I was shopping for a new XC60 and was going back and forth with Don Beyer Volvo in Dulles/Sterling because of close proximity to my house. However, after 2 weeks of DB Volvo not calling me back and just a terrible experience, I decided to reach out to Wayne Smit at Fairfax Volvo. I knew right away that it was a good decision due to their exceptional customer service and working with Wayne was the best experience! If you're shopping for a Volvo, go to Fairfax Volvo and see Wayne Smith. He is the best! Gina M.

We found David Stahl very forthright and helpful in his dealings with us. He informed us that MD required dealers to guarantee the car for items covered under the state inspection for thirty days or 1000 miles. Being unfamiliar with the location of the dealership for our test drive, David gave us a page with directions for our test drive that took us through small roads as well as the highway so we got a good feel of the car. He also promised to deliver the car to our home on his own time, once it was ready after some needed work,
In November 2020, I purchased a vehicle that Beyer Volvo... - jeangem01
In November 2020, I purchased a vehicle that Beyer Volvo Dulles listed online. I was told it was in excellent condition with no damage and needing no work. I trusted what I was told and the pictures in the listing. I purchased the car and paid to have it shipped from Virginia to NJ. When the vehicle was delivered I was shocked to see significant pain damage, the cargo area was pulled apart and the brake job that was supposedly done was only the pads being changed. I found a work order, that was apparently ignored, in the glove box. I immediately tried to contact the salesman, but he didn’t return calls. It’s now been 2 months, and after speaking with several people at Beyer, I was sent a touch-up pen. I got 2 estimates for the paint repair that were $1150 & $1350.My communication is being ignored. This is by far my worst car buying experience I’m now stuck with a car that was grossly misrepresented, and in need of $1300 in body work. I’ve put 5 miles on the car since November DO NOT TRUST BEYER VOLVO DULLES WITH AN ONLINE PURCHASE BEYER BEWARE!

I have been leasing from Darcar Volvo since 2008. Alexander, the manager and Mo Mostafavi are absolutely the best. I go to Darcar Volvo because the service is the best. Mo is most helpful and knowledgeable. He has shown me everything about the car with good humor and patience. I cannot thank Alexander and Mo enough. I would have given them 100 Stars if possible
The sales experience at this dealer was unlike any other.... - KG10
The sales experience at this dealer was unlike any other. We had contacted at least 5 (closer) dealers before finding Ourisman. From the first phone call, Corey took care of us. He was direct, polite, respectful, and gave us exactly what we were looking for. Even after a very big complication, Corey made it right and ensured we got exactly what we were looking for. Couldn’t recommend this dealer and Corey highly enough.

Unethical, unhelpful, and incompetent. Negligently installed a warped driver side mirror, did something to cause infotainment system to begin to malfunction, never took responsibility, only argued and wanted to charge for more labor. Avoid like the plague.

Everyone was very professional and helpful making the the purchase experience pleasurable. Our salesperson Brendon did an exceptional job getting things done, explaining everything, and very knowledgeable. Ray got us through financing quickly without the typical back & forth sometimes experienced. Couldn't ask for more.
Simple engine work resulted in a blown engine - Notpleasedinharrisburg
Took a 2005 Volvo XC90 to this dealership to resolve an oil leak and a timing belt change. After having the car for over a week, picked up the vehicle to merge onto the highway only to have a NO Oil Pressure light message and oil sensor message appear, less than 10 minutes from driving away from their lot. Next day, the vehicle was towed from my home to their dealership for service, only to receive an "explanation" that the oil pan was "gunked up" and the strainer and tubes were where the cause. OK, how much and let's fix it. Next day, pulled off their dealership, again, merged onto the 83 North interstate only to be blowing a cloud of smoke and have the Oil Pressure sensor light appear, only this time under pressure, the engine blew on the interstate. Upon returning to the dealer, after $3k in work, their response was that the engine blew due to prior work done on the vehicle, not be them or an authorized Volvo dealer. Really, if You as the expert would have properly driven the car, road tested it, the engine's oil pressure sensor and symptoms would have been fairly evident and easily resolved, after all, aren't you the DEALER, the expert on this vehicle? Their service adviser response was "it drove fine in our parking lot." Well what the xxxx was I thinking, I should just drive around your parking lot and not go on the interstate!! Needless to say, $ 3k in "engine" work from their "master technician" and I now have a blown engine, from what should have been a fairly routine repair!! Imagine my disappointment when I took the vehicle to the dealer for "Peace of Mind" that the repair was done professionally, properly and would be backed by a warranty.
Alexander was literally the best car salesman that I have... - Fusc5055
Alexander was literally the best car salesman that I have ever worked with (I have owned 7 cars, and have experienced many, many more dealerships than I care to remember). He actually took time to explain the features of the car and did not try to push us into something that we didn't want/need. He was super friendly and genuinely interested in making sure that my wife and I left the dealership happy. We absolutely made the right choice in picking Volvo. Note that, although my wife had owned a mid-80s Volvo "tank," neither of us had ever owned or experienced a modern Volvo product. After our S60 lease ends, we will 100% make Beyer Volvo our first stop in selecting a new car (hopefully something fully electric!).

Worst service dept I've ever seen. Took van in on Monday for a one day repairs. No call Monday, called Tuesday morning, was told everything fixed but TPS they ordered was wrong one. Asked about the front end alignment and was told no they did not do that yet but van would be done Tuesday. No call Tuesday afternoon. Called Wed, told that now the blower motor that was fixed monday is now not fixed and they have to replace a switch. No call back Wed. Called thursday and they closed service due to weather again no call with status. Called Friday morning, Will van be done today? Yes they say, when can I pick it up? Their reply, I'll check and call you back, again no return call. Sitting here losing a weeks pay waiting for my work van. They will never see another van from my company.

Excellent experience. After researched the current market for the interested vehicle via internet, we drove over 60 miles to test drive the interested vehicle. We found Marten's experience informative, pressure-free and cost effective. They made the dreaded car shopping experience, painless and even joyful.
The employees in this dealership are completely... - truegolfer
The employees in this dealership are completely unprofessional.. I was about to purchase a car from them but decided to go elsewhere when they began playing haggle games. The salesman would quote me one price- then the manager would qoute me another. I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. The managers were rude and the obese finance guy (john) was a crook. I ended up buying my s80 from annapolis volvo. What a diference!! A beutiful showroom full of friendly employees who were there to help me-not to scam me. I purchased the same car for much less, and with a much better finance rate. I would recomend anyone interested in a volvo to purchase thiers at annapolis volvo- they appreciated my business. I would have rated Village Volvo all zeros, but 1s where the lowest rating available.
