took our fleet truck in for repairs in August 2020 because there was a check engine light on and no engine power, after having the truck for several months and myself having to chase up with multiple phone calls and taking just over $7k from us i picked the truck up, i drove it not even 2 exits down the interstate and the engine light is back on and no power, took the truck back instantly . 2 weeks later i get a phone call to say it was going to cost another $2k+ to repair again as they were now going to have to remove the engine for more repairs, after kicking up a stink the manager Grant Feightner said they will fix for free. another few weeks later i finally get the truck back, still with check lights on, at this point i had to use the truck as it was needed for our fleet, somehow during removal and replacing the engine they had to remove the windshield wiper assembly which is now also scraped the windshield to the point where it will now need replaced, not even 5 weeks later and it breaks down again at the beginning of January on the interstate with no power and a popped engine coolant hose, after dealing with 2 separate service reps who have both been let go by the dealership, fast forward to today March 4th and you still do not have an answer as to when the truck will be fixed, i am now $7K+ out of pocket and still no vehicle, Spoke with grant and he did not seem to care one bit about my situation, i'm now talking with a Lawyer and the BBB to try and get my $7K back and will be taking my truck (on a flatbed) elsewhere, this dealership is the worst i have ever had to deal with. Their sense of urgency and customer satisfaction does not seem to matter.

Family owned and they are VERY hands on. From sales rep to finance to office personnel and up, everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about this bunch of folks. We drove down from the NC mountains and will do so again! We bought a new 2020 F-150 and are thrilled with it. Not that we will ever learn to use all the gizwidgets on it, but they are there if we have questions, and they made sure we knew the basics before leaving the lot. Look no further...this is the place to go for a vehicle.

Bought a 2020 explorer have had it 2 weeks has spent a week in the shop. I got it back with a half tank of gas went in with a full tank. 4 days latter it went back for more electrical issues. Idk what has happened to there service department over the past couple years. It has went down hill. I know have a new vehicle that sits were I bought it and not in my driveway.

The dealer used a 3rd party vendor to handle this because of covid.
While everybody has been kind, the lack of urgency regarding this is upsetting, and I would not work with them again at this point.

I took my Ford F-350 pickup to Mike Jones Ford Lincoln for them to replace a light bulb in my dash, which should have been a simple task. I know this because I had a bulb in the dash previously replaced at another Ford dealership in the area. Shortly after dropping off the truck, the dealership calls me stating that the light cannot be replaced and that I should buy a whole new instrument cluster for $780. I return to the dealership and they slap me with an $85 ticket in exchange for getting my keys back. I don't know if the issue was incompetence or they are just charlatans.

Went here from out of state to purchase a used F250. The salesperson, Colby, was great, very nice and helpful but that is all I can say good about my experience here. Went to look at a specific truck with a specific budget I had to stay within. I had just looked at a similar priced truck at another dealer (the other dealers truck was about $500 more expensive) and that dealer hit my numbers exactly but after finding several issues with the truck I decided not to purchase. We found this dealers truck online and drove a few hours expecting to buy it because we figured that other dealer hit our numbers so should this one given their truck was actually a little cheaper.
Well that didn't happen (not even close) and in fact the finance manager tried to make it out like we were telling a story about the other truck when I mentioned it to him. He gave me the numbers, I told him that we couldn’t do that and after trying to disprove the story about the other truck called the salesperson to tell him we didn’t have a deal.
We left and went straight to Asheville Ford where they were absolutely outstanding. We were in a hurry at this point and in less than an hour there we ended up getting a newer model truck that was 2 grand more expensive than the one at Taylor’s AND was within our budget. Colby is the only reason I gave this dealer 2 stars.
