I’m was a repeat Lexus owner for many years, but a few years ago I purchased another vehicle. The warranty was going to expire on that vehicle, so I started looking at Lexus vehicles again, knowing their dependability. I went to my local dealerships, but wasn’t satisfied with their assistance.
We found a vehicle exactly like I wanted at Jim Hudson Lexus in Columbia, SC. I called and spoke with Seth Nortey late on a Saturday evening, just as they were closing. Seth didn’t rush me at all as he answered questions and took my information on my trade-in.
First thing Monday morning, when they opened again, Seth contacted me and we worked out the details of the purchase very quickly and Tuesday he personally delivered my new car to our home over an hour away….on his day off! I can’t say enough about how kind and knowledgeable Seth was and what a pleasure it was to meet him in person. I love my new vehicle and even though Jim Hudson is not local, I will definitely contact Seth FIRST next time I’m in the market for a Lexus.

My wife and I made a 300 mile round trip to purchase a vehicle which I had been assured was still for sale and on the lot late Saturday afternoon. Upon our arrival the vehicle was not there and it took four calls before I was advised it had been sold but would not tell me when. Wasted time and money on top or poor customer service.
