Thursday, April 15, 2021, we visited Nash Chevrolet to check out their inventory of trucks. Our Sales Representative, Scot Saffold was professional, friendly, helpful, patient and handled every one of our needs. He was knowledgable and most definitely an asset to Nash. It is highly unusual to come across an individual that cares as much about his job as his actions indicated so I can't say enough nice things about him. He went over and above for us and we sincerely appreciate you. I will definitely recommend Scot to anyone looking for vehicles. He was the kindest person we have ever dealt with. He made us feel like family. Thanks Scot.. we are going to love the beautiful Cherry Red Silverado and appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us get it.

purchased a truck they delivered it to my house out of state did not service truck , did not detail truck , alignment was way out , tires out of balance gave me 40 bucks to have it detailed lol sent me a check for service but i had to take time to have it done many trips back and forth had to take it to a local dealer rick hendrick in concord nc to get other work done that dealership is great to work with one of the managers in buford told me i had to bring truck back to them he was a real JERK i live 4 hours away THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR UP TO 1 HOUR NO ONE WANTS TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THEY HAVE CAUSED I WOULD NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM BUFORD OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I called the dealership to see if they had any Tahoes in stock. I spoke to the salesman and he sent me some pictures of two of them. I really liked one of them so we discussed the features and the price, which matched the price online. When I got to the dealership, I took it on a test drive and I decided that I wanted it. I started going through the buying process, and then he tells me that the truck is $5,000 more!! Then I spoke to the GM and she was very rude! She also told me that brokers are calling about the car and that they have to do what they have to do to feed their families. When I asked her if the brokers were more important than getting a customer for life, she basically said yes. That's bad business for them to show One price, the salesman confirm the price but they won't honor the price!

My wife drives a 2015 Camaro SS. Keep in mind my wife tells me to slow down when doing 90mph. She is the primary driver and is a very careful driver. Car came with Brembo brakes and for some reason one of the caliper seal broke after 3 years. That cost over $600 to repair. Then after that my wife was complaining about not being to take her key out the ignition. We would have to play with the steering wheel and gear shifter before it released. Took the car back to John Mikes Chevrolet and they said they would have to do some repairs with gear shifter that would cost $408. I told my wife to leave. I researched online and found that there’s a cable that’s connected behind the ignition switch that was causing the key release issue. It literally took me 10 minutes after taking out 3 screws around the steering column. Plus there looks to be a recall because of the same issue. Dealer decided to lie and tried to charge my $408. Will NEVER go back there again.
