I was there to get my 300 Chrysler fixed because of a recall. the service was pretty fast. my car sat outside for a half of a hour, before it was taking into the shop.total time was a hour and a half. while I was waiting for my vehicle I walked into apple show room. only vehicle they had to look at was a green jeep. I would have liked to see a 2018 Chrysler 300 . didn't see any. hard to sell a 300 Chrysler without see it first.this is why I had to go to another Chrysler dealer to buy this vehicle. I don't like to buy without seeing what im buying

After having a horrible experience with a competitive dealership when it came to the "real" price versus what they lure you in on over the internet, I had the exact opposite experience at Dulles CJDR. Their website explicitly calls out "No Fake Rebates" and that's what they honored. The internet sales price consisted of all applicable, non-qualifying rebates, as well as dealer-based financing. Fair enough. I didn't qualify for any of the additional rebates like recent college grad, retired military, NAR member or employee, competitive/loyalty, etc. and the internet price didn't include them. Even w/o the other qualifying rebates, they still had the most competitive price in the area on the truck I wanted. Imo was our sales guy and was very patient as we took a couple test drives. He didn't try to pressure us when we said we had to think about what we really wanted. The low pressure sale is exactly what made me and my wife want to give them our business. When I went back to purchase, Imo was out, but the sales mgr, David Black, stepped in to help out and gave me the price I was expecting. During the finance phase, Mack does what all finance mgrs are tasked with doing--upselling. However, I was very clear out of the gate that I only wanted the truck with no extended warranty, service, coating, etc. He figured out quickly that I was just there for the truck and got me out the door quickly and politely. Overall, a very good experience. In today's commodity car shopping world, you have to a) have the inventory, b) have a no-pressure sales process, c) have the best prices on the internet AND honor them, and d) focus on volume. For every 1 customer you try to mess with around pricing and actually get away with it, you'll have 4 more that realize you're playing tricks and will take their business elsewhere. Not to mention, post their experience here. Luckily, for me and for Dulles CJDR, it was 5 stars all around.

The people at Stetler Dodge were so friendly and helpful. I brought my Jeep in due to that it had water leaking into and they had it for a month trying so hard to fix it. Mean while they were so nice to give me loaner. In the very end they were not able to fix it. They worked something with me and now I am driving a 2019 Jeep and loving it. I would recommend they to anyone.

Manager at the collision will scam you if you are a woman. I had my van in to have the sliding door replaced. Even got the door for a junk yard to good shape. They wanted me to buy 5,000 new door. I told him no I will take my money else where. They refused to put the sliding door back on and let it in pieces. I took it to Top Gun in Frederick they fixed it for 2,000. I saved thousands. xxxx this company!!

First, let me just say that Chris was an AMAZING person to work with as we shopped from very far away. He went above and beyond and was honest about everything, so definitely 5 stars for him! Second, the dealership in general was only a 4 star experience due to the fact that they would not allow for us to have a copy of the manufacturer invoice, nor a true breakdown of the fees. Chris tried and was told we were not permitted these docs. The destination charge is absolutely ridiculous and without an explanation, it feels as though we’re being double charged. The doc fees amounted to $799- the highest out of ANY dealer in all 7 states we shopped from, and no breakdown as to why. The price overall was outstanding, however, but bc of the lack of transparency from the dealership, my husband decided to buy locally from someone who was willing to show us everything. Chris deserves a promotion and I’ll most definitely refer people to him!!
The work was completed but with problems - Jim
I took the car in because it had a coolant leak. The leak was found and repaired. The residue of coolant was left on the engine so I had to deal with the smell of hot coolant until it was evaporated by the engine heat.
While working on that the mechanic found a leak in the oil pan gasket. The gasket was repaired but the oil pan drain plug was not tightened so it leaked oil in my carport. When I looked under the car to find the source of the oil I found and tightened the loose drain plug. I looked around the oil pan to check for more leaks and found another loose bolt. This bolt was removed because it attaches to a bracket that is held on with the oil pan bolts. The bolt that was loose was only threaded in a few threads and it held the lower portion of the air conditioning compressor to the bracket. I tightened that bolt as well.
The air conditioning on the car had also stopped working. I was told by the dealership that the air conditioning system may not be covered by the extended warranty and that the diagnostic for it would cost $175. If a covered problem was found then the charge would be covered with the warranty otherwise I would have to pay the $175. Any problem with the air conditioning system should be covered under the warranty, so I am not sure how I would need to pay the diagnostic fee. I had to defer the diagnostic of the air conditioning until I have the money. I did hook up the gauge I have to recharge the air conditioning coolant and it reports that the system is overcharged. This means that the dealership did look at the system some, and may have overcharged it. I realize that the cheap little gauge I have is not a professional tool, but it does raise questions.

I bought a car here a few months ago with a service plan and extended warranty. When I took it for the first service, they said my agreement was only for major maintenance and made me pay $150. I went back the next day with my paperwork and demanded a refund, which to their credit they granted. .
They will also tell you to bring your vehicle in every 3000 miles, even if running synthetics, which need service only 5000-7500 miles. Everything they do is about trying to take advantage of people who do not know very much about cars. Avoid them, they are crooks.
I also demanded a refund of my service contract since I will never go back. Again, to their credit, they gave it to me. But it was only because I had all my paperwork, made a second trip, and knew enough to confront their lying service people.
