I was very pleased with every part of my visit there. Especially Sheaquil Houston. He sat with us and explained everything to me. They gave me a really good deal for my HYUNDAI SONATA. I would recommend Lugoff Ford to everyone.

I my experience with Lincoln of Columbia was excellent. I never felt pressured or rushed and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I have reached out to Mack a couple of times since my purchase and he always friendly and thorough. I am a first time Lincoln owner and they have won me over!

Service writer did not mention that rear brakes would soon need attention. I noticed this on the safety check after returning home. I would have appreciated if this had been brought to my attention.
Traveling back home to Alabama and had a charging issue... - rodneyhowell3
Traveling back home to Alabama and had a charging issue on a 2018 F450. Several ford dealers said they couldn’t even check it for a couple of days! Really? I guess if you’re from out of state, you don’t have vehicle problems. Spoke to Rick in service and he said to bring it in. Repair made and back on the road! Thanks Dick Smith Ford! A+

The Service Manager Lee and the Head Mechanic Fred went above and beyond for us on our way to FL. We were traveling form MD to FL when our Ford Powerstroke broke down, Luckily we happened to be near Raceway Ford of Darlington,SC. We spoke to Lee and he went out of his way to help get us back on the road. We also got the pleasure of have Fred the Head Mechanic work in our vehicle with his expertise. Lee and Fred are amazing. Highly recommend them and Racway Ford
Daughter had fan belt put on 7/27/20. Today it came off... - Lindacaswell
Daughter had fan belt put on 7/27/20. Today it came off while she was driving. Car difficult to steer ,many lights on dash came on and finally car stopped while trying to turn into Ford place. Has to use emergency brake to stop. Was able to get car into lot and was told by service advisor would be Thursday before it could be checked . Car would not start so had to call a wrecker to get car towed to a mechanic . She went in to let the service advisor know she had called a tow service and he wanted to know how long it would be before they got it because it couldn’t sit there. The fan belt had come off and the part it was on should have been changed in July to prevent this. Service advisor has very poor customer service skills. Thankfully we found a real mechanic that was able to help

My rating is a negative 10. Six WEEKS to repair my vehicle and when I picked it up it was not repaired. Even though my invoice states "test drove and all is repaired " REALLY! !!!! Then why is my sensor still lit up????? Their excuse, we didn't realize you wanted EVERYTHING repaired. Totally inexcusable. SIX WEEKS!!! $991 and my car is not fixed. And yes, I told them I wanted it repaired. But apparently if you talk to two different people at the desk they don't bother to enter anything into their system and they definitely don't know how to call you. What mechanic allows a car to leave their shop not repaired, RACEWAY FORD, that's who.
Avoid this dealership! I called about a vehicle before I... - sfrost1964
Avoid this dealership! I called about a vehicle before I traveled 45 minutes to see the vehicle. The sales rep never mentioned that there was very visible damage on both sides and the front end even though he called me back and said he was looking at the vehicle as we spoke. The damage does not appear in any of the photos online. Damage was consistant with being side swiped. I had asked when I called about the condition of the exterior and interior was was told no problems. I also asked about the recall on this vehicle from August involving the transmission as it was not showing on CarFax that it had been taken care of. The rep stated they didn't get the vehicle until September so it would of fallen on the previous owner to take care of the problem. When I persisted he said he would speak with the general manager, but he was sure that if there were a recall it was taken care of. When I arrived at the dealership and saw the damage I was upset. The sales rep said he didn't mention because he assumed that I was more concerned with the mechanics of the vehicle. When I brought up the recall involving the transmission he went to speak with the GM. Twenty minutes later he said a new transmission had been put in the vehicle, when I asked to see the records he then said the GM couldn't print the records but could show he the records on his computer. By the time we walked into the dealership the story had changed to there's a $1000 billing on the records but I don't have access and we have to wait until the Service Department comes in but I'm sure it's a transmission. Very shady that the GM wouldn't have access, that the new transmission wouldn't be listed (if it were put in due to the recall) on CarFax, and that I wasn't told about the damage before arriving. Also as we were leaving the salesperson said the GM said he thought the price was a misprint and should be higher...again shady as it was listed on 2 different sites. Then the salesperson said the dealership owner might have changed the price without letting the gm know. I can't imagine what else they hide at this dealership.
Update 12/23/12 the dealership has now removed the price from their website and the vehicle is listed as call for price, but it's still listed the same on another popular auto sales site. Also I contacted Chrysler to complain and was told the VIN listed on both the dealer site and other site is not a valid VIN
