Even though you’re going to have to prepare yourself to wait a couple of hours minimum when having work done on your car it’s nice to be kept updated. I always ask for Marshall Moore as my service tech because he does an awesome job trying to get me in and out, keeping me updated and making sure they do a great job on my car!

I just stopped in to ask info about buying out the lease my father owns and even with the car in hand and my license info they act like they cant even give me any info on the car or even general info about the cars .. you are car salesboy not HIPPA... I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR BACK HERE with how they just acted, guess this is the universe telling me go buy a Tesla... my cars in the service center right now and as soon as it’s out I’m headed to Tesla (which is the same price as these Camry when you include the $200 a month in gas you’ll be paying😂) extremely disappointed this place is officially a BUST

Great people, clean shop, the service team and technicians answered all my technical questions, pleasant experience overall. And maintaining an older Toyota SUV (or most any 10 year old vehicle with 133K miles) is expensive, however, it sure beats having a monthly new car payment!

We purchased a new vehicle, and there was a problem getting the title work done. Initially, we received no help in resolving the issue. (BTW, we paid for Toyota to handle the title work - should not have been an issue). After two months of temporary tags expired, we were told that the dealer could not issue a third temp, leaving us with an undrivable vehicle. After we started shouting, we finally go some help, and a loaner vehicle. Issue was ultimately resolved.

Salesman Andre Andrews is the worst. He did a poor job explaining the features of the car & his after sales care is horrible. He is rude & nasty. If a car warranty says 3 years/36,000 miles bumper to bumper I expect you to live up to that standard. I will never buy another car from Toyota of Rock Hill. I just took my daughter to Toyota of Lugoff & got a great deal & got my car serviced while I was there.
