Sport is like Rock & Roll, I like it, I like it!!!! My last three auto purchases have been at Sport and I'm always impressed with Scott Egloff's knowledge of Corvettes and Corvette people. Scott helped me with my 2015 C7 Corvette purchase and he found a 2021 C8 Corvette that was the exact car I was looking for.
Please let Gibbs Forgarty know that Scott Egloff, Robert Kramer and Ramone handled my purchase on Saturday like I was family!

My son bought a Jeep Wrangler, 2014, low miles. He was practically forced to purchase a warranty on it. Within a month, he had issues with the Jeep running hot, lights coming on and he took it to the Apple Chevrolet to get it looked at, each time was told no issues. He was told his warranty only was for their dealership.
The mechanic told my son, to continue driving it, the thermostat is sticking, would not hurt it. Well it did litterly run hot and blow the engine, the warranty says not there problem, there was sludge in engine wasn't taken care of. Dealership said, we never said anything like that. Meanwhile my son has no car and carpayments. Apple Chevrolet are crooks, avoid buying cars from them, device is a joke, management is even worse

This review comes a couple years late, but as I just went... - K.W. Jones
This review comes a couple years late, but as I just went through a much better buying experience at another dealership, I felt it was worth revisiting my awful experience with Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville.
It started out pleasant enough. I worked with Bruce, a sales person/manager, over email to start talking numbers. We arranged for a test drive, but when I got there, he was tied up, so he had a new junior salesperson work with me. He had trouble finding the keys for the test drive, and someone else at the dealer thought it was appropriate to quite publicly belittle him in front of me -- and not in a playful way. I felt bad for the salesperson and awkward standing there. Not a great start.
After a short test drive with the salesperson, I ended up taking the vehicle for an extended ride so I could take it home to show it to my wife. I brought it back later that evening with the intent just to drop of the vehicle and to let them know I wanted it and would come back the next day to finalize things. I had my two young children with me, who wanted to ride in "the new car". I was also going to pick up dinner.
Enter Bruce, now freed up from his earlier responsibilities. I let Bruce know everything is great and I'll be back the next day to finalize the deal we'd worked on. At that point, Bruce tells me that if I don't buy the car that night, he was trashing our deal. Mind you, this was the middle of the month. No quotas to be met; no sales programs scheduled to end. Bruce just decided he was going to strong arm me. The vehicle was a special edition, so I wasn't sure if I could find it elsewhere (I could have, in retrospect). So I ended up moving forward begrudgingly. My young boys were forced to sit there, without dinner, as I did paperwork till 9 pm (an hour and a half after I got there), even after he promised they would expedite the process. I felt duped, and like a horrible parent. I left the dealership that night already resenting my new vehicle.
I regret to this day that I didn't just walk out and buy the car elsewhere or get another vehicle from another maker altogether. I vowed never to return to this dealership or even service my car there, and I kept that promise. I just got rid of that vehicle and had a much better buying experience this time around (shoutout to Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg).

We’ve been helping buy and sell vehicles for a while and... - Check6apa
We’ve been helping buy and sell vehicles for a while and this is by far the WORST experience ever. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We called to inquire about a vehicle we were interested in. (We do not live in the area). Once we agreed on figures the salespersons attitude just got nasty. It went from concern to just another sale. The following day, after we heard from nobody about where we were in the process and what date we could specifically expect the vehicle to be delivered, we called Stephane 2:30 to find out what was going on. The salesperson again gave attitude so we asked to speak with a manger. Long story short, somehow we got screwed out of buying a vehicle because of the attitude of the salesperson. Yes we called an let the used car manager and general sales manger know. The General Sales manager seemed not to care too much.

Tedd Britt Chevrolet (Sterling, VA) and General Motors... - I fear for my safety
Tedd Britt Chevrolet (Sterling, VA) and General Motors has given me the run around. They have shown gross negligence by refusing to replace my newly purchased 2020 Silverado 1500. I have been tossed around from manager to manager, from advisor to advisor. Nobody wants to be the one caught with the customer (me) in a potential lawsuit:
I have put less than 15,000 miles on the vehicle, hardly owned six months. First owner. The vehicle has been in FIVE TIMES for various electrical issues including brake system failures (x3), and most recently the vehicle shut off while I was traveling +60mph. I fear for my safety. See attached invoice photos.
Their staff sees you as a number - a price tag. Their “Customer Experience Manager” did not even look at me, he talked over me, and downright refused to help me - would not even give me the customer service phone number. He said it was not his problem. Incredible.
Don’t waste your time, or your safety. Buy a Ford.
Bob Bell Chevy triumphed where others failed miserably.... - greycroft101
Bob Bell Chevy triumphed where others failed miserably. They gave me every possible incentive including Costco to get me My Chevy Bolt at a rock-bottom price. The trade-in was easy and nearly $2000 over what others had offered. To cap it all, they delivered my new car to Delaware and picked up my old Volt for free!
Hands-down the quickest, least pressured, socially distanced (I never left home) buying experience ever. Period.

