This is my 15th vehicle purchased from MileOne (the first in 2000) and 14th from Gary Burlage over the past 10+ years. Gary is an outstanding professional who has earned my business as well as that of my family and friends. Great Service! - Jesty
Was looking for my first car and luckily found one I loved at this dealership not far from me. Maxwell goes above and and beyond and offers to pick me up and buy me lunch during the buying process, which was kind of him. The car I test drove became mine, him and Joey, the financial manager, gave me thorough and detailed information on my first buy. Thanks guys!

Great Service and Price - chips5ahoy
I brought my Accord into another local Honda dealership today for an airbag recall. After replacing my airbag the other dealership’s service department called me and said my car needed over $3000 in maintenance and repair work This seemed steep to me since my car had less than 80k miles on it and has been serviced regularly since I bought it. Wanting a second opinion, I called Rosenthal Honda on my commute home and they offered to inspect my car right away, so I drove directly to their service department from the other dealership.
After comparing quotes for the services that the other dealership said my car needed, I found that Rosenthal had a better price on the water pump and drive belt replacement. Convinced by the other dealership that I would need at least a new water pump, I agreed to Rosenthal’s $79 inspection fee, which would be waived if I had at least some of my service done there.
I am so glad I got a second opinion! Rosenthal’s mechanic found the water pump was still fine and the hoses weren’t yet in need of replacement. And it was good to see the mechanic corroborate some of the service needs recommended by the other service center. However, I then feared that I had just lost my $79 because Rosenthal had quoted me a higher price on some of the services that remained to be done. Fortunately, they were willing to work with me on the price and matched some of the other dealer’s quoted prices. I ended up having my drive belt, catalytic converter shield, and front control arm bushing replaced, new spark plugs installed, and the wheels aligned.
I really appreciated how patient and understanding Marvin, the service manager, was. I never felt pressured and he calmly listened to all my concerns. I also appreciated being able to meet and talk directly with the mechanic working on my car, something that hadn’t happened before at the other dealership.
It’s still too early to review the quality of the work done since it’s only been a few hours, but I will update this review (or write a follow up review) if anything noteworthy happens.

AVOID!!!! Quote Low ..Charge HIGH!!! Avoid!! - San Man
Dont trust Michael at the Service Desk. He will quote low price over the phone and then charge you more when it is time to pay up. Just a crooked trick to pull you in to the dealership.
The person who handles customer relations...Skky Gersandi also is of no help when you complain. His job is to help his employees...not you. Avoid this dealership.

Satisfied With Herson's Honda and Service - Rhonda
I have purchased three Hondas from this dealership since 1988. My first car, from Hersons, was a 1988 Honda Accord. Next, I purchased a 2000 Honda CRV. I loved that car. It had a card table built in to the trunk area. My next purchase (and current vehicle) was a 2015 Honda CRV. I have kept each vehicle over 10 years. I really drive my cars a lot and have driven more than 150,000 miles on each car before trading. I even enjoy taking my car for its scheduled maintenance because everyone is so helpful and easy to work with.

Quoted $1200 to replace a power steering pump on a 2004... - WM86
Honda of Annapolis quoted $1200 to replace a power steering pump on a 2004 Accord. Pump was whining after the first cold day of the year. Going in, I was aware there was a service bulletin published by Honda noting that there is an o-ring on the pump that is a known weak point in cold weather - it let’s in a small amount of air causing a whine. Once quoted $1200, I declined service. The replacement (new style) o-ring is red, while the old one is black. My car had a black ring in it still. Service bulletin called for a new ring ($9) and 0.3 hrs of labor. I replaced myself for $16 - a new ring, some fluid, one 10mm wrench and 10 mins. The dealer never mentioned the bulletin, the old style ring still in place, or proposed this fix as a troubleshooting attempt before going forth with a $1200 fix. Techs that “inspected” the car for a quote left the power steering reservoir hanging in the engine bay against the accessory drive belt (which would have been fun to catch once the belt wore through the tank) and charged $100+ to conclude that the pump was bad when, in fact, the VERY common o-ring failure had occurred. When I challenged the diagnostic fee for the conclusion that was given, the manager told me with a straight face that “there were mouths to feed” in the Service department - after providing a quote for unnecessary work equivalent to 2.5% of the average American annual salary. I suppose the mouth of the inept, middle aged woman of a customer that I am doesn’t matter. Ineptitude, or dishonesty? Who knows, but I can guess. Either way, I have no kind words for the folks at Honda of Annapolis.

