Fast and easy process. I already knew the vehicle I was interested in, and they were able to answer all of my questions. The finance department was able to work with me on both payments and interest, reducing the APR from over 4% to 2.49%. Great deal on a used vehicle.

Hindsight is always 20/20, and I wish we had purchased here. Even after we purchased from another dealer Ryan Bills is proving to be a standout salesman. The fact he has reached and even answered some questions about the Ram we bought means a lot. This also means he and team at Hayes will be receiving all the business I can send them. If you’re in the market go visit them.

I was on my way to another dealer in Anderson when I decided to look at what Lake Keowee might have. The salesman, Mr. John Banks asked a few questions and within minutes brought the perfect RAM for our small farm right to the door for me. His service was fast, highly effective and very pleasant. Thank-you for making a potentially stressful experience a pleasure instead.
Great people. Fair pricing and no games. - Shumdit
Leased a wrangler for out Daughter here. Right in and right out. Gave us a great price, no bait and switch and no hard sell on F&I upgrades. I would recommend this place and will certainly refer others there in the future.

This place should get 0 stars the sales manager Wes was rude and didn’t honor the car price. The car was also marked as four wheel drive and was not. A price had been discussed and accepted and when getting there Wes claimed it was not the correct price and 2500 more. Summer Hill was so helpful and so friendly when we came looking for a car much unlike Wes who was a true piece of work. I would not recommend going to this dealership AT ALL. The worse experience ever!
My vehicle cut off on me while driving Friday, January... - Brochelle25
My vehicle cut off on me while driving Friday, January 22nd. The battery and check engine light came on and I could not crank the car back up. My husband pushed it to a shopping center and I had it towed to Akins Ford in Winder (of which I have been a repeat customer for years) to be serviced.
The service department at Akins Ford in Winder put me and my family through an extreme inconvenience for over a week due to their lack of care and concern, specifically from service advisor Scott Tackabury. Mr. Tackabury displayed a great amount of unprofessionalism and inadequacy in customer service skills. He also disregarded the COVID-19 pandemic and did not wear a mask during any of our interactions. The completion of repairs on my vehicle was scheduled to be on Wednesday, January 27. Mr. Tackabury informed me that I would be able to return and pick up my vehicle on that evening. Prior to that conversation, he failed to mention that he would be taking that day off, preventing my vehicle from being serviced due to the fact that no other service advisor had information on my vehicle. He also did not inform me that, the part that was ordered for my vehicle’s repair had not even been shipped at that point. Because Mr. Tackabury was not working that day, no further details could be conveyed to me on the status of my vehicle or the parts needed to repair it. Akins Ford in Winder dropped the ball on communicating with me, my husband and Scott Tackabury to make sure they stuck to their word on having my repaired vehicle returned to me on the day agreed upon. This could have been avoided ahead of time and remedied during the incident. The following day when Scott returned back to work, I received a text message (from another employee named Norma) informing me that my car was finally ready for pick up. Upon arrival, I was informed that all repairs to my vehicle had been completed and there were no other issues. I cranked up my car and turned on the AC/Heat and the car completely cut off. The battery and check engine light came on again. It was not fixed. Mr. Tackabury informed me that the A/C compressor is bad and in order to allow my vehicle to operate without it, he needed to remove the relay so my car wouldn’t turn off once I pressed the AC button. Instead of apologizing for demonstrating a complete oversight of another problem with my vehicle, he said I would need more repairs and would have to come out of pocket to receive another service. He told me the AC Compressor was the only problem with the vehicle at this point. Scott declined assisting me and my husband with immediate services on the vehicle and told us nothing more could be done for us except to buy another part and pay again for more services. Mr. Tackabury refused to reach out to the service Manager Jason Setser or Assistant Service Manager Brandy Hayes, to resolve the issue my husband and I faced at this point. Scott displayed a lackadaisical attitude toward the predicament that we faced and refused to offer any assistance for our extreme inconvenience. The following morning Scott called me and told me there were actually MORE repairs that needed to be made on my vehicle and that it would be another $1,400 to fix everything. At this point I was beyond infuriated with Akins Ford as a company and Scott Tackabury. My husband and I were baffled by his display of an egregious lack of communication, incompetence, negligence and disregard for our tremendous inconvenience despite being loyal customers.

