Took my 2014 Lincoln MXZ hybrid for oil change and told them about noise coming from engine. They advised me to take it to a auto transmission shop because they did not have anyone at the dealer ship that works on hybrid transmissions.
Can not find anyone local to look at it. They told us about a dearship 60 miles away but can not get appointment for them to look at until 04/30/21 and they would probably have to keep it several days.
Problem is we are going out of town week of 05/02/21 and are afraid to drive vehicle that for.
We have always been very happy with Ballentine Ford Lincoln but they should be able to service anything that they sell.

Wasn't even ready to buy a new vehicle but was looking at options. The second dealership we stopped at had a group of salesmen working the lot like a flock of vultures, so we drove across the street to Classic Ford to look at a Ford Explorer. They had a great selection of late model used Explorers on the lot and the doors were open on the vehicles so we could shop without being hassled. After we looked at all the ones they had, we started walking to the showroom and was met by Mack whom greeted us and asked if we needed assistance. After that everything fell into place and we ended up buying one. There was no high pressure sales pitch, he answered all our questions and listened to all our concerns and worked with us to meet our price point. It honestly was the best interaction I have ever had with a dealership. I never felt pressure and he allowed us time to be comfortable with our decision. We even took the vehicle on a test drive to lunch (without the salesman) to think it over. If I am ever in the market for a new car again, this will be the first place I come.

I have a 2017 F-150 Ecoboost that I bought new from Satcher Ford. It is a Lariat FX-4 that is loaded with a spray in bed liner from the factory. I paid nearly $60K for it and it is still under warranty for what it’s worth. I took it in to Satcher for a recall and 3 warranty items. A miss at 40 MPH, a noise in the front end, and a piece of the bedliner the size of a 50-cent piece has chipped up. They kept it a week and fixed nothing. They never called me with status updates, then said they couldn’t get it to miss when they drove it, couldn’t hear the noise in the front end and Ford denied the bed liner saying it was physical damage and that I must have dropped a shovel or rake in the bed. I don’t remember ever doing that, there is no dent or other evidence of physical damage. Even if I did drop something as light as a shovel or rake wouldn’t you think a bed liner would have stood up to that? I have never carried anything very heavy or abrasive in the bed either. That is obvious because the rest of the bed looks unused. I also noticed that there is no paint or primer under the spray in liner. If you are smart you will not get a factory spray in liner. That way you will get the extra protection of primer and paint before the liner is sprayed in and a warranty that may not be honored. The dealer was my best friend while I was buying the truck, but the service department is terrible, and Ford is even worse. This will probably be my last Ford truck and I will never use this dealer again.

Prepare to have your time wasted. 5 out of 5 times that we have made an appointment for my husband's diesel truck the diesel technician has not been available when we arrived. We even call to confirm that he would be at work and available before making the drive, but the service member chuckles every time when we get there at out scheduled appointment time that we were misinformed and he can't get to the truck for at least a day. It's worth driving to Savannah or Charleston to avoid the incompetence, even if it is with a smile.

My overall experience was so bad that there isn't enough room for everything to be put on here. Summary would be that the service dept. doesn't know how to work on cars or keep from damaging them while they are working on them. FRAUD would be the first word to come to mind. Don't take your vehicle there, you would really regret it.