I went in initially to learn about the leasing process..and while there.. I met Mr James Weldon.. you was extremely pleasant and not pushy. He has a great sense of humor and I felt his sincerity and his honesty. He made the process very smooth . He guided me thru every aspect and always asked if I understood and he was there just to give me all of the necessary information to make my decision. I’m very happy with my CR-V. When I came back the next day to get my car auto care treatment.. I saw Mr James helping a client get out of her car into a wheelchair. He goes the extra mike to make you smile !!
The “Amazing Grace” need I say more... fantastic attitude and approach with financial portion!! They make a great team!
Paid for 2 Wheel Bearings and Only 1 was Replaced - MJT222
Three Honda's and almost 20 years of receiving service from Brown's Honda! I begin there because for the longest time, I did not mind paying a bit more at a dealership, thinking I was getting better quality customer service especially being a long time repeat customer. I felt safe and secure knowing Brown's was hopefully looking out for me and my car. The last thing I wanted was the wheels to fall off! September of 2018 I had both wheel bearings replaced with a 12/12 warranty...or so I thought! December 2018 an Axel broke and Brown's replaced that with a 12/12 warranty. Soon after I began to hear the same familiar "RuurUrrrUrr" noise coming from the left front as I did before the wheel bearings were replaced (over torqued on the axel?...Ill never know) and mentioned it to service every single time I went in for an oil change/tire rotation in 2019 (its on the service request I signed). Each time I was told either nothing was found, it could be CV Joints ORRRRR I could pay a diagnostic fee of around $150 to figure out what the noise was that would start over 20mph and during all turns. I looked it up on my own and then also had a mechanic friend test drive my car who said it was definitely the wheel bearing on the front left. Of course, by then my warranty had been expired by 4k miles and I my requests to check out the front left noise had been pushed aside every time I brought my car in for an oil/tire rotate which now, I believe, was because the front left wheel bearing was never actually replaced and they were pushing me aside waiting for the warranty to expire and then keep pushing that i pay the $150 diagnostic fee, which, by this time, my trust with Brown's had went from a 5 star to a 1 star. I took my car for a second opinion and the front left wheel bearing was never replaced, as suspected when they started brushing my "I hear noises" aside. I had the wheel bearing replaced by the second opinion shop with a 18/18 warranty and saved the parts. Although they do not wish to get into it with Brown's, they mentioned they received other customers with interesting complaints about Brown's in the last 2 years. I felt I needed to leave a review because of my experience.
Now, I know what Brown's will say: If you had only paid the diagnostic fee we would of told you that the wheel bearing was in fact bad...but how can i be so sure since you were supposed to have replaced it and I was even told that is was highly unlikely that a new one would of gone bad in under 12 months/14k miles...but if that was the case, why didn't you diagnose it all of the times you did oil/tire rotation and had my car up on the lift as a customer service nice thing and waved the diagnostic feel especially if in the last few months I kept mentioning the noise and even asked if both wheel bearings were actually replaced? I know what the paperwork says and I know I paid for 2 wheel bearings however, If you had found out that the wheel bearing on the left front was never replaced, would you have actually replaced it or tried to cover it up even more? At a certain point a person just feels like they are getting screwed and they see no positive way out other than start looking for a new mechanic they feel they can trust. I expect nothing to come of this as it is one mechanics word vs another mechanics 25+ years expertise. I don't even know how to make sure this does not happen to someone else other than ASK FOR YOUR OLD PARTS! Even then, a shop can find any old part laying around and hand it to you. My service guy was always super nice but since I have no idea who the mechanic was who worked on my car, I can only hope this was a legit mistake on his part. No one should feel unsafe in their car especially leaving a dealership.
Finical department sucks - Dave
I purchased 2020 Honda Odyssey EXL on Nov 2019 with OTD price $36500, register in MD. After days that I realized they gave me 4.89% APR with Bank of America, not Honda Financial. xxx. BTW my rep name is Steven, their finance department sucks. If you want buy car from them, need to open your eyes, do not let them foolish you.
Excellent service - G.booker
Just purchased a car today, let me tell Oscar is the best, also Carmen Wells with the financial part was outstanding. Gave a great deal on my trade in and the monthly payments.
Prompt service by experienced staff. - Honda Fan
Service Advisor, Joey Bofrone, was a great help in explaining the needed service for my CRV. Both on the phone and in-person he went thru the details in terms that I could understand.

Excellent service. I’ve been buying from Hendrick for 20 years. Why? Superior Service keeps bringing me back. While my Honda’s rarely break down, Regular maintenance and quality parts and service are critical. I’ve always had a single service manager assigned and my current manager Bradley Elkins is the best yet. He keeps my 2018 Ridgeline and 2012 pilot in top shape. I’ll keep coming back to Hendricks to buy future cars - the best sales staff is the service staff. Keep it up!
Service Department needs training - brandona
Disclaimer - The only reason I am rating this two stars is because I also bought a new Honda there and the Sales Dept. did an excellent job. My review is related to the Service Dept since the Manager, Fred, made no attempts to make things right.
Waste of time and money for a state inspection! My sports car is not a Honda but I called and they said no problem so I made an appointment that I was quoted at 1.5 to 2hrs. Well I spent almost 3hrs there only to be told I need to take my car elsewhere then bring it back to re-inspect for more money since it failed. Next shop was only charging a little more to do another state inspection over what Norris Honda wanted to charge for the re-inspection so I decided to not take it back and wait a long time again. Well the new shop found other state inspection issues that the first Inspector at Norris Honda passed so I reached out to the Honda Service Manager to let him know my concerns and he was very defensive and said its all subjective, which I'm not buying. He acted like they were doing me a favor for passing my car for these other issues another shop failed. For example my tint is illegal and didn't pass the inspection at the other shop but on Hondas inspection report it says N/A as if the car doesn't even have it. I'm not looking for a hand out or to be driving around illegal and have issues down the road so I would rather address it now. This other shop doesn't make any additional money for failing my car for tint either. I will have to remove it myself or take it to a place that will. They aren't charging a reinspection fee either. Oh and btw your Inspector also seems to think my car doesn't have power steering so he put N/A there too! All in all it was just a bad experience at the service center there and the Service Manager wasn't any help.
