Joyce Koons Buick GMC provided a superb purchase... - Washashore64
Joyce Koons Buick GMC provided a superb purchase experience for my new Sierra. Sales Associate Delroy Clarke and I hashed out the numbers by telephone. When I arrived, Delroy and the finance department had both the vehicle and all paperwork ready to go. I didn't waste any time cooling my heels and Koons GMC presented the numbers we had discussed. There were no last second bump-ups like they try in so many other dealerships. This was a first class experience from start to finish. I won't forget.

It’s great to have a shop where I feel like my business is valued and I trust they will do great work for a fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to send any friend or family there. Joey is always very helpful and professional. I’d make Colonial my first choice for any future vehicle purchase based on the service.

I always go here due to coupons available to help with cost, although my friends are getting free oil changes in Lynchburg for being nurses (just saying) but the staff is fast and friendly

We had such an awesome experience with Harris Durrani at Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC. We came in to look at one specific car, but after seeing the huge selection they had, we ended up looking at all of the models we were interested in, saving us trips to other area dealers. Harris was super knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with. He was never pushy, always transparent, and made the process easy for us. With COVID, especially, he made it possible for us to spend as little time as possible at the actual dealership. He sent us videos of the car the day before our appointment, detailing the parts of the car we were really interested in. Just an all-around great buying process!
Reynolds really is a gem of a small town family... - IdontwanttodieinaMalloyford
Reynolds really is a gem of a small town family dealership, like they used to be. You can feel the tradition here because they've been around since 1938 so it's 100% authentic. If you could bottle up this experience, dealerships in bigger markets would desperately want to sprinkle this magic all over their showrooms and service departments, but that's impossible. I'm nostalgic because I even bought my first car here as a teenager off the used car lot. Even though it was a VW it's what I could afford at the time! If you live in the Orange area the smartest thing to do is buy a GMC, Chevy, Buick, Cadillac or Subaru. Since you'll get to so conveniently get expert service or do warranty work on it locally without having to drive over 20 miles to surrounding areas for other brands. But even with other makes you can trust their service and body shop or putting tires on your sports car or getting inspections done, it's all painless, friendly and you can trust the techs, the service advisors, the shop manager, the young lady that reminds you of an appointment the next day, the sales team, the family owners who actively work there everyday. Everyone here you can be assured they care about you the customer and your car, suv or truck. Any issues that do rarely arise they will go to unexpected lengths to make it right and you driving away happy in the end. In a small town you're not just another anonymous profit generator or sale. You're part of a community where exceptional businesses that have figured out what it takes to stay successful for over 80 years take pride in their personal customer service provided at a very high standard. Good reputation is everything in a place where everyone knows everybody and Reynolds has a great one in spades.

Matt Langsam, thanks for an easy car buying experience. I was nervous about buying an electric car but you convinced me with your knowledge of the product. I’m excited about the Bolt, I love it’s premium package and it’s the perfect commuter car! We will fiscally save $8600.00 dollars the first 3 years we own it. And, it’s fast when you need it to be. I don’t feel like I’ve sacrificed anything by giving up a gas powered vehicle. And, I really like the idea of going green for the environment. Thanks for everything and we enjoyed working with you!
The service was adequate and addressed my concerns.... - DS1973
The service was adequate and addressed my concerns. However, I believe that the team should provide closer attention to make additional improvements to customer service. I brought my vehicle in during a seemingly 'slow' time but the sense was that the employees were busied and was only interested in the minimum information required to perform service. This is the second scheduled servicing where the response from the employees was sort of 'meh'. I don't recall the name of the service cashier, but she was personable and professional. A good example of customer service in my opinion. I intentionally bypass several Buick dealers to bring my vehicle in for service as this is the dealer from which I made my purchase. If the customer service improves, I will make my next purchase from here as well. If it declines, I will take my business elsewhere.
Other than the observation outlined here, the results of the attained service have been at least on par with other manufacturers that I have dealt with. I would hope that the level of customer service continues or improves.

