Everyone was great to work with at Dodd's! We never felt pressured to buy or got inundated with emails and phone calls, unlike other bigger dealerships we visited. As first time RV owners, it didn't seem to phase them with the million and one questions we asked. The orientation to our trailer was a valuable asset and a boost to our confidence. Family values are important to us, thank you Dodd's!

Waited to be helped outside. Someone finally comes out not friendly at all. Not helpful was directed to walk the lot they had units opened. Noticed other clients having conversations about their needs and being provided detail. Found two units I wanted more info on and also curious why directed only to the used RVs would have liked to see new. When I walked back up no questions, no acknowledgement of anything. Guess they judged by my looks and assumed I couldn't or wouldn't buy. Certainly different how they treated everyone else who pulled up and was greeted right of way and even walked around the lot showing them units. No thank you, no do you need help - nothing. I will take the info of what I liked elsewhere to purchase.

Christopher has been a pleasure to work with and done a outstanding job caring for our needs! At this point the dealership experience has been good. I am waiting for my camper to be delivered. If its not delivered as scheduled, I may have to change my review. Communication from the delivery driver has been like "crickets", so its raining and I am waiting. However, Christopher in sales has been a pleasure.
Over three months since purchasing RV, no title. - Brooksenbrose
On May 2, 2019 We purchased a used RV that Garner, NC Camping World had on consignment. When we advised Garner World the temporary tags had expired and DMV had no record of activity on the title (possible processing limitations) Camping World said it was a VIN # issue. DMV got the numbers and said the RV was titled in NC as a 2008 and Camping World was trying to title it as a 2010. No word from Camping World. On July 26, 2019 DMV Inspector went by Camping World and said there were two ways to get the RV titled. No word from Camping World. Called Camping World the following week and was told the Inspector didn't know what be was talking about, they were going to call their lawyer. A week later, No word from Camping World. After a week we told the Garner Camping World manager, Joseph Hoey, we wanted our money back. He said he was going to sue the Inspector. It's August 9, 2019, a week later and still no word from Camping World of Garner.
