Very pleasant experience. The tires that were ordered for me previously had not come in but someone was sent to another dealership to pick up a set similar to the ones I ordered. The wait time was long but that was to be expected due to the tires needing to be picked up.

I am a rental manager for a heavy machinery dealership and we are experiencing the same difficulties the auto industry has, but this dealer made up for it with their customer service and easy purchasing experience. I spoke to a sales rep on a Saturday morning over the phone as I live 5 hours away from the dealership. The man I corresponded with said he would try to work out a deal with my brand-new trade-in, yet I never heard back then had to call the dealership back Monday for a follow-up and come to find out the guy never spoke to the General Manager of Sales/Finance regarding my trade-in. I had to call the dealership back throughout the day and spoke to the Finance guy (his name is possibly Charles...I can't remember but he's the one who has the last say in any deal apparently) who said he would "get right on it" regarding my potential trade-in & purchase. And yet no one called me back to tell me anything about my options regarding a purchase. I ended up buying my Ford Expedition Max from another dealership in NC that actually wanted to sell a car. Horrible customer service and definitely not a client-centered dealership. I do not recommend this Ford dealership-there are too many others in the state of NC that care about customers near and far.
P.S. Also, they try to get you to use a CarCash app on your phone to conduct business from a distance which does not work, The app has terrible reviews and I ended up sending all pictures of my trade-in via a zip file and info about my trade-in via text.
*I would like to give Empris and Adam a positive shout-out as they were the ones who answered the phones when I called and were eager to help me, unlike others at the dealership; they are the reason why I gave 2 stars for friendliness.

My appt was for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:25, and check in was easy. I was told it would be done in 45 minutes. I returned at 4:15 and my vehicle had not even been taken into the shop yet. (I had to cancel my clients 5:00 meeting). When it was done, we went to the cashier to check out. The invoice said n/c, so she assumed it was under warranty and closed it out. But my service was actually being covered by my reward points. Difficulty arose trying to get it done that way. I have spent hours with Ford Pass taking care of the glitches standing in the way. I have also spent ours trying to reach the only person at Fort Mill Ford who can handle my invoice. Doesn’t make sense to me, it’s such an easy fix. Yet four days of phone messages and glitch fixes, it is still not taken care of. I’ve done my part. I’ve tried other service help, the call center, direct voice mail to my service rep, I even tried to give the solution to the cashier! At every try, I was informed my service rep is the only one who can take care of it. Personally, I have the problem fixed. If the company wants to get the reward points they earned for the services rendered, then the service rep will need to reach me on the phone. No more messages 8 minutes before you close. No more call center telling me she’s unavailable. I will need to be reached by the ‘one and only’ person who can handle this. It is just too frustrating at this point for me to keep calling. No messages please. She needs to reach me.

Terrible! I brought my car here to have the AC fixed. I dropped my car off at 11am and was told they would look at it and tell me what was wrong. I called at 1:30 when I hadn’t heard anything and was told they’d call me back. I called again at 3 only to be told they’d call me back. I called again at 4:50 and finally was told I needed a new AC line and it would be here in a day or day and a half and they’d put it on and my car would be ready Friday. I called Friday at 3:30 to see about picking up my car to be told the part wasn’t here and it would be ready Monday. I finally got a call Tuesday telling me the line was on but it was going to be much more because it needed a new compressor. I go to pick up my car later that day to wait an hour for them to put the front bumper back on. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Daughter had fan belt put on 7/27/20. Today it came off while she was driving. Car difficult to steer ,many lights on dash came on and finally car stopped while trying to turn into Ford place. Has to use emergency brake to stop. Was able to get car into lot and was told by service advisor would be Thursday before it could be checked . Car would not start so had to call a wrecker to get car towed to a mechanic . She went in to let the service advisor know she had called a tow service and he wanted to know how long it would be before they got it because it couldn’t sit there. The fan belt had come off and the part it was on should have been changed in July to prevent this. Service advisor has very poor customer service skills. Thankfully we found a real mechanic that was able to help

Best buying experience I've ever had, they were genuinely friendly and didn't pressure me. I've shopped in Charlotte and Gastonia and hated the way I was treated. At Town Square everyone was pleasant, they answered my questions and, explained all my options. I understand they have the highest repeat buyer rate in the area, and its easy to understand why. The price I got in 5 minutes, was $1,600 less than I got in Gastonia after 4 hours. I'd recommend them and will be visiting them when I get my next truck.
