The only negative of the experience was having to wait for the finance manager to finish with another customer. It was a Wednesday evening and only one was working. This dealership ranks right up there with one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I received an offer to buy a vehicle from them from a third party site (True Car) for a predetermined price which they refused to honor and wanted to tack on additional fees of $995 for "certified pre-owned" which was clearly included in the price quote.
The salesperson that I dealt with was absolutely horrible, he communicated poorly and was borderline rude. We were trying to do a deal for over 3 days and I eventually just had to walk away because they were just unwilling to compromise on anything at all, very poor customer service.
Their ad stated that they would do at home delivery because of Covid but they flat out refused and demanded that I had to come in person for no good reason. I really tried to make it work, I was approved for a loan but due to the distance(70 miles one way) and their refusal to deliver as they advertised I needed to arrange for someone to come with me to get the vehicle back home. Now in all fairness the delivery radius is 50 miles but I offered to meet within the 50 miles and that request was refused. I even offered to pay a holding deposit until I could get there the very next morning but again no compromises at all, basically it was their way or no way at alI so after all of the frustration I chose to take my business elsewhere. You have been warned.

Disappointed. I recently had my 2020 ST Edge serviced for its 30,000 maintenance which includes oil and filter change and atf fluid change. After 2 days at the dealership I picked up my car and drove it home. I noticed the left screen on dash was displaying mph not how I left it, also my brakes felt like they were starting to warp under braking also not how it was left. But the icing on the cake was when I cycled my gauges I saw my MPG was 11 not 25 when I dropped it off. I cannot prove that someone took it for a joyride but with these indicators that mention it is hard for me to think otherwise. I have bought multiple cars from Lanham Ford this is the first I have noticed this type of treatment. That was the last time I'm having my car serviced there. Annapolis Koons Ford will be my new Dealership. This is a warning for anybody else. Check your mileage and MPG before dropping it off.

Buying the car was a Breeze, once they get the money, it's screw you!!! I purchased my vehicle 12/10/20. I was issued a "WE OWE" for a few minor repairs, that are still not taken care of. I've been to this dealership 4 times trying to get these repairs done, and I live in Baltimore City so it's about an hour ride one way. I bought my car back for the repairs on 1/4 and did not get my car back until 2 weeks later, again, still not completely repaired. I reached out to Sonny who was my Salesman, as well as Amir who basically ignored my concerns. This has been the worst experience buying a car for me. Since I have been dealing with this company, I have yet to come across anyone that has been true to their word!

I had my first scheduled service on my new 2020 Ford Explorer St on April 15, 2021.
My service writer was Joey Stickman who I found to be extremely personable with excellent product knowledge. I explained to him that I had purchased the platinum service contract and he told me everything would be listed in the computer at the dealership under my name. He scheduled me for service at 11:00AM and explained to me what services would be performed on my car at this visit. He told me it would take about one hour and that he would have my car washed when the work was completed. Exactly one hour and five minutes later Mr. Stickman texted me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. I found all work had been completed in an excellent manner and my new Ford Explorer was cleaner when I picked it up after service then when I dropped it off. Mr. Stickman went over my car with me when I picked it up and explained all of the work that had been done. I received excellent customer service from Mr. Stickman and I am glad that I purchased the platinum maintenance plan from Mike Palmer in finance as there was no charge for me at this visit. Looking forward to my next visit at Koons Sterling Ford and I will definitely use Joey Stickman again as my service writer.

Have had my cars serviced here for many years. One repair had to be re-diagnosed 3 times but mistakes happen and I kept coming back for upkeep such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.. Today my car died. I called for assistance and was told "we're busy, can't fit you in until next week"......so much for the loyalty. I won't be coming back.

I have bought my last 3 trucks from Koons and when I read about the Tremor package, I knew it was time to stop in again. I wanted a F250 King Ranch with the Tremor package and 7.3 Godzilla V8. Billy Mensh was very helpful in ordering the truck from Ford just the way I wanted it. I got the power running boards and heated seats. Was surprised when it had massage seats as well! Always wanted them and didn't realize that was part of the King Ranch Ultimate package. More bells and whistles than I have figured out yet how to use but fun driving and learning. Billy even changed the color for me from Blue Jeans to Star White when I changed my mind. Happy I did. The truck looks and drives fantastic. Thanks again Billy!

I took my 2017 Shelby to Bob Bell Ford, Glen Burnie, Maryland where it sat for ten months. After invoking the Maryland Lemon Law I was awarded $9,500 in addition to the final 'factory-fix.' Upon re-delivery to me I found the windshield had been broken in the lower passenger quadrant, presumably by a 'technician' angry with the fact he/she/it had been saddled with this job. To claim I would not again trust Bob Bell Ford with anything more valuable than a can of Spam is an understatement.

I had a great experience with the salesman, Dave Wright! I live 1 1/2 hours from the dealership and wanted to be sure a deal was workable before I made the drive. The disconnect came when it came time to sign and agree to financing. I was asked three times to accept 72-month financing when I stated from the beginning I did not want to do this. Finally, the sales manager refused to accept the terms I had made very clear from the beginning I did not want to go beyond. I know this is a common tactic, but I thought if I was very clear from the beginning of my interaction with a dealership, I could avoid this experience. The disconnect between salesman, finance, and sales manager tells me this dealership lacks integrity.

Called the dealership and asked if they gave trade in values without me purchasing a vehicle. My company offered us a company car and I was looking to get out of my f150. Went into the dealership and sat down with Todd explained exactly why I was there. While waiting for them to do the appraisal I asked to go see the new 2021 lariat. I was interested to see the upgrades Ford finally put in their truck. Came back in Todd asked me to get some loan info on my truck. He came back with a trade in price and finance numbers on the 2021 Ford. I explained again that I needed numbers for just a trade with no purchase he left again came back and said the numbers were good either way til the end of the month. Joe barrios came over had a small conversation and I left. I called Todd 2 days later said I wanted to trade in my truck but was not going to purchase at that time. Todd asked me to email some info and he would set things up. 15 minutes later I get a text saying the number was only good if I bought a truck. I called Todd explained my frustration asked him how that happened. And he said joe most have misunderstood him. 15 minutes after joe barrios called me and as I was explaining to him what Todd and I talked about. he started getting loud. Talked over me. And said “I don’t need to do anything I don’t want to. I don’t owe anyone anything” typical dirty used car salesman. Typical bait and switch. And just overall unprofessional. Then told me he would talk to gm and call back. 4 days later no phone call I plan to pursue this up the Ford chain and let them know about this dealership and the team running it. I’ve been in sales a long time and mistakes happen but sometimes you need to find a middle ground and make it right. But here joe barrios is right and owes his customers nothing. Should be embarrassed.
