The dealership experience was good the work was done fast. My only complaint is that I asked for my tire to be filled because the sensor showed that it is losing air over time. But because the pressures did not drop below the minimum psi the dealership did not fill the tire which is unfortunate, because one week later i needed to go and fill it in myself with regular air because did not have Nitrogen with witch it was supposed to be filled. I will recommend the dealership to pay attention to those small but important requests from the customers.

Since having it I’ve had to replace the inner tie rod and Nissan told me oh that’s your fault Probably your wife hit a curb women are always doing that. I was quoted over 2 grand.
I went elsewhere got a good mechanic to fix it at a shop for 250.
Went back in to dealership with bad throttle position sensor get quoted over 2200 told I’m outside of warranty due to mileage which is nonsense it’s a new car faulty part and I’m really frustrated.
Call consumer affairs they are uninformed referred to my transmission repeatedly which is nowhere near a throttle body and they then told me you only have 36 k warranty when I xxxx sure paid for the 84k one and opted in on extending beyond that

I took my 2011 Maxima in on a Wednesday for a leaky radiator, which they replaced. I did not drive the car the next day but drove out of town Friday. During my drive, the A/C quit working. I called the service department who asked me to bring it in Saturday. Following their assessment on Saturday, they determined the condenser needed replacing. I assertively then explicatively explained there was no problem with the a/c prior to the radiator replacement, as they had to remove the a/c system to replace the radiator, and I left the facility upset. I received a call from another service rep shortly after returning home. They apologized for the inconvenience stating they would replace the compressor free of charge in recognition of my 22 years of faithful service, and the Maxima being the 3rd consecutive car purchased from the dealership. They also said the previous service manager should have mentioned the condenser needed replacing.
So, I returned with my car. While replacing the condenser, they said the compressor also needed replacing. REALLY?!?
Three Maximas, 22 years of faithful service, and coincidentally the condenser and compressor need replacing AFTER replacing the radiator. It's been a good car and I feel it's worth it, but I will NEVER GIVE DICK SMITH ANY MORE MONEY! DONE

I had a lease with Nissan with 9 payments Togo. I called Benson Nissan on the 23rd of December to see if I could trade my car in to buy another one. Once I got there the lady that was helping me over the phone couldn't help me because she was busy. I finally got another salesman to help. The first deal they brought me was a BIG NO! Financing $24,000 for a Nissan Sentra. So I was about to walk and go home until the brought me a new 2016 Nissan Ailtma. It was beautiful and I loved the car after driving it. Once the paperwork was presented to me that they were going to pay my lease off and I was going to be financing $23000 out the door, I agreeded to that. I repeatedly asked the sales lady over and over: my lease is over right? She said yes! I asked the finance manger as well and he said yes! I was told my payment would be around $386 and the only thing I owned now was the new financing on the new car and my lease with Nissan was over. Well today 01/13/16 I get a bill in the mail stating I owe Nissan over $3000 for the rest of my lease. The bill of sale that was presented to me doesn't look anything like I signed. They tricked me and manipulated me into thinking they paid my lease off which they didn't. I have called the dealer twice now and texted my sales lady and they won't return my calls and all they keep saying is they will call me back. Nogthing!!! Benson Nissan are lying dirty crooks! Be careful!

Got an oil change on 3-16-18 and my car starts leaking oil. Wal-Mart plugged the hole to stop the leak and found out that it was not plugged correctly. I took it to the dealership today and of course this is not their fault.
