After Leaving City Chevrolet over a 250.00 difference and after arriving at Parks Chevrolet the experience was very pleasent. Our sales person Isaih was very knowledgeable and friendly. The finance manager was so helpful in securing our payment desired.

He helped us navigate the process in a manner that was very helpful without being pushy at all. On the financial side TJ was just as easy to work with and was very helpful. He explained everything to us in a manner that was very easy to understand. Both Chad and TJ, in my opinion, are a tremendous asset to the dealership.

Went in because they had a 2020 Silverado rst demo with 7k miles on it listed online for $39,999. I wanted to trade in my 2018 Chevy malibu premier with 39,400 miles. They wanted to give me $9,000 for it and told me if I wanted the $16,000 appraisal, I would “ lose” the sale price and go back to the listed price of $51,000. They were trying to make their money back because the truck had so bit of rebates being a demo. Don’t trust them, have family that runs dealerships so I know when they are trying to sneak stuff by me. Don’t go to this dealership not trust the sales team. Also I asked for a copy of the offer sheet or to take a picture of it and was denied. Not good business

I'd of given them 5 stars but this is my experience. I have a 2013 Equinox and have been very pleased with it. I have 100,000 miles and no problems with it except the engine,which has been burning oil for the past year and a half. Found out it's due to defective rings which was the subject of a class action lawsuit which GM settled in November with word finally coming down to the dealers in February.
Took my car here, which is where I purchased it when it was Classic Chevrolet, for an oil consumption test required. I must say, the dealer was very honest with the test and confirmed it was burning oil more than usual. They ordered the parts and I brought it in to replace the rings. They found a few problems that was not covered under the settlement so I agreed to replace the parts as they were not going to charge me labor. I then told them to replace the spark plugs while they had everything apart. I picked the car up today (Mar. 30th,2020) and found from the bill that the plugs are expensive ($26 each) but what the heck but I got charged $115 labor to replace 4 plugs. $115? I couldn't believe something that takes 2 seconds, I had to be charged for especially considering I've spent over $115 adding a quart of oil every couple of weeks at around $10 a quart since I use nothing but Mobil 1. Wasn't he already on the clock in that hour putting my engine back together for which GM will compensate the dealer so wouldn't that be considered double dipping?
And another thing, I thought perhaps these were a premium spark plug that you see on some autos, that's why they were $26.97 each but when I got home, I looked up that part number they had listed and found that Advanced Auto sells the same ACDelco Iridium Spark Plug 41-108 for $8.99 each. Talk about price gouging!
The employees at the service desk were very good to deal with other than this problem but this labor charge gnaws at me so much so, that when I do finally trade in this vehicle, I want it to be another Equinox but this certainly changed my mind as to where I buy it from so to Tim Marburger, you got your $222.88 out of me today but you've lost making more from me from a future sale!

This was by far our Best Buying Experience. This dealership not only had a family atmosphere but everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly. Our sales person, Katie Reid, was a breath of fresh air. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. It was a pleasure working with her. Our finance person, Greg Goode, made the signing of the paperwork a delight. He was quick to answer any and all questions that we had. Thankful for the positive experience. We found this dealership to be honest, customer friendly and a place of integrity. We felt no pressure from anyone to make this purchase. That was a first for us!

I was trying to buy brand new roll back chevy colorodo from them and started dealing with them from 02 nov 2020, I got the good price the Jamie Walling asked me to come to the office where he did all paper work and pull my credit that was 733 i think, He said your credit is very good how much down you can bring, I said 7500.00. He said okay , Then he asked me bank said 20000.00 down or you bring your partner as gurantor and on nov 09 2020 i send him paper work for the gurantee from my partner.Then he called and said no the bank is not aggreed. I told him on nov 09 2020 okay I'll pay 20000.00 down. All this period of time i was keep on calling him., He send message back to me on nov 12 2020. "Sorry the truck sold". They pulled my credit .I did everything whatever they said but at the same time they have other customer I don't know why they did that, why they pull my credit while they have other customer. I have all the messages as a proof. If you want to buy new vehicle specially commercial vehicall make sure they dont do this bad practice with you.

I have been talked to like a dog. Called a liar. Slammed in the ground all over their mistakes. Selling a car with out the title is illegal for one. The title was sent to the previous owner resulting in my bank threatening to revoke my loan. Insurance information was not verified properly resulting in my tag being revoked. This is all going to cost me over $300. I have text messages and emails to prove what I am saying to be true. Today I was lied to multiple times and now I am having to wait for the second day in a row for a tag just so I can drive my vehicle. I am being told I am risking a ticket to come get the tag, which they will not pay for, or I wait for them (however long it will take them) to get the tag. I highly doubt they will even bring it out to me today but if they do I will most certainly be in total shock. I was told I am rude and nasty. Well wouldn't you be if a dealership may cost you your job over something they messed up? They do not want to admit their mistakes and now they are angry with me over posting this in reviews as well as contacting the BBB and State Attorneys office. They also sold my van that I traded with out the title. This has been the worst experience with a dealership ever and I have dealt with buy here, pay here lots in the past. No reconciliation for my time or headache has been offered other than oops. Not even an apology. Nothing. No one has said we are sorry we messed up. Nothing. I am highly stressed and hurt over this mess and the trouble it is causing my family. As a mom and Frontline worker I am fed up with this place. Stay far away

Took my 2017 Chevy equinox into the service department for new tires and an alignment ,cost me about $1100. Two weeks later I started hearing a noise coming from the front left tire they told me that the wheel hub assembly needed to be replace and that it would cost $600. One of the main reason for a wheel hub assembly failure is improper installment. They told me that these parts sometimes fail no matter the mileages (my car has 50000 miles on it) or that it was caused due to weather change causing contamination there are no signs of damage on the wheel rim and it was less than a month ago when I had this done. They told me there’s no way that the Installment was done wrong, maybe they have robots back there working on the cars and nobody can make a mistake but I will be taking my business somewhere else because Steve Moore Chevrolet dealership will not guarantee their work done right!

I bought a new Buick for the best price in my geographic area after searching online on Autotrader. I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. I was very impressed! Larry was my salesman and he did everything to make the process as simple as possible, Jose was the finance manager and he did an incredible job of getting the paperwork ready while the car was getting detailed for delivery. This dealership has some of the most down to earth employees you will ever meet and the price of the car was outstanding. The whole process was very efficient and I was in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend buying here if you are near the Charlotte geographical area-- you will not be disappointed! I had a tag bracket installed also and the service department was exceptional in getting it completed very quickly.
