Absolutely worst experience. Showed up to servicing for my 10:40AM appointment on 4/12/21. Once I pulled in, I waited a few minutes just to be told by 5 people they'll be with me in a second. Eventually Jenny told me to go ahead go into the waiting lounge and she'll take care of it. I asked her approximately how long it would take and she responded saying 1 hour max.
I waited 1.5 hours, gave them the benefit of the doubt. Car isn't ready, now it's closer to 1.45 hours and my car gets pulled forward. This is mean to be the 7,500 miles service. I find out while standing in line at the cashier that no tire rotation has been done. The one time I decided to bring my 2020 Kia to a dealership, you would think they know what kind of services needed to be done with their corresponding mileage, but I was wrong! When I approached the service manager, all he had to say was "well because you didn't pre-purchase the service plan through Kia mall of ga". Unacceptable excuse, instead of taking ownership, he disappeared. Eventually my tire rotation was done and I was just about to leave when I realized they used the incorrect profile for servicing.
Absolute nightmare, won't return, won't recommend, and I am fairly certain PepBoys does a better job.

Expensive and rude. I got a new Kia and called to have an inspection. I was sent to three voicemails and had to keep calling back. When I finally got someone, they told me it's $150 for a general tire/brake/windshield inspection. I've had cars through Nissan and Ford and they do inspections for free. Other places will do them for $50. I spoke with Quincy when I called and he was rude, said that's how they choose to conduct business, and hung up on me.

pretty bad experience. should have checked this site before I bought. the Kia has a hot car; the Telluride. This dealer gouges on the on-the-lot tellurides, I ordered one instead. They didn't honor the agreement we made on the price of the car. And the attitude is 'if you don't buy it someone else will, and we'll sell it way over sticker''
Their attitude towards the customer is general disdain, the doc fee is the highest i've ever seen. Lack of communication... night and day difference from my last experience at Jim Ellis, which was excellent.

I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area!
Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. My wife and I loved the used 2015 Sonata we bought from them, after we got home with it I checked the engine and cabin filter and you could tell they were full of dirt and trash. I then took the car to my local Hyundai dealership and found out it had a busted cv axle. My dealership was not sure they would be able to cover it under warranty since it was just the boot that was busted, so it could cost up to $700. I notified Kia Carland and they told me they would only reimburse me what it would cost them to repair. Fortunately, my dealership(Autonation Hyundai of Columbus) was able to get the cv axle replaced under warranty so I no longer have to deal with Kia Carland.
