In December I had a coupon for a $25 gift card when you test drive a vehicle at this dealership. I had a KIA that’s lease was coming to an end so made an appointment with Pete the same salesman who I leased my last vehicle with. I test drove a vehicle and wanted to trade in my vehicle for a new Kia Sportage. Unfortunately I wasn’t approved and left without a vehicle. I showed him my coupon and asked if he could send me the gift card for test driving. I never received it. We texted back and forth a few times as I was still interested in purchasing a vehicle through him and also asked about the gift card once again. I was a loyal customer and had every intention of doing business with this dealership again. When I turned in my vehicle I spoke with Joe Gering, the sales manager, I showed him my coupon as well as the text messages between myself and Pete in regards to this. He assured me he’d take care of it and would send me the gift card. I finally received a certified envelope from him 2 days ago. I opened the envelope and found a VISA gift card packing with the actual card removed! An empty $25 gift card package! I feel like I’m being made a fool of and certainly not being treated as a valued customer because my credit score went down and wasn’t approved. Now it’s all about the principle of this matter and not standing by their advertisement! I don’t appreciate being made a fool of and hope karma of the disgraceful act comes your way.

They lied to us about the vehicle we bought being in an accident! We couldn’t drive it for 6 months because it was in the shop over 5 times. When we traded it into another dealer we told them everything and showed them the repairs. They ran the VIN and said it was in an accident. Kia never told us that! If they did we would have never bought this car in the first place. What a scam. Never NEVER go here. They can’t be trusted.

I bought my 2017 Kia Sportage there and was blown away by the cumstomer service and the life time oil changes and inspections. Everyone was amazing. I’ve been trying to get an oil change there for 3 months and it keeps getting canceled, the latest today. I was told all their service techs have quite and they don’t have anyone anymore. This is a horrible way to run a business. I will be calling corporate. Why promise something if you can’t deliver.

After browsing several pages I saw Major Hyundai’s website and went through their discount offer pages. I found just what I was looking for; a 20% discount coupon on all Hyundai Parts. Very bad dealership Wyoming Valley Kia - truth
I took my Kia Sportage to Wyoming Valley Motors for warranty repair work (to replace the A/C mode actuator). I waited for my vehicle to be serviced that day. When they brought my vehicle out of the service garage the paint was damaged on the front drivers side door. I was there when they took my vehicle in the garage and it was fine but when the brought it out the paint was damaged. It looks like they may have hit it with a tool and damaged the paint. When I showed it to them they ordered touch-up paint and touched it up. The paint did not even match and it looked worse then before they touched it up. Their service manager Mr. Nick Percival said the only way to fix it the right way would be to paint the entire door and front fender to make it match. He said they were not about to do that because they are not responsible for damage to customers vehicles. He even denied that the damage was done there even after I waited for my vehicle to be serviced that day and I saw when it was damaged. He said maybe a customer damaged it in the parking lot. I was there that day waiting for my vehicle and it was fine when they took it in the garage and when it came out of the garage it was damaged. It did not even sit in their parking lot without me seeing it. Mr Nick Percival even lied about how much it would cost them to repair the damage. I wrote a three page letter to Mr. Frank Hughes about the damage they did to my vehicle and he never even responded to my letter.
