I was a New Holland Auto Group customer for years. I leased my last car and knowing that I'd be retiring and downsizing financially - I knew going into it a few years ago, I'd be buying it out. When the time came, I kept having the same conversation around and around that I needed to just buy another one, or lease another one, prices were better, etc. Just wouldn't hear me and what I wanted. I didn't want to look, I just wanted to finance out the one I had, the one I loved, the one I knew would be my last new car. So I went looking for other options because I just had one too many conversations, voicemails, about coming over and checking out the stock. I was able to get the paperwork I needed thru Ford Credit, and then found a dealer who would work with me and was able to help me buy out my lease.So while the original lease interaction was GREAT - the followup to buy out the lease WAS NOT!

First time new car buyer, went in nervous as i had never even stepped foot on a dealer lot before. Mckenna was initial contact and was friendly and attentive. Bruno our salesman was great. Explained to us that about our credit which isnt the best and found us a vehicle that will be good for our lifestyle. He even went out in the pouring rain multiple times to bring us the vehicle that was right for us. Super friendly, explained everything thoroughly and made a nervous and scared first time new car buyer comfortable. Would highly recommend the outten team to others!

Took my 2019 Cherokee in for a basic oil change. Charged me $93 for synthetic without asking if I would like that instead of the $40 oil change. Your classic bait and switch!!!