Accident, they took seemed like forever and did a terrible job, painted over dents, installed the hood crooked, didn’t fix front end problems, the truck went into a death wobble when driving down the highway. Stay away from these people
Worst car buying experience ever. I came Friday with my... - gonzamanic
Worst car buying experience ever. I came Friday with my husband to purchase a truck. They sold the car to somebody else right underneath our nose. Caleb was the salesperson who assisted us. Friday night we agreed to purchase the vehicle. We left the dealer on Friday WITH A SIGNED BUYERS ORDER. We were told to come back Monday to complete the transaction. They were pushing their own financing down our throats when we came with our OWN bank to finance the vehicle with. Since we weren’t using their own bank, they added 1k to the price. We return Monday. My husband was there for an hour while I waited in the car. Out of NOWHERE the manager comes out to tell us they sold the truck to someone else. His exact words to us were “first come first serve.” No integrity. No values. No principals. Oh, and no follow up phone calls from Caleb the entire weekend. I told my husband we’ll find a better truck, preferably one with NO RUST.

Called to make an appointment for my 2005 Trailblazer on Tuesday 16Mar2021. Dave said he couldn't fit me in until a week later. Which I totally understand. I repaired my own vehicle in the AutoZone parking lot in Waynesboro. A 8hr repair for a DIY'er. The staff there was awesome! People first, right? I called Dave back on 18Mar2021. Had a few tech questions for him. The phone system is horrendous. I was on hold and then Zach transferred me to ANOTHER customer. So I spoke to him for a bit. I got to speak to Dave finally (on and off) while he was doing something else and/or speaking to someone else. That is rude! Note to GM: Hire another CSR if you're that busy. That is unacceptable! Thank you for your time, well, not really. Please don't respond to this, I don't appreciate lame excuses.

FRAUDULANT SALES - ecaison
I PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE THAT HAD HIDDEN ISSUES. I ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY BEFORE PURCHASE THE DEALERSHIP SAID NO! THEY DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER OR INTEGRITY, AND IS VERY DISHONEST ABOUT WHAT THEY TELL THE CUSTOMER! WITHIN 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE, THE VEHICLE WAS DISCOVERED TO HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET! YOU CAN READ MY COMPLAINT WITH THE VIRGINIA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. I RECCOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!

Used car purchased at Chevy Chase Cars incurred $8000 worth of repairs within 2,000 miles of purchase, major parts failures that would have had to have been noticed by any competent inspector leading me to believe all they do is wash and wax. Dealer refused any responsibility. Would NEVER recommend.
Pleasurable experience - Rogers
Robert Kirkpatrick was very helpful in helping me to decide which vehicle was best for me . Not a lot of pressure to buy. Very professional.
A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH - walt0303
EXCELENT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.

A VERY SMOOTH TRANSACTION.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! - Wise Green Owl
I recently scheduled my wife's Subaru Outback for routine maintenance at this dealer's service department. The car was supposed to have the oil and oil filter changed, spark plugs replaced, and air cleaner installed. My wife dropped her car off for a day and brought it home the next evening, PRESENTING ME WITH A BILL FOR $1352.37!!!!
The dealership did not do the work I had requested; rather, they did something called "Premium 60K Service".
I contacted the Service Manager and expressed my outrage. He promised to check into it and call me back. One of his service technicians called about an hour later and claimed that "my wife had requested the additional work."
Now, my wife knows nothing about auto maintenance and would not have understood any jargon which may have been used. But there is a much larger issue at stake here, and that is THE ABUSE OF CUSTOMER TRUST!!!
When I schedule a vehicle for maintenance at an auto dealership, I expect them to do the work I have requested, AND NOTHING ELSE. If they think additional work is necessary, they should CONTACT ME FIRST!!!
We will never visit this dealership again, and have made a point of telling everyone we know to avoid them. If anyone ever suggests you do business with them, I suggest you RUN, NOT WALK, AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!
Awesome service! - valdurr7
Awesome service from sales to servicing the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! They are there for the people not the monetary incentives!
