BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE TO DATE!!!
I went to check out a Toyota RAV4 I saw advertised at Nalley Toyota of Roswell this past Saturday after speaking with Mukhamed Ismail on the phone inquiring about its current availability. From the time I stepped foot inside the dealerships doors Mukhamed showcased a level of professionalism, courtesy and knowledge that can't be matched. He was patient and answered a litany of question that were presented, he accommodated every single request made and I am grateful for having him as the person to sell me the car. I would recommend anyone visiting this dealership to ask for him by name, you won't be disappointed!!

This dealership rips off their customers and do not... - Ek.amdavadi
This dealership rips off their customers and do not really care about their customers. Do not trust them when they recommend all kind of maintenance work on your car. Every time I go there they recommend number of items without even inspecting my car: 1. Top Engine Cleaning 2. Brake fluid change 3. Wheel alignment 4. Filter change 5. Battery replacement. They are just out there to make money out of these unnecessary services and parts. They suggested these at 27K miles. My Highlander is single driver driven, well maintained, garage stored. When I got second opinion I was told that I do not need any of these services. How would they know that I need wheel alignment and brake fluid change without even inspecting my car??!! And if one need these many maintenance items at barely 27,000 miles then one should think twice before buying any Toyota car.
Toyota offers free oil change so that dealership can make money out of these unnecessary services. I had no issues with my car when I went there for oil change and after the oil change my car battery substantially degraded. Battery degrades over the time and not all of the sudden. I have a dashboard camera which they turned off so I have no idea what they altered when it went in for oil change. I would say give the business to a local shops instead of giving the business to this rip off dealership.
Also they took 3 hours for oil change, filter replacement and tire rotation which they told me should be 1.5 hours max.

I just bought a 2021 Toyota Rav4 XLE, Kent Givens gave us an excellent price that was very competitive. He was very good on keeping us informed and up to date. The best of all is they weren't lying when they dont add on dealer fees. Other dealerships were pressuring and would add on other fees while Cobb County was straight up and honest. Kent never pressured us into anything. I would buy another car from them if I had the money! Remember to ask for Kent! The most honest dealership I've ever been to in the Atlanta area. Worth the 1 hour drive.

After my former 19-year old SUV died three years ago, I met Jimmie Wilson in the Sales Dept. at Marietta Toyota. I was excited at the prospect of looking at new Toyota SUVs since I had previously owned and loved two Toyotas in my lifetime (including my very first car!). I had a very good rapport with Jimmie from the start. He is not your 'average car salesman'. Jimmie has been committed to car sales for a very long time (let's just call him the 'senior statesman' of the dealership) and is the epitome of a true salesperson. He listened to what I needed (and let me do most of the talking -- another aspect of good salesmanship) and knows EVERYTHING about his product. As a former salesperson, I appreciate the consultative way he goes about the sales process. His follow-up is incredible and is 'pleasantly persistent' without being pushy or high-pressure. Jimmie is very responsive to questions (especially after you drive off the lot) and even calls me on my birthday each year. Now, THAT's someone who wants to earn your business for a lifetime! I was thrilled to drive off the lot in March 2018 with a 2018 Highlander XLE and just four weeks ago, I returned to lease a brand-new 2021 Highlander XLE (I've named her 'Pearl'). I have been impressed with everyone at the dealership -- from Guest Services who welcomes you at the front door -- and offers you a beverage -- to the finance folks and the service & parts department. It's not the most convenient Toyota dealer from where I live, but it is the one I definitely prefer. Bottom-line: If you want to buy a car, there's a dealer on every corner here in the Atlanta area. If you want to ensure you have the right investment for you and your family, and have a lifelong relationship with experts who care about your customer experience, buyer satisfaction, safety, and long-term needs -- ask for Jimmie Wilson and the experts at Marietta Toyota. Peace out...
Right before my daughter (mid-20's) moved to Atlanta in... - cloudeight
Right before my daughter (mid-20's) moved to Atlanta in August 2018 I bought her four new Michelin tires at Costco as a parting gift and made sure her Corolla was in top shape for her long trip. In May of 2019, 9 months and about 5,000 miles later she scheduled an appointment at World Toyota for an oil change. They tried really hard to up-sell her four new tires and various other un-needed services including engine air and cabin filters that were less than a year old. They offered to replace a tail light bulb for $65, but she insisted she only wanted an oil change and checked YouTube for how to replace the bulb herself. They apparently were pissed off that she didn't fall for the up-sell scams. They changed her oil and torqued the plastic filter cap on so tight that two other service centers have been unable to remove it even with a special tool. She will have to replace the filter housing or else saw off the plastic cap in order to change the filter. Steer well clear of World Toyota Service.
