We are now 2 extremely happy owners of new vehicle's. Super genuine team here!! Artie the sales manager we as absolutely amazing!! Mike was great made things super easy. Welp, wasnt planning that!! It all started last night when my better half and I were looking for a newer vehicle that better suited our needs! Found this SUV at autonation's website, contacted Louis the following morning and made an appointment. After a short drive north, I was greeted in their parking lot, offered refreshments and escorted to the car I inquired about. Of course, Louis-being the professional that he is-already had the car spotless and staged for us to view. Long-story short, I bought the vehicle and was very impressed at the professionalism of everyone I encountered there. The managers, clerks, and the detail crew did a wonderful job, and let's definitely not forget to give Louis his props, hes a class-act! 5 stars from me! Thank you autonation Hyundai!

Ed Voyles Hyundai is the best! My daughter’s 2013 Elantra needed the 30,000 mile service, plus front brakes. I called to set up the appointment with Cathy S, and then proceeded to change that appointment many times over a two-week span, due to my daughter’s work schedule. Cathy was unfailing kind to me when, yet again, I had to call and change! The service department performed the needed repairs, plus they called and informed me of the need for front brakes. In by 9, out by 3. Just perfect! Thank you for another positive Ed Voyles experience.

Drove 6 1/2 hours to purchase a 2019 Veloster N with 12k miles on it because I was told it’s like new. I pointed out some issues while I was at the store that I was told will be covered under warranty. The biggest thing was all 4 wheels have paint peeling and I wouldn’t have purchased if they didn’t promise it would be covered. Well Hyundai denied the warranty claim and this store is just telling me cosmetics are “as is” are you kidding me. I asked for the wheels to be put on the we owe document twice and was told it’s not necessary because warranty will cover it. Terrible business and feel lied to. Now I pay on a vehicle that looks like an old turd. Thanks guys! 👍

I was not impressed with their management nor their rigid process. This is Nadia’ review and in my opinion their management should be proud of someone like her working for them.

Worst service ever!!! I had previously purchased 4 cars from this dealership and I will NEVER again. They lost a loyal customer. The 2018 Elantra that I purchased new had been in their service shop 3 times for the same issue. One time for a whole month. Nobody there could figure out what was wrong with the car. They sent me home with the problem unresolved only to happen again a few months later. This last time service refused to offer a loaner car and they would not keep me updated as to what the problem was. I had to call them only to get hung up on. Because they refused to offer a loaner car and I had to cancel my special needs sons therapy and miss time from work. I explained to them that I am single mom and need transportation, they had absolutely no empathy and could care less. I had no way of getting my son to school or go to work without transportation. A 3 year old car should not be dying for no apparent reason. I even tried to see about buying a new car and trading that one in, they didn't really care to work with me with that either. So, that day , I pulled my car out of service took it down the street to Honda Carland , received wonderful customer service and drove off the lot with a new Honda Civic. Rick Case lost a loyal customer that day.

Drove near 2 hours to get to the dealership to mistakenly arrive at the Kia, not Hyundai, to look at a used Toyota Highlander. After being drug around by the salesman I thought I was to be meeting because he had the same name, we were told we went to the wrong part of the dealership and needed to go up the parking lot to the other dealership. He offered to go get the car we were going to look at, just to come back 10 minutes later to tell me the car had sold. This infuriated us, so we went to speak with the manager who said the car hadn't sold, but took 15 minutes to find the key because the salesman I had spoken with and scheduled the meeting with had gone home. They then brought this new salesman in for us to look at the car. When we went to open the door of the car, it was nothing but smoke smell from where whoever previously owned the car had smoked. When we pointed this out, he tried to lie and say that it must have been the previous person who test drove the car smoked in it, which was ridiculous. We drove the car, and it drove well, but when we came back, he was pressing us to buy the car without even popping the hood. We started to look around and noticed there was mold in the spare tire compartment from water leaking into the car, and the fenders had been pushed in where the car was in an accident and white spray paint tried to cover the damage. After we pointed our frustrations and they tried to take us to another trash Honda that had been wrecked in the tail-end and the hood release had a wire from where it was broken. I would expect this from a buy here pay here, but not from a so-called actual dealership.
