Absolutely worst experience. Showed up to servicing for my 10:40AM appointment on 4/12/21. Once I pulled in, I waited a few minutes just to be told by 5 people they'll be with me in a second. Eventually Jenny told me to go ahead go into the waiting lounge and she'll take care of it. I asked her approximately how long it would take and she responded saying 1 hour max.
I waited 1.5 hours, gave them the benefit of the doubt. Car isn't ready, now it's closer to 1.45 hours and my car gets pulled forward. This is mean to be the 7,500 miles service. I find out while standing in line at the cashier that no tire rotation has been done. The one time I decided to bring my 2020 Kia to a dealership, you would think they know what kind of services needed to be done with their corresponding mileage, but I was wrong! When I approached the service manager, all he had to say was "well because you didn't pre-purchase the service plan through Kia mall of ga". Unacceptable excuse, instead of taking ownership, he disappeared. Eventually my tire rotation was done and I was just about to leave when I realized they used the incorrect profile for servicing.
Absolute nightmare, won't return, won't recommend, and I am fairly certain PepBoys does a better job.
