Luis Olmos is the person to see. Very knowledgeable about the product and he is also a BMW genius. Purchased 3 cars from Taylor. The deals were fair and they were very upfront. The waiting room is brand new and service from Wendy, Keith and Rocky is the best. They are more than accommodating. With follow up from the service department.

For the second time I feel like BMW of Columbia has shifted me! Long story short I initially purchased a 2015 X3 that I specifically asked to have certain features. I think the vehicle is defective only to find out that the features I asked for were never on the vehicle to start. I tried to resolve this by calling and speaking to my sales person only to find he was no longer there and was assigned a new rep. He was no help so I blasted them in a review online. I finally got the attention of the GM who at the time seemed to be appeasing. He placed me in a 2016 X3 that had what I asked for from the beginning. Well fast forward to Sept of 2020 and the car has electrical issues that the dealership can't seem to repair even though they kept my car well over a month. I get my car back Nov of 2020 and the only one repair was fixed.
Dec 2020 I'm driving and the vehicle loses power without warning in traffic. I was lucky enough that I was not hit my traffic behind me. I take it to the dealership once again to be looked at and diagnosed and so far I've only been told what it COULD be, nothing definitive. So they kept the vehicle and here we are again, another MONTH and I STILL don't know exactly what's going with my vehicle. I am STILL required to make payments on what I believe to be is subpar nicely packed junk! I have call BMW corporate several times and still no resolve.. I say all of that to say... BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I knew what I know now I could've kept my perfectly fine Dodge Challenger, and remained brand loyal to great customer service and working products.
