BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE TO DATE!!!
I went to check out a Toyota RAV4 I saw advertised at Nalley Toyota of Roswell this past Saturday after speaking with Mukhamed Ismail on the phone inquiring about its current availability. From the time I stepped foot inside the dealerships doors Mukhamed showcased a level of professionalism, courtesy and knowledge that can't be matched. He was patient and answered a litany of question that were presented, he accommodated every single request made and I am grateful for having him as the person to sell me the car. I would recommend anyone visiting this dealership to ask for him by name, you won't be disappointed!!

Winston is a very patient salesman. He worked diligently to satisfy our needs. He was not pushy like most salesman, but listened to me and took in account my budget to get me in the vehicle of my choice. Give this man a raise!

First off I want to say the people at Beaver Toyota are very nice from the front desk to the salesperson to the sales manager. One thing I do not like is their pricing structure. They add something called "Beaver Benefits" for $1746 which is nothing more than fluff. If they offered for the same amount ,lifetime wheel and tire replacement, then its worth it. "Beaver Benefits" only benefit the owner of the dealership and not at all the customer. They add this on every new Toyota they sell. The customer is basically forced to have the dealer add ons and to pay the price. I received offers from out of state on similar equipped cars and Beaver was no where close to the price. When I purchase cars, I do not want any dealer add ons unless it was specified by me. If you want to pay thousands of dollars more for your Toyota, go to Beaver Toyota of Cumming. If you want to save thousands, buy out of state; your wallet will thank you. Their motto is "We're here to wow ya". They should change it to "We're here to screw ya."

Had a confirmed appointment with Mark Doyle to look at a car that was to be delivered by truck prior to our appointment. I explained to him I was coming an hour and a half to look at the car and he assured me it would be delivered two hours prior to my arrival. When we were within sight of the dealership he sent me a text informing me two of his previous appointments were late showing up so would need to push my appointment time back an hour and that the car he previously assured me would be there would actually not arrive for two more days. He told me there were other cars I could look at and test drive. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. Took my business to Cherokee County Toyota and had a great experience. Stay away!!!
Right before my daughter (mid-20's) moved to Atlanta in... - cloudeight
Right before my daughter (mid-20's) moved to Atlanta in August 2018 I bought her four new Michelin tires at Costco as a parting gift and made sure her Corolla was in top shape for her long trip. In May of 2019, 9 months and about 5,000 miles later she scheduled an appointment at World Toyota for an oil change. They tried really hard to up-sell her four new tires and various other un-needed services including engine air and cabin filters that were less than a year old. They offered to replace a tail light bulb for $65, but she insisted she only wanted an oil change and checked YouTube for how to replace the bulb herself. They apparently were pissed off that she didn't fall for the up-sell scams. They changed her oil and torqued the plastic filter cap on so tight that two other service centers have been unable to remove it even with a special tool. She will have to replace the filter housing or else saw off the plastic cap in order to change the filter. Steer well clear of World Toyota Service.