I just happen to be browsing some of the other reviews as i wroteone earlier and i believe it is true as stated the 90 day warranty is a sales promotion they stretch everything out till you are out of warranty my cabin filter was filthy as well a air and my back seats cushion was falling off back was told after i purchased that no more money would be put into the vehicle after being told by salesman that everything was covered except some electric very shady sales and service seem like they work hand and hand not to stand up to their end of deal just get your money and you can hit the rd jack and tell your story walking we hear you but dont care i was told i should of bought a new car but u sold me car that you said was nationwide certified with no remorse if u dont back your vehicles why sell it bottom line and then had the nerve to say we dont know to much about honda in service so i asked can i take elsewhere and let them examine the vehicle i was told no they will not honor only there tech can diagnose which leaves me at the mercy of them not wanting to fix my vehicle then if im not mistaken vehicle was serviced with all aftermarket parts they told me where honda parts very shaky dealership from sales to service
No Integrity, Morals, nor Scruples - elawyer
My advice to you is to go somewhere else and not buy anything from this dealership. I am writing a review based on the recent experience of my 83 year old father who is on a very limited income and was talked into buying a car from Renn Kirby Chevrolet Buick. Again, the information I have is third hand knowledge based on what my father said he was told and of course the dealership did not put anything in writing so they are not legally obligated to do anything.
My father went into Renn Kirby after receiving a flyer from this dealership last year saying he could be the winner of $25,000 so he went in to see if he got lucky. Of course he didn't win the money and I don't know who, if anybody, ever won this $25,000 dollars but I can't say either way. Instead, they had a high pressure salesperson, whose name is Dave and conveniently doesn't work there anymore, talk him into buying a car that he knew my father couldn't afford. My father explained to the salesperson repeatedly that he could only afford $100 a month in payments so somehow they talked him into a car that they financed for him at $385 a month for ~7 years (yes 7 years when my father will turn 90 years old). Apparently the deal that my father heard from the salesperson was that that they would give him a check to go towards the payments for the first 10 months so he would only be paying $125 a month. The dealership did do that, at least, but this was in writing so they had to. Also, it was my father's understanding from the salesperson that he would get another check at the end of the 10 months to use on the payments for another 10 months. This second payment wasn't in writing so, of course, now the dealer doesn't know anything about it.
The dealer asked my father to come in for refinancing. Maybe they could bring down the payments but all they could do was offer him another car at about the same price which would bring the payments down to $325 a month. So now my father is in a situation where the car could get repossessed and he would be without a car.
The problem I have with this is:
1. My father repeatedly told the salesperson he could only pay $100 a month but the salesperson continued to push him. I'm just wondering what kind of person takes advantage of an elderly person just to make a buck.
2. On the day this deal happened, my father ended up staying at the dealership for many hours which wore him down. As I said before, my father is 83 years old and sitting in a dealership with a high pressure salesperson for hours would wear anyone down much less an elderly person.
3. They gave him financing for 7 years at which time my father will be 90 years old. Who knows if he will even still be driving by this time.
4. In my opinion, the salesperson knew what they were doing and were just out to make a buck off of an elderly person who doesn't have much money to begin with.
So, you can do what you want but if you do any business with this dealership, or any dealership for that matter, get everything in writing. I would recommend you even record the conversation with you cell phone or a digital recorder so there's no dispute later. Again, in my opinion, what Renn Kirby did was immoral and unscrupulous.

Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was a... - mb6504674
Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was a horrendous experience. The sales process was lengthy and the team members we worked with were disorganized, deceitful, and condescending. We were charged incorrect sales tax twice and were lied to about the financing terms of our loan. Gap insurance was added after we had declined this coverage twice and a third party extended warranty was added without our consent. We had to wait for paperwork to be redone several times in order to have these things removed and numerous other errors corrected. After spending over $50,000 on a vehicle, we were given less than ¼ tank of gas to drive several hundred miles home. The registration transfer took 8 weeks to complete and was processed incorrectly. Instead of transferring our personalized plates to the new vehicle as we requested twice during our transaction, we were given generic plates. I have purchased six vehicles in my adult life and have never encountered such poor communication and patronizing deception until my experience with Buchanan Automotive.

