Still having transmission problems with my 2016 Ram 2500 Diesel truck that has 27,000 miles. Transmission has failed and caused me to visit RAM Service Departments 4 times since 8/2019. The most resent trip being at the Crossroads Dealership on 8/25/2020. They are blaming me for water in the transmission and tell me I need to call my insurance company. How did that get in there is my question. The warranty is for 100,000 miles or 5 years but does not cover their service work apparently! This is my 1st Ram truck and it was special ordered in 3/2016. The Customer Service Hot Line is there to back the service manager's opinion and Not the Customer! I tried to communicate with every link Ram/Chrysler has that I can find. It's the customer's fault for buying this vehicle! I've been told to contact a lawyer. Can anyone recommend a lawyer for all the mental emotion they have put me through? First time on beach the transmission broke and my 2 week vacation was ruined. Had to drive 10 hours back and forth from 1st breakdown. Warranty did even pay total cost for rental vehicle to drive. Did I Say this Vehicle on has 27,000 miles!?

When I asked about the vehicle they couldn't find the key. After waiting for 20 minutes they finally find the key. I drive the vehicle and notice the transmission is slipping. They have it checked and tell me they're ordering a transmission. After waiting nearly 2 weeks, they inform me they can't find a USED transmission. If I would have known they were going to put a JUNK YARD transmission in it, I wouldn't have wasted my time. They aren't an honest place to deal with.

Buying a car from this dealership was one of the worst purchases I ever made in my life. Don't buy a car from this dealership ever. If I could give a rating of ZERO I would. The service department is the absolute worst. I've only been in this car 4 months and I had to return it the 3rd week I purchased it because the car wouldn't cut off. I had to end up getting the car towed to the dealership, who in return was suppose to give me a loaner car. They didn't even have a loaner car to give me after I paid for the bumper to bumper extended warranty when I brought the car. This is a 2019 Jeep with on 23,000 miles on it and I'm having all sorts of issues with it. They called me about 4 or days later saying the car was ready for pickup. I get the car and 3 days later the check engine light comes on. I've been calling the service department for over 3 weeks and no one has returned my call. I work long hours and don't have the time to drive all the way out there and this is my only car at the moment . This car is a lemon.

I went into the store clamied my aunt was trying to purchase a car and really it was for me my mom was gonna purchase It for me a dart well i asked for a test drive and he said they didnt let people test drive it for the h*ll of it my mom was gonna walk in but i told her to wait in the car to see if i liked the feel but that didnt happen glad they didnt get my 2000$ downpayment how rude glad i was smart to play like it wasnt for me gonna go pick up a dodge dart aero from another dodge tomorrow thanks for nothing.
