First, my name is Andrew. However, they continually... - Andrew K
First, my name is Andrew. However, they continually called me John. I have told Christian and Gary, a manager, several times including when Gary called me and I corrected him in front of Christian, which is even more bothersome that it continued. However, we filled out the app with our names (still kept calling us the wrong name after). Gary called and said $40,000 down and he’ll approve. We called on another GC Trackhawk and were approved with $19 down and they said we can even do less if we want. Gary was taking advantage of us. Called Christopher and he said "I believe Gary was trying to be conservative as to not get a instant denial from the banks" Then Gary called and was basically asking me to prove I am not someone called John. You couldn't make this incompetence up. They had our application, our license's and references. Even today, Christopher text and called using the name John. Really really bad service and sales. We ended up buying a 2021 Cayenne GTS from Porsche of North Houston. This place is a big mess. To top it all off, I got a text from the Sales Manager today referring to me by the name John. Just Incredible.
Excellent Experience - Paul
I bought a car from here recently, and the experience was flawless. My sales rep was Carmen Farrow, and she made the whole transaction smooth and easy. What made me all the more impressed is after I purchased the vehicle, my DMV threw me into a bureaucratic nightmare that was of no fault of the dealer. Megan EcElrath went above and beyond in helping sort things out with my state. These folks helped me well after the transaction. Megan's help is the sort of service that makes one compelled to write a review like this. Do yourself a favor and give Maserati Greenville a try!
Not the exotic car dealership I thought they were.... - Wayne. G
Not the exotic car dealership I thought they were. Purchased my Lamborghini Aventador SVJ from them. Everything was great during the buying process and they ensured me they were not like some dealerships out there that after the sale your business was not appreciated and you were important to them as a customer.
Well I am now finding out that's a lie. I am moving out of the country and unfortunately can't take the car with me. Since they were so nice and courteous . I thought about offering them the first option to buy this rare very exclusive car since none of these type supercars are being produced due to the pandemic and the Lamborghini facility being shutdown and no cars being produced . The car has actually increased in value since my purchase do to the shutdowns and the fact no more will be produced of the SVJ.
Well that was a mistake and they showed their true colors. I was offered wholesale pricing LOL. Save your time and find a dealership that wants to keep you as a lifetime customer. Not intending to sound bad, but there are very few of us who can afford automobiles in this price range. Find someone other than Motor Cars of Atlanta that is going to value you and your business.