I've been bringing my car to Autonation for several... - bmckenley
I've been bringing my car to Autonation for several years. But recently the heat in my car stopped working. I brought it in early Oct. to get it fixed. After 3 visits they said that it might be my thermostat. They swapped it out but I ended up coming back within a couple days because my heat still wasn't working. Fast forward to right before Thanksgiving I brought my car in at 7:30 am again with the same problem. I did not get a call all day so I called. I was told that there was a hose left unconnected (only people who touch my car is Autonation so it was obviously left unconnected by their mechanics) and there was another issue (which was probably caused by the unconnected hose) and they needed to call my warranty company to see if they'd cover the parts and labor. It was agreed upon that the service rep would call the warranty company the next morning and let me know. I ended up not hearing anything until I called close to closing time and I was told my case was given to the manager who proceeded to tell me the same info that was told to me the previous day. I tried to be understanding because it was right before a holiday and I requested that I get a loaner car because my car is pretty much out of commission. The manager called back the next day and told me he had one and it would be dropped off to me. Well, I was obviously forgotten about and had I not called I wouldn't have gotten a rental. The holiday passes without any call (almost three weeks) so I finally stopped by the dealership. I am then told that my case was passed off to another service rep and he shows me that he's been communicating with the warranty company. I express my displeasure about no body even bothering to contact me but I however thank him for contacting the warranty company. It's been a week since then. I've called three times left messages with the receptionist April and Justin and I have yet to get a call back about the status of my car. At this point I have been without my car for a month and I just want my car back and fixed. This is ridiculous.
Avoid This Dealership- Incompetence Abounds - car123
This is an honest, straightforward review of my experience at this dealership. I found a used vehicle on their website that I was interested in, and in all fairness, seemed like a good price. I was torn on if I should purchase the vehicle in Virginia because I was relocating to another state soon. I really preferred to get the vehicle here because I would need a vehicle to get me up to my new state and, again, it did seem like a fair price online. I figured before going in, I would call the dealership to discuss the challenges that move might bring about (registering, paying taxes, getting tags for new state, etc). I was assured that there would be no issues whatsoever, and they could register the vehicle for me easily to the new state and that they "do it all the time." When I got to the dealership, I reiterated that I would only be interested in the vehicle if they could in fact register it to my new state and that I wouldn't have to jump through a ton of hoops to do that. After all, you pay all the fees, so you expect the dealership to do their part to make it a convenient and easy process. That part aside, I test drive the vehicle and then meet the used car manager Shane. Mind you, this is supposed to be a reputable, big time car dealership, but Shane could have easily come from a shady used car dealer on the side of a random road. He is a fast-talking, not look you in the eye type salesman. He clearly got annoyed when I asked direct questions about certain fees or wanted to negotiate on price. How dare the customer ask for a better price or want answers as to what the many dealer fees are. I didn't come with some ridiculous price and am a very reasonable person, but the guy just had a bad attitude. Simply put, he is not professional and I can only imagine the way some people could be taken advantage of having to work with him.
Then came my trip to finance. The finance manager, Sunny, was not any better to work with. I should have walked out when I realized the finance manager had a problem doing simple math. He also had a bad attitude and actually mentioned to me that he cut his lunch short to come help me and was not happy having to do so. Then, after all this time at the dealership, Sunny lets me know they won't be able to register the vehicle to my new state, which they had repeatedly promised they could do to this point. The finance department blamed the sales department, and then the sales department blamed the finance department for issues. Some employees were pointing the finger at the used sales management and team and called them out (to me) about how they are not good at their job. Simply put, I was lied to or mislead numerous times, by folks in every department I worked with, and I was rightfully angry. Again, I am reasonable and kept my cool, and I felt I was still getting a good price on the vehicle, which is the majority of my concern when purchasing a car (price). So, I went forward with the process I spent 6+ hours at this dealership which is absurd. Sunny joked that this was the longest car sale he's seen, but I didn't find it funny. I do feel like they wasted a lot of my time, and again, at each turn, incompetence was uncovered. I may have to put some of the blame on myself for not leaving sooner and subjecting myself to the circus at this place. There is more to this joke of a trip to the dealership, but just suffice it to say that I would never recommend anybody purchase a car from here. It really felt like this was the first vehicle they had ever sold. It felt like nobody really knew how the car sales process worked which led to time wasted and bad attitudes throughout. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
