2018 Tahoe - Satisfied Customer
I'm not an easy customer, I have bought a new vehicle every 2-3 years my entire adult life, so I know I think I know the ends and outs of how dealers jack customers around. I dealt with a good sales rep named T.J via email for about two weeks....first about ordering a specific model of Suburban, equipped the way I wanted it as opposed to the way a dealer orders them for the masses. I just couldn't pull the trigger on ordering one, because you WILL pay very, very close to MSRP on it. (If someone knows a way to order one and get a deep discount on it, please let me know!).
Anyway, I decided to go a different direction and hold off.
A couple of weeks later, I was driving by and thought "what the xxxx, let's see what's on their lot" and pulled in. This is where it get's good....I parked my RAM 2500 and got out and walked around for 20-30 minutes looking at their inventory and not one person accosted me. I liked that. In fact, being jumped as soon as I pull on a dealer lot is the one thing that makes me get out of there ASAP. I hate aggressive salesmen. So I see three stunning 2018 Tahoe's....black, 4x4, Z71 package, Midnight Edition. (I would love to see this in a Suburban). I check them all out, still not being accosted. So I walk inside, ask for TJ and we proceeded to go look at the Tahoe's. It was good timing on my part, so let's just say that TJ and Day's Chevy made a sales offer I was very comfortable with.
So just for giggles, I asked them to make me an offer on my 2015 RAM 2500 (which was VERY nice...Cummins diesel, leveled, 4x4, Laramie, Crew Cab, 8 foot bed, Warn winch, Fuel rims, Micky T 35" off road tires and only 10,300 miles on it). Well about 30 minutes later, Days made me an offer on my RAM I just couldn't turn down.
So I got a great deal on a new Tahoe and a more than fair price on my RAM 2500.
Aside from all of those good things I've mentioned, the facilities were immaculate and I only had to speak with two people.....TJ and Chris (the paperwork guy).
Days Chevrolet has the right business model for a modern dealership in my experience.

Oil leaking need new pan - Disappointed
I have been a customer at superior for a number of years...i recently came in to get an oil change...service person said i couldn't get one because my healey coil is worn and the threads are showing...need a new oil pan...total $550.00 to get fixed...like i said I've been coming to this location for years too get an oil change...why is that i wasn't told about this early on before the situation got bad...i don't have that kind of money to pay that...the people there are the only people that change my oil so in my eyes someone didn't complete my last oil change entirely...i work too hard each day to be taken advantage of like this...i truly believed that this dealership would take care of my vechicle since i have been a long time customer but now i don't think so...
False Advertising or possible Discrimination - KellieG
After test driving a Trax posted for sale on their website for $15,685 for qualified buyers. They told us we didn't meet the requirements for that price when in fact we did. We went in with a 2016 trade in, financing through them and we had no lease or special financing and we had the screen shot of the deal online. When the sales person sent the manger over. He could not give us a reason for the decision.
Also they valued our trade in at our pay off. While it actually valued at more. We showed him an offer from another location we did not want to purchase from. He stated "I don't have to give you the value"

Disreputable Dealership - Unhappy Customer
Liberty aggressively sold me an extended warranty and misrepresented the length of coverage. After six months of daily phone calls, leaving messages that were hardly ever answered, the issue was finally resolved. Liberty did make it right in the end but it was a long and painful process filled with broken promises and empty assurances.
