4th in line at 6:20 and it took them 40 minutes just to get me checked in. Cars that were behind me got checked in before me. Had one service tech ask me what I was here for said oil change and he said she will take care of you. After waiting for the women to finish drinking her coffee she came over and asked what I was here for, told her oil change then she told me to follow her and fill out their COVID paperwork. This could have been given out while we waited in line not to mention I was given the same clipboard and pen as everyone else without it being wiped down.

My car has a warranty repair. I was told I would be able to service it where I bought it. Roseville, CA). THERE IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED WARRANTY REPAIR IN ALL OF SACRAMENTO, CA. THEY SENT MY CAR ALMOST 100 miles away. It is completely out of my control. I have no car for work. Rental car has been turned in twice. They’ve had my car three weeks! NO ONE WILL TELL ME OR THE DEALER WHAT IS GOING ON. I am contacting channel 3 in the morning and every TV Station with news in my area. This is outrageous ! I am writing to local newspapers. No one will help me. Paid cash for my car. Nice way to do business. Take the money and then totally screw the consumer. I hate this car and if I EVER SEE IT AGAIN I AM SELLING IT.

I just purchased a 2009 Buick Enclave CXL from Whitten Bros. I saw the car on Autotrader.com and contacted the dealership through email. Gillian was who responded to me, and happily answered all of my questions and inquiries very promptly. I live 500+ miles from their dealership so I had a lot of questions for her! By the time I made an offer I was very confident that they were treating me fairly and honestly. My flight down to get the car was delayed and rerouted leading to me getting into Richmond as the dealership was closing. Gillian was in contact with me the whole time and ultimately picked me up at the Hotel the next morning and brought me to the dealership! There I dealt with Howard and once again was impressed with the level of service I received. Overall a great experience for my first long distance car purchase. Would definitely do it all again with this dealership.
