It was great to deal with Kyle Edwards. The sale went great on my Power Wagon. Until I signed the papers - then there was absolutely NO customer service. They lost one key fob and the manager said that he would mail it to us. There was also a small tear in the leather console. The next day, the general manager "did not recall promising our key fob" and "he does not know how a tear in the leather occurred. Nobody would help. I finally got Century Ram to replace the leather piece and charge it back to Antwerpen and I had to call Ram customer service to get the manager to mail my missing key fob. Kyle or the manager would not return or answer one call once the papers were signed.

My recent buying experience at Darcars Jeep New Carrollton was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had.
This was the 25th vehicle I’ve purchased in my life and was better than my prior excellent experiences with Mercedes, Acura and Infiniti.
My initial contact was with sales person Caesy Rivera by phone and he was very informative about the Darcars pricing strategy and verifying the 2020 Grand Cherokee High Altitude (w/5.7L Hemi) I was interested in was available.
I was unable to travel the 1.5 hours to the dealership till this past Friday (9 Oct).
Upon arrival and after being introduced to sales managers Frankie and Tim, Caesy explained features of the vehicle (this was my first time driving a Grand Cherokee) and the basic outline of where we were going on the test drive.
The Grand Cherokee was quite impressive. Upon return to the dealership, Caesy provided the dealerships initial sales write up. I was impressed with their first offer on the F150 I was trading in. The Darcars sales price of the Grand Cherokee was quite fair based upon my several weeks of research. After a brief discussion with Frankie (Semper Fi!), we were able to come to an acceptable compromise on pricing of both the Grand Cherokee and my F150 trade in. This occurred in <5 minutes of start of negotiations! Amazing!!!
To add more greatness to this transaction, when I met with Andrew in F & I, he was prepared for me, had pertinent documents laid out and explained extended warranty options. I already had pre-approved financing with my bank, so that merely streamlined the process. Andrew was very professional – as are all of the folks I interacted with at Darcars New Carrollton!
The vast inventory selection (they were the only dealer within 75 miles with Hemi powered High Altitudes – and they had four of them) and wonderful sales professionals at Darcars New Carrollton certainly made my 1.5 hour drive each way well worth the effort and time invested.

I just recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Renegade High Altitude from here on 11/19/20 after coming across it on cars.com. I submitted the trade-in form and Ms. Algeda was quick (under 5 minutes) with reaching out to me about it. I made an appointment to come in the same evening around 6:30.
From there, I was set up with Jada who facilitated my test drive of the Jeep I wanted and went over all the features. She was the highlight of my first "brand new" car buying experience as she was very friendly, personable, and did not come off as the stereotypical car salesman attempting to pressure you into something or get over on you. As a social worker, I value rapport building; it truly goes a long way. I traded in my car and was financed through my own credit union (NFCU), without issue. She has even reached out afterwards to ask if I had any questions or concerns.
The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because I did feel like I was a bit pressured to get their extended warranty packages (Not by Jada). The gentleman just began explaining to me what the warranties were and how much they cost... I had to ask, specifically, 2-3 times if this was "mandatory" before I got a straight answer that it was not, but was something recommended. To me, that is stereotypical car salesman fast talk and behavior; it definitely felt like a finesse, and I didn't really like that.
Overall, my experience was positive. I'm glad I did not pay for the extended warranty as I've read bad reviews about the service and work quality of the repair shop there. I'd buy there again. I recommend that you ask for Jada!

Of course the price to did not cover synthetic oil so I agreed to go ahead. 30 mins later I get a call stating there was a nail in the tire and $65 to plug plus I also needed the 30,000 service and I was quoted $1000 . this bill was for air filter ,cabin filter and drain and replace transfer case fluid. . I changed oil and filter and plugged tire though i really wonder if I had a nail in the tire for $104. When I checked owners manual It does not recommend changing transfer fluid until 120,000 miles. I went and Bought air and cabin filter and replaced myself for $50. It took less than 20 mins. Last time I go Dar cars
