I recently decided to purchase a Ram 1500 and began the tedious process of finding a good deal on a used truck. After finding several that were equipped the way I needed I then began trying to negotiate prices with several dealers. Nearly every dealership I dealt with made me feel that my business was not that important. When I contacted Kristen at Williams Buick GMC about a 2017 Ram Laramie she immediately began by telling me everything about the truck and asked me if I felt that it was what I was looking for. I then started negotiating the price and she was able to help me get the price I wanted for the truck. She then put me in touch with Greg who was also very helpful and asked me when I would like to come test drive it. I drove two hours the next morning to the dealership to inspect the truck and drive it before making my decision. At no time did I ever feel pressured to make the purchase and Kristen and Greg both made me feel welcome there. We finished the deal and I was out in no time heading home with my truck. They have followed up with calls to make sure I was still happy with it and that there were no issues. I plan to help my youngest daughter purchase a car later this year and I will definitely be going to Williams for that purchase as well. I highly recommend that anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle should check out Williams Buick GMC first. If you want to be treated well and feel confident in knowing that you will leave happy with your purchase then go see Kristen and Greg.

I went in for a oil change friday morning. When i get ready to leave I noticed that that something was stolen from my car. I spoke to the manger (Kelly) she was no help at all. They offered me NOTHING for my inconvenience and trouble. I will NEVER go back to liberty buick Gmc on east independence! I was treated so poorly, i felt discriminated against due to the inexperienced management staff. If your looking for quality service DO NOT GO TO LIBERTY BUICK GMC ON E. INDEPENDENCE.

We recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 from Griffin Buick GMC. Our salesman was Chandler Blankenship. Chandler was very friendly and helpful during our buying process. He tried hard to negotiate a good deal on the truck for us. Unfortunately, the sales manager wouldn't budge on the price. Also, their Dealer Administrative Fee of $788 was very high, in my opinion. Much higher than we have ever paid before in many years of car buying. That said, we do love the truck we bought. We believe it will serve us well for many years. And we would definitely recommend Chandler Blankenship for your future car-buying needs.

Although I am happy with my car, I cannot say I am really satisfied with this Dealer. My salesman was not very knowledgeable. When I was told a Ford Expedition drives at 27 miles to the gallon, I knew right away that he had no idea about the vehicle. I found it very frustrating that I could not get a real Yes or No answer to any of my questions. The vehicle I bought was used and I was only given 1 key and 1 key fob. I was told they would call the original owner to try to get the key. As I figured that was unsuccessful. I was told by my salesman to just go to Homedepot or Lowes and get a key. I did this to find out that it cannot be programmed. I told the salesman this after it was unsuccessful and he basically told me to try again. I decided not to deal with the salesman can call the manager. It took 2 days to get a return call. All I wanted to know is if I could come in and get a working key. Again I could not get a Yes or No answer. I tried calling the manger back and left another voicemail. It is now day 4 and still no return call. On top of all this the key fob they gave me did not work. I replaced the battery and that fixed the problem. My guess is that they knew this before giving it to me. Something as simple as a key has made me decide not to recommend this dealership. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone I know. I will not be coming back to buy another vehicle again. If they would have just said, go buy your own key as we only give what we have, that would have been fine. Instead they gave me the wrong information and I do not believe there is any excuse for someone to not return a call. To me, that is just poor customer service.

HAD VEHICLE 4 MONTHS AND STILL DON'T HAVE THE TAG TRANSFERRED TO NEW VEHICLE. CONSTANTLY ASKING FOR THE SAME INFORMATION. THEY CAN NOT GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. oWNER MORE INTERESTED IN HIS HORSES THAN IN THE DEALERSHIP. HE NEEDS TO SHUT THE DOORS. TALKS A GOOD GAME BUT VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.
