed service and I needed my adblue to be refilled. My appointment was for Monday April 6th. My service manager was Marc Wheeler. Marc took care of everything, I can honestly say that the whole experience was smooth and we all kept our physical distance. It was as if everything was normal not what we are experiencing . Marc and Motor World did an excellent job in serving my car and getting it back to me in a reasonable time.Also a big thank you to the technician who completed the work, he or she did a great job.

Walked into Executive Auto Gallery expecting to be harassed by the typical salesman of any dealership. I was pleasantly surprised at how that was not the case. It is a beautifully run family business that honestly takes care of their customers above all else. I felt comfortable there the entire time. As for the cars themselves, they are stunning and have a wide selection of vehicles. Each car passes an enhanced safety inspection that goes above and beyond a normal inspection. These cars will work like new and Executive will help you out if anything comes up. I just purchased my first vehicle from them this past weekend(2/1/20) and have to say that I do not see myself going anywhere else for a long time! Bought a 2018 Hyundai Tucson SEL from Dave Baum. They were able to negotiate pricing via text which was very convenient. No hidden fees, dealer prep, blah blah blah just Tax Title and Tags. It was a seamless transaction. Gassed it up and detailed it before pick up. Would buy from again and recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest dealer. I have been looking for months before I bought this car and have encountered many dealers with misleading online pricing and with outrageous fee's. It was nice to find one that does not do that.

I could not be happier with our experience at Ken Pollock Volvo. I was in the market for a new vehicle - my husband and I had done our research on which ones would be safest, most reliable, etc., and we came across a 2016 GMC Terrain that happened to be at this dealership.