Exceptional Overall service - Matt
I live about 200 miles from this dealership. We were looking for a specific Jeep (miles, color, etc) and found one online at this dealership. I called and told them my scenario, that I would travel if the price was in a range. Simply asked for the best they could do out the door. Within 10 minutes, they called back with a negotiated price that was very close to my range. They then were willing to save the vehicle for me while I traveled to come look at it.
Every person at this dealership was super friendly, down to earth, and gave no pushy attitudes or arrogance. Having been in business for 20 plus years and having had a father in the car business for over 40, I understand good personal service and the value of just being a real person when it comes to selling a car. The guys at Countryside were exceptional at this. I never felt any sort of pressure and got all my questions answered transparently.
I would recommend them 100% and would look to them first if I were to buy another Jeep.
Great service. - jconne5
The service dept. made sure all recalls and warnings were taken care of during my visit to repair my door locks on my Ram 2500. My door locks are now working great.

I had my oil changed here a few months ago and I smelled burning before I left the lot and was told it was probably oil dripped on something. Well over the next few weeks it never went away!!! So i called and made an appointment to have it checked out. While waiting I got several text from Sean the Service attendant about a $140 diagnostic fee and I replied twice or three times I have a Max care warranty from Chrysler! ( saying to myself not the boot leg warranty yall sell that don't cover) so he kept saying I have to tell you because you left. First off I gave my car to the service manager and I was sitting 20 feet away on the bench. So I walked in an asked who was Sean he said me!! I'm like why do you keep texting me about a fee? I pay a deductible if you'd like I'll call Chrysler for you! He stood up like he was going to scare me because he's taller and I let him know he don't want these problems! So we exchanged words and I reminded him I'm the customer he didn't care and later on I saw the owner and spoke and he let me know he saw everything on tape and I told him I could careless!! I wasn't going to mention that to him because I know how they handle business!! After waiting 3 hours I was told I had a plastic bag on my exhaust and it's $65 to remove! Ok just get me my car! Then they said I had a pin hole in my upper radiator hose AGAIN FOR LIKE THE THIRD OR FORTH TIME HERE. Nad I needed $1,790 worth of front end work. I said that's impossible!! And if I do it's covered!! Sean said it wasn't I said get the bag off and replace my hose. Well they didn't have a hose!! So when I asked for my car Derek the finance guy showed me a $160 service bill which he paid because he knew I wasn't and I took my car to another dealership which DOUBLE CHECKED BEHIND THEM AND LAUGHED BECAUSE NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR!! they could've looked at the last service and tell the car was barely driven because of the smell and knew I wasn't going for that!! Any way Chrysler said if I needed the front end work it is covered. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

I purchased a 2019 Lexus LC500 on 10-16-2020. My sales person was Austin. I drove about over two hours to look at the car and ended up purchasing. Austin and entire team was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. This was the easiest car purchase that I have ever made in my life.

My wife and I recently bought a 2002 Ford Thunderbird... - Jeffb61
My wife and I recently bought a 2002 Ford Thunderbird from the dealership. I worked with Tyrone and the GM. We live in North Georgia but saw the car online. After they did a video walk through we decided to let them deliver the car with the understanding we were not obliged to purchase. The car had 38,500 miles approximately and was in good condition cosmetically considering its 18 years old. We did a test drive and found that the ABS and traction control lights would not turn off. We discussed the situation and decided to have a local dealer test it. The code indicated a wheel sensor and it would cost around 350 to fix. There were no other codes present. The GM discounted the cost of the repair and an extra 50 and we decided buy it. Later that evening we found that the illumination for the speedometer and tach were out, I figured maybe a bulb? Well it turns out on these cars there is no such thing and lighting is controlled by a module that also controls other functions such as power steering, windows etc. not a simple fix and the part is no longer made. I immediately communicated this to Tyrone and he said he’d get back to me Saturday. Well never heard back and texted that evening, was told it was a busy day and that we would hear Monday.
On Sunday we took the hardtop off and during the process I was looking for the cover for the soft top, that’s missing too, but also found a device attached to the battery, turns out it’s a GPS tracking device that is attached to a service they included from a company called Kahu, I went back through my wife’s paperwork and sure enough it was tucked into it, we didn’t realize what it was, it was only after researching I found out. I disconnected it from the vehicle and added that discovery to Tyrone via text that I didn’t want anything to do with this service and to get back to me on the lighting issue.
Well it’s Thursday and we never heard back, I didn’t expect huge things since we had signed the paperwork, but the lighting issue couldn’t be detected during the day so there was no way to know until it was dark. The tracking thing was just creepy, I don’t want some unknown company detailing her movements, the phones are enough as it is. A return call to us though would have been appropriate and certainly a good business decision. Not doing so made the process feel cheap and like they were hiding something, now we have reservations even though we tried to do our diligence before purchasing. Expecting good communication here after the fact ended up terribly disappointing and personally I’d never do business here again.
