These are some good people to do business with. I went to check out a car that was already sold and rather than sweat me and follow me around, they allowed me to inquire about another car I saw while on the lot. I wound up getting the vehicle. They ramn the car through their detail and mechanics. I was allowed to buy the car out the door with the amount given me by my insurance co. They let me get a nice car much cheaper than they had planned to sell it for and I got my permanent tag and registration in the mail. No hassling with dmv. Thank you for an awesome vehicle that I cant keep my hands off off everyday wiping, detailing, getting double takes from people. I am considering the drive over there just to show off my car and shake Manager Herby and the sales reps hand. You guys are the standard that A and D car lots need to learn from. We traveled 2 hours and purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk July 3rd. The salesperson was average. She explained to us there was a Service Contract that was "Included" in the price of the vehicle. Well, the Service Contract is "included" meaning you can't remove it from the car. It is an additional charge. The amount listed on a nice colorful sign in her cubicle and stated to us by finance was about $1269. When I received my paperwork, the price was $2079!!! Next, was the finance guru, Jeff!! He was a fast talker and lied to us about what he was "throwing in". NOTHING was THROWN IN!!! We inquired about the end figure and was assured it was correct. He tried to give us an excuse that he was trying to get us out of there quick since we were there so long and traveled out of town. After leaving the dealership, we realized we didn't receive the extended warranty paperwork, nor did we have the itemized costs paperwork. After leaving the dealership, I attempted on numerous occasions to have the documents emailed to me. Jeff lied and stated he emailed it numerous times. He actually Face Timed with me to show me someone else's documents to compare them to ours in a poor attempt to convince me everything was covered. To make a long story short...he FORGED our signatures on some documents. His supervisor actually called me to discuss the issue after I left a detailed message on a supervisor's voicemail. The supervisor emailed me the paperwork and that is when we noticed the paperwork was FORGED!!! The nerve of him. This is illegal!! They could offer to pay for our extended warranty or reduce the price more, but NO...all we are getting is a form to cancel the extended warranty since the price wasn't explained to us and the document was FORGED!!! I will be contacting the corporate office and an attorney to see what can be done for forged documents. I am sure they will continue to get plenty of business,but I will definitely NOT return!!

The start of the sale was a little shaky, but Bernard Winns and Gio [ Sales person] took the time, energy and a personal commitment to customer service and made what was wrong, right. I worked in the customer service industry almost 40 years and I certainly know that a person has to have morals and ethics to go the extra mile and Mr. Winns did just that. Bernard Winns even went as far as to even giving us his personal cell number, had our temp. Tag courier to our home and insured we had a loaner vehicle That is what we consider excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

I am going to rate Walsh Honda of Macon, Ga poorly. I am especially disappointed with the attitude of the general manager David.
In early December 2020 my wife purchased I used Honda Odyssey. Immediately after purchasing it, she smelled oil . She took it Back to Walsh Honda. They discovered an oil leak. They clean thee oil leak impetus of powder around the stained area and told her to Called them in order to make an appointment to come back in a couple weeks to see if the stain had reappeared. Two weeks later she tried tto call them. She could never get in touch with anyone. No one would call her back..
In early February 2021, less than two months after purchase, Her engine light came on. We carried it back to wash onto. We worked with a service manager named Jay. He was very nice. He seemed to indicate that he wanted to work with us and fix the problem because it was agreed that the engine light should not be coming on this soon after purchase. The next day Jay Was off work. A person named Wayne called us. He indicated that there were problems with the oriole pressure switch and oil pump. He said it would cost $1200 to repair. I told him about thee situation of The vehicle leaking oil at the time of purchase. He told me he would check with the general manager, David, in order to find out what they can do.
He told me back a few hours and told me that the general manager said we would have to pay for the repairs. I did not get thee impression that we were going to get much of a discount if any discount even though we don't have a Van for approximately 6 weeks
I believe this is a poor attitude for a business to have and I believe it is for customer service. I believe it is a poor reflection on Walsh Honda Macon, GA And a poor reflection on Honda products.
I would not recommend this Honda dealership to anyone and will be expressing my opinion to friends and family about Walsh Honda of of Macon.

Honda service in my car, they did not do what they was suppose to. My collision place took my car to them to finish my car that had been in a wreck, for them to replace airbag harness. But they did not put it back together line it was when it was brought to them. I hate liers and they lied line xxxx they left bolts undone and left the pan underneath undone not bolted down now the pan is bent but they said we did not do it. Well xxxx everything else was finished before you got it yours was the last thing to be done. I will never trust these people again in Anderson for them to lie to me in my face I will go somewhere else if I decide to buy another Honda
