The customer service I received from this service department is top notch. It goes without saying that they are genuinely concerned about the quality of care that the customer receives, and they actually listen to the customer and their concerns while spending time working closely with them to resolve their service needs. I feel as if they do everything within their power to give the quality that Audi expects from its hired representatives. They are honest, candid and to say the least, quality service representatives.

Absolute disgrace!! We bought a pre owned car yesterday from the worst car salesman I have ever met. The only selling point was a good car made by Acura. The salesman was terrible. He said they had 2 keys but could find not the other right one after my 2 hrs there and would get it to us the very next day. We text him today and he said he would get to it when he would get to it. His management team does not seem to care. Their management is either complicit or irresponsible for not following up.
Wish the staff were trained in some professionalism. Its not the key that bothered us but the unprofessional and callus attitude of the staff that did. They could have easily said " We apologize but will find the key as soon as possible and call you back

Sales Manager was very rude. She ripped the sales paper out my hand when I asked to see it one last time. (We couldnt agree price so we were leaving.) She also told us since we couldnt afford the vehicle we were looking at then we should get a cheaper car. Little did she know we were just trying to negotiate, we would have eventually paid more than we said. However we took our business to another dealership after she was so rude.
