2011 Sonata died. Had it towed in. Turns out the engine seized up with 94,000 miles on it. Volume replaced the engine under warranty at no cost. And I had purchased the car new in 2011 at another dealer in Atlanta. Incredible service, with zero hassles. I will continue to deal with Volume Hyundai from now on.

My honest review is too long to even write. I asked for the car that had the premium and convenience package and was told multiple times that it had all of that, though I wasnt charged for the full premium package, they mis-understood me and didn't actually get me a car with the premium package that I wanted but I agreed on a price thinking I was getting the extra amenities. I would've asked for a lower price or the car I wanted if I had caught that before I signed the contract. They sold me a car based off of false information regarding insurance and my not yet totaled car. They claimed they could take my wrecked trade in before insurance had finished with it and it would take the hassle off of me, but after contacting my insurance company I found out they were lying to me and almost risked me losing my entire settlement. I had to miss a day of work to drive back up and redo the contract because of the lies they had told me which ended up leaving me paying more than I wanted to. Then they kept my car for a week to give it the "five star package" and apply leather only to fail to recognize no leather was in from California. So i left my car for a week (i live 1.5 hours away) only to have to reschedule 2 weeks later; the lender car they brought me in replacement was an old trade in they had just gotten that smelled, sticky residue on the inside, --127 days past its servicing date, and an electric key that didn't even work...(mind you I bought a brand new PALISADE from them). When i verbalized my complaints with the GM, he said he was sorry and would call me first thing in the am and send me a new car...12pm the next day I still hadn't heard anything so I called and he asked if I could just drive the car they had brought and they would finish my new car by the next day. He said he would compensate for my troubles but I still haven't heard from him to this day. I was also told I would get Blue Link with my car only to find out over a month of asking that they car never was registered with it. So I bought this car for the price thinking I had these extra amenities when in fact it was all false information from the dealership. The follow up service has been horrendous. They tell you they will call back and they never do. I could've settled with my issues if they at least acted like they cared, but they were very clear by their service they do not care once that sale has been made. Any other dealership will be better than this one. Will never go back here and will never recommend this dealership to anyone. (the story is even longer, but this is a condensed version.)

Welp, wasnt planning that!! It all started last night when my better half and I were looking for a newer vehicle that better suited our needs! Found this SUV at autonation's website, contacted Louis the following morning and made an appointment. After a short drive north, I was greeted in their parking lot, offered refreshments and escorted to the car I inquired about. Of course, Louis-being the professional that he is-already had the car spotless and staged for us to view. Long-story short, I bought the vehicle and was very impressed at the professionalism of everyone I encountered there. The managers, clerks, and the detail crew did a wonderful job, and let's definitely not forget to give Louis his props, hes a class-act! 5 stars from me! Thank you autonation Hyundai!

Starting with Roy Gilliam the GM the service is very professional, courteous, prompt and informative. The service department is always timely, informative, and very friendly. They will always have my business!

The service department needs to consider a reworking of their whole system. Problem after problem is not fixed. The gentlemen on the phone for the service center know nothing about cars. They also do not enter in customer concerns into the computer. Issues are not fixed by the mechanics, because of their failure to put it in the write up. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I was able to get a early appointment with Jimmy Brown service advisor and Brandon Dillard Service Manager with an issue of a bad clock spring, they booked me in and fixed the problem and had me out in a hour. I have never been treated better from any dealership then these two gentlemen. The were knowledgeable and extremely helpful, was my first time there and would recommend them.

Drove 6 1/2 hours to purchase a 2019 Veloster N with 12k miles on it because I was told it’s like new. I pointed out some issues while I was at the store that I was told will be covered under warranty. The biggest thing was all 4 wheels have paint peeling and I wouldn’t have purchased if they didn’t promise it would be covered. Well Hyundai denied the warranty claim and this store is just telling me cosmetics are “as is” are you kidding me. I asked for the wheels to be put on the we owe document twice and was told it’s not necessary because warranty will cover it. Terrible business and feel lied to. Now I pay on a vehicle that looks like an old turd. Thanks guys! 👍

This dealership has a very bad problem with communication. I took my car in because the paint is peeling. They sent me to a body shop and they said they would send the estimate to Rick Case. It’s been two weeks now and I have not been able to find out anything. I called to speak to General Manager and was told he is not available and to talk to service. They put you on hold and never come back. I talked to corporate and they say they are not responsible for independent dealers. Never again will I buy a Hyundai.

Terrible knowledge from the financial department. They never notified us about having to make another car payment on a car that we traded in for a new sonta. If we did not have it automatically set up for auto payment we would have had a late car payment on are credit report, do to the face they never told us that they would take more than 14 days to do the paperwork. And yet they had the worst attitude. Pretty much oh well that is business. Just make sure if you have a car that you are trading in that you cancel auto withdraw, salesman was kind but at the same time never took care of the issue. They would never call us back, we had to contact hyundai corp. and we are going to contact state attorney and local congressman on this matter.
