Very disappointed with a recent oil/filter change... - dnd2634
Very disappointed with a recent oil/filter change completed 3 February 21 due to my discovering an oil leak. I returned to your facility 4 February to have the problem corrected. I was informed the oil filter gasket and oil pan drain plug were checked and found to be satisfactory. In addition I was informed that most likely oil was spilled onto the oil pan skid plate which was removed and cleaned. I departed your facility a happy camper, however, upon my inspection of the skid plate I can assure anyone it was not removed and cleaned. Now folks, not only have I been inconvenienced by having to return to your facility I'm now wondering about the validity of what I'm told about my vehicle service. Believe all will agree when the oil/filter is changed there shouldn't be leaks to one's driveway. How about a free oil change when it's due again. Kudos to the front desk service reps, they were outstanding. You can reach me at; email@example.com or 706-284-3537

Worst service ever in 35 years of owning a Toyota. They... - Disappointed
Worst service ever in 35 years of owning a Toyota. They replaced a tail light. The turn signal & reverse light did not work after I got it home. The light did not even look like the other one. Had to make appt to get it fixed. Checked before I left, yep it looked the same as other light and worked. Again after I got home realized the rear bumper is not flush on one side (the bumper is remover to replace the light). So I contacted the Service Manager, Desaray, and I am to contact her as to when I can bring it in AGAIN. Contacted early in the morning, left VM. No return Csll. Called again before lunch and Receptionist said she would carry the message directly to her. And here it is over an hour later and no return call. Looking now for another dealership to do my service and purchase my next car. And because of this experience may not be a Toyota. Service Manager’s name is spelled Desiree.
ZERO STARS! I have purchased 2 cars from Ralph Hayes in... - C.elizabeth78
ZERO STARS! I have purchased 2 cars from Ralph Hayes in the past couple of years and was about to purchase a 3rd this week. Multiple staff members lied to me and made false promises. When reported to the GM, he spent more time defending his staff than trying to make things right. They refused to sell to me when I called them out for trying to overcharge me for a skirting kit which I was quoted 3 different prices for. I received a quote from another Toyota dealer which was $2000 less than what Ralph Hayes was trying to charge me. I had texts to prove the conversations but the GM still made excuses. They lost a $40,000 sale over a couple thousand dollar skirting kit they did not want to sell me. They encouraged me to purchase aftermarket parts instead. So disappointed and will never return. Can NOT be trusted to be honest.
Very disappointed with my experience with the Service... - Wbkolb17
Very disappointed with my experience with the Service Department. I recently took my vehicle in for the 120k maintenance period. I received my vehicle in a timely manner at the end of the work day on Saturday, but immediately noticed my brakes were failing as I heard metal on metal scrapping. I took my Vehicle to another Toyota dealership where their mechanics were able to correct this issue but also immediately recognized the inadequate work the was done to my vehicle. I called Scott Will Toyota service to explain the situation and that's when things shortly became unprofessional as I was told "Our mechanic did not notice the brake issue" "We did no work on your brakes that could cause that kind of issue" , and lastly where I was told "We will call the other Dealership to see if they can price match our Scott Will discount" when in fact said discount was going to charge me +100$ more... Needless to say I will never use or recommend Scott Will Toyota to anyone. The unprofessionalism and shoddy work performed by their mechanic should deter anyone to take their vehicle here.
Very Disappointed - Thatguy17
Although we purchased a vehicle from here this dealership is horrible. I will never return nor buy another car from here or any of their chains. Our sales manager said one thing and did the complete opposite. Cleanup of the vehicle was horrendous. A week later and we are still cleaning sand and dirt out of it.
Great small-town dealership: Worth the drive - Dude_Wheres-My-Car
We located a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota at Pitts Toyota that we were very interested in from an ad on Autotrader.com. We live in Atlanta and had already test-driven several cars at Atlanta Toyota and at one used car dealership. We reached out to Internet Manager Mary Linda Flanders, and she made an appointment with Sales Consultant Tommy Roberts for us to meet that afternoon to test-drive the car.
When we arrived, we were immediately impressed with the immaculate condition of the car, and realized during our time there that all pre-owned vehicles are carefully detailed and serviced before being offered for sale. That was a pleasant surprise after driving several cars at 2 dealerships in Atlanta where the cars were in less desirable condition – vehicles with signs of wheel curb rash, scrapes, dings, interior stains, and lack of effort to detail the cars. We were also impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of every employee we dealt with. We decided we were interested in purchasing the car. After going back & forth a couple of times between our Sales Consultant and the Sales Manager regarding the car’s price and the value of our trade-in vehicle, we agreed on a price we felt comfortable with. We completed the transaction and drove back to Atlanta that afternoon with our “new” Certified Pre-Owned Toyota.
Thank you to Mary Linda Flanders for making a positive first impression and recommending the restaurant Company Supply for a great place to eat in historic downtown Dublin, only 1 block away. Thanks to Tommy Roberts for his friendliness, honesty and transparency in the transaction. We also greatly appreciate our pleasant experience with Garry Britt (Sales Manager) and Jed Barker (Finance Director). Service Advisor Blake McCranie was very helpful and courteous in printing out the service history on the car we were purchasing, since it was a local Dublin car that had been serviced at Pitts Toyota.
Our entire experience was such a pleasure, we have actually discussed possibly driving from Atlanta to Dublin once or twice a year for service and maintenance! Thank you all!
