I went in to have a leak fixed. My PTU part needed replaced. It took many days to get mechanic to approve the repair but Eddie worked hard to make sure everything got done and approved. The reason I rated sales low was due to an issue with the tires. After having my Ford for 6 months and driven 8,000 miles I went to have the tires rotated. I was told the tires couldn’t be rotated due to how uneven they were. I was told they were not maintained correctly. When I had my ford serviced I talked to Kayla who informed me this was not the dealership problem and that it passed inspection. When I bought the car she told me it had been maintained and was in great shape. She said there were no issues which now I know is a lie! I now have to buy new tires and I feel as though I don’t matter. Kayla said she would double check with Ford and contact me but never did. I am very disappointed that I have to buy new tires as a result of someone else’s actions and the fact that the dealership doesn’t care. We will be looking in the next year or two for another car and I’m not sure given this experience I will look here.

In January 2019 I purchased my second vehicle from this dealership and I could not be more satisfied. Back in 2014, I purchased a new Camaro RS Convertible, and the buying experience was comfortable and easy, and my salesperson - Dan Sharon - made sure I was completely satisfied. After enjoying the car for four years, I returned to trade in my 14 for a 2018 2SS Convertible. As I was driving from DC to Richmond, Dan Sharon was able to work out a lot of the paperwork prior to my arrival so that once I arrived at the dealer, trading in my 14 and driving home in my 18 was fast and easy. I love my new car, and will return to Dan at Hendrick when the time comes to upgrade again. Thanks to Dan and the staff at Hendrick for making the buying process a great experience twice! Highly recommend the team at Hendrick!

Our experience at Buick GMC of Woodbridge could not have been better. We bought a 2019 Yukon XL last week and we are so pleased with the excellent customer service, professionalism and honesty (and that's hard to find at a car dealership). Joann guaranteed us a fantastic vehicle at a fantastic price, and she delivered with absolute perfection. We would go back and purchase from them in a heartbeat. Scott, Tony and every single person that we encountered were friendly, helpful and made the experience a pleasant one instead of a painful one. Buick GMC of Woodbridge is fantastic, I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Ask for Joann, she is the BEST.

Do not purchase from Lindsay Buick GMC unless you are willing to spend your days in the service center.
Purchased a BRAND NEW Vehicle and it's in for 2nd service visit in 30 days. Even with photographic evidence the tag line I keep getting is that "these things happen"
Turns out this shouldn't happen on a new vehicle and the fact that you don't know what is wrong because this is clearly a lemon is NOT my issue. Management is nowhere to be found... avoidance is key.
Do yourself a favor and stay away.

So after my horrible experience with this second rate operation, the GM appeared to make amends by offering to refund my "loaner car" payment. This was in November after we had bought our new VW Atlas in Annapolis which we love. The service there was so much better and still is.
No check in November, but good news their salesman still calls twice a week.
No check in December, whoops, I guess we forgot.. you're not important enough for us to worry about...

Today is 1-9-19 and mail was delivered without a check! What a surprise. The old "check is in the mail" xxxxxxxx.... we live less than 20 miles away, they could have floated the check down the river and we'd have it by now.
By the way, our car spent 2 weeks at the equally terrible Ourisman Bowie location, the CS was so bad there that the guy quit. And they had to refund us 2 weeks of the rental car because they couldn't get the repairs right
Its a bad organization top to bottom, you have so many choices out there as a consumer, I would recommend you stay far away from these clowns

I had what I thought was a simple issue that turned out to be a major one that resulted in both front doors and the dashboard and center console being removed to replace a couple small air conditioning/heating parts. Ultimate’s staff led by Matt McCoy located the problem and fixed it. I love my 2017 Buick Encore now and am thankful that I took it to Ultimate. The dealer I bought it from, Midway , on the Eastern Shore of Maryland was no help.

To start off, this dealership is just horrible. The finance guys and managers have no clue what they are doing. They had me write the so called “wrong amount” on the check and then 2 days later after i left called me and my bank stating i wrote the wrong amount. Why would i write a different amount when the guy is clearly standing right in front of me? He was so busy trying to sell an extra warranty that he xxxxed his own job up. Now, they are keeping our trade in vehicle captive, not giving us the new car title and calling my bank telling them to double my interest rate because THEY told me the wrong amount. It is requiring me to fill out a new auto loan application and fill the paperwork out all over again. They literally hooked us in and threatened to not give us the title of the car that we bought. They waited until the check cleared through my bank to make sure that we could not go else where after the check was written. DO NOT make our mistake. They will drag you down and hold you there. I would much rather have our old vehicle back and go to a better dealership down the street. Take my word for it and the other people who have had issues shopping here. You can do much better somewhere else. They could careless about the customers.

THEY DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER OR INTEGRITY, AND IS VERY DISHONEST ABOUT WHAT THEY TELL THE CUSTOMER! WITHIN 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE, THE VEHICLE WAS DISCOVERED TO HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET! YOU CAN READ MY COMPLAINT WITH THE VIRGINIA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. I RECCOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!

Look over what you buy because these guys have no problem selling you a lemon. We bought a new vehicle from them that had a defect that they knew about and did not disclose to us and when we went to have the problem addressed they gave us bogus solutions. Used car purchased at Chevy Chase Cars incurred $8000 worth of repairs within 2,000 miles of purchase, major parts failures that would have had to have been noticed by any competent inspector leading me to believe all they do is wash and wax. Dealer refused any responsibility. Would NEVER recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! - Wise Green Owl
I recently scheduled my wife's Subaru Outback for routine maintenance at this dealer's service department. The car was supposed to have the oil and oil filter changed, spark plugs replaced, and air cleaner installed. My wife dropped her car off for a day and brought it home the next evening, PRESENTING ME WITH A BILL FOR $1352.37!!!!
The dealership did not do the work I had requested; rather, they did something called "Premium 60K Service".
I contacted the Service Manager and expressed my outrage. He promised to check into it and call me back. One of his service technicians called about an hour later and claimed that "my wife had requested the additional work."
Now, my wife knows nothing about auto maintenance and would not have understood any jargon which may have been used. But there is a much larger issue at stake here, and that is THE ABUSE OF CUSTOMER TRUST!!!
When I schedule a vehicle for maintenance at an auto dealership, I expect them to do the work I have requested, AND NOTHING ELSE. If they think additional work is necessary, they should CONTACT ME FIRST!!!
We will never visit this dealership again, and have made a point of telling everyone we know to avoid them. If anyone ever suggests you do business with them, I suggest you RUN, NOT WALK, AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!
