The service was horrible with all the lies the sale rep tolde. The car went on for two major repairs before the first car payment was even die. Very bad business on your part. I will never do business with this company again. Also be sure to earn anyone o know not to deal with this shady company

I went all by myself to test drive some cars into this dealership. I have nothing to say, but great things about Marko (sales associate) and Alan Ramada (sales manager). The next day, I took my husband with me as I wanted to show him the car I liked. We ended up buying my car here after visiting several dealerships for about 3 days and meeting lots of sales guys. At Gravity Autos Roswell, it was No pressure, It was hassle free, the guys were professional and they took great care of me/my car needs. They did extra things which showed excellent customer service! very important for me. I have stayed in contact with ALAN, the sales manager, and he has been very responsive, even after the sale. I will recommend this place to family and friends and will come back here should we decided to purchase another car. We also interacted with one of the general managers, Danny Haddad and he was very pleasant as well. Last, but not least, they have a great cappuccino machine... I'm a coffee drinker, so this has been an added bonus.

Terrible customer service. I can't recommend to anyone. After you buy a vehicle they will treat you terribly. Find another dealer. Frank and Billy are bad guys to deal with

Great price on my new car. Didn't even have to haggle. The compliments stop here. RUDE finance lady. Manager left me standing when I pointed out minor damage to my brand new car when I took delivery. He literally walked away. Received car missing the spare $300 key. They ordered another key, but didn't bother to call to let me know when it was ready to pick up. I finally called 2wks later to ask what the holdup was. Picked up the key and was told I needed to drive even further from home (was already 45mins away) to have the key programmed at another dealership. They should have done this for the customer! Title wasn't processed in a timely manner. Took nearly 2mos. I had traded in a car and that loan was not paid off timely either. I had to make 2 additional payments on a car I no longer owned. That was utterly ridiculous and had me fuming. Horrible headache of a car purchase!
