I am reaching out seeking an IMMEDIATE resolution after... - msmercer368
I am reaching out seeking an IMMEDIATE resolution after waiting nearly 30 days to have my account updated to reflect the agreement which I signed for with Stone Mountain Toyota on 12/28/2020. After patiently waiting and contacting your company on three separate occasions prior to this writing, I am shocked to see that Stone Mountain Toyota still refuses to provide the information needed to release me from my initial financing agreement with Capital One. NOTE: My last contact was today, during which I was rudely advised that "someone will call you after we get through inking deals". Stone Mountain Toyota refuses to accurately present my account status in order to allow me to make the agreed upon payment vs. simply maintaining grossly outdated/erroneous information that only serves to unfairly profit off of invalid payment amounts even though the Capital One Office of the President has personally requested resolution.

Very disappointed with a recent oil/filter change... - dnd2634
Very disappointed with a recent oil/filter change completed 3 February 21 due to my discovering an oil leak. I returned to your facility 4 February to have the problem corrected. I was informed the oil filter gasket and oil pan drain plug were checked and found to be satisfactory. In addition I was informed that most likely oil was spilled onto the oil pan skid plate which was removed and cleaned. I departed your facility a happy camper, however, upon my inspection of the skid plate I can assure anyone it was not removed and cleaned. Now folks, not only have I been inconvenienced by having to return to your facility I'm now wondering about the validity of what I'm told about my vehicle service. Believe all will agree when the oil/filter is changed there shouldn't be leaks to one's driveway. How about a free oil change when it's due again. Kudos to the front desk service reps, they were outstanding. You can reach me at; firstname.lastname@example.org or 706-284-3537

I don't know from where to start writing about my 2020... - merajhassan
I don't know from where to start writing about my 2020 Camry buying experience. I have researched earlier before entering the Newnan dealership. And also had positive reviews on the dealership & designated salesperson I made my appointment. Ryan Staple and Newnan Toyota really impressed me with their friendly and helpful attitude. The most important factor I noticed about them is their transparency on the price and overall cost of the car. The true drive out price was exactly same as I spoke earlier before going to the dealership. And they did not hide/add any unnecessary crappy price; like Nitrogen filled tire fee, window tilt fees etc. Moreover, as I traded-in my 2017 Nissan Sentra Newnan Toyota also provide the payoff balance before the 10 day period. I would like to thank Sales person Ryan Staple, Finance Manager Vu and rest of the team for making my experience so wonderful. You not only earned my business this time, but also next time if I decided to buy a Toyota next time. Thanks again.
Worst service ever in 35 years of owning a Toyota. They... - Disappointed
Worst service ever in 35 years of owning a Toyota. They replaced a tail light. The turn signal & reverse light did not work after I got it home. The light did not even look like the other one. Had to make appt to get it fixed. Checked before I left, yep it looked the same as other light and worked. Again after I got home realized the rear bumper is not flush on one side (the bumper is remover to replace the light). So I contacted the Service Manager, Desaray, and I am to contact her as to when I can bring it in AGAIN. Contacted early in the morning, left VM. No return Csll. Called again before lunch and Receptionist said she would carry the message directly to her. And here it is over an hour later and no return call. Looking now for another dealership to do my service and purchase my next car. And because of this experience may not be a Toyota. Service Manager’s name is spelled Desiree.
I took my grand daughter here to purchase her first... - Sanblasdan0
I took my grand daughter here to purchase her first vehicle. She worked hard and saved up $10,000. First, we stopped at Beaver Toyota in Cumming where we found a highly-rated beautiful dealership, which included luxury seating and a built in cafe! We had also read glowing reviews and I can see why. They have created an amazing feel-good environment. However, my school teacher niece had tried to purchase a 4 Runner at Beaver the month prior, and she indicated they weren't willing to deal on a $50,000 vehicle, so she ended up buying from Nalley Toyota. We had the same results. At any rate, we ended up at this AutoNation Toyota. The place is under construction and it doesn't have any of the glitter and pomp and circumstances felt at Beaver. But what they did have was an amazing willingness to make the best deal. My grand daughter saved thousands of dollars, literally. The staff was fantastic and although we missed the fanfare offered at Beaver, my grand daughter will benefit for years to come on the savings.

I made my very first new vehicle purchase here at... - NISMO
I made my very first new vehicle purchase here at AutoNation Toyota Thornton, and my sales Max is definitely the best and the most professional sales I've deal with in any Toyota dealership.
As I mentioned since it's my first new car, I was being very picky on the car features, options, color, and the current mileage (even though they are all new, but some had well over 50 miles on them already). Max understands that and we walked in the parking lot going through them one by one just to make sure I'm getting the car that I want. I would go to him if I need anther Toyota in the future.
Meanwhile, the service department is terrible that I would recommend separating the reviews between the sales and service because the service is hurting the ratings for sure. I took my new car to the service center after 5k miles because I constantly smelled engine coolant. The service advisor tried to convince me that all new cars smells, so I explained new cars may have a little burning smell but definitely not engine coolant smell and certainly would not last over 5k miles.
He was so intimidated by my response and started arguing he's absolutely correct that he used to be a certified technician, and then he proceeded to twist open the coolant reservoir wanting to smell it.
Keep in mind for most of newer vehicles that the reservoir has integrated into part of engine coolant close-loop system, so in other words the reservoir is pressurized since the engine is still hot. I warned him not to open it but then again the service advisor had to act like he's always right, so he said the reservoir is fine and kept on twisting open the cap even though the cap had the same warning printed on it.
The outcome was, a jet stream of coolant mixed with air shoot out of the cap as soon as the cap was loose. That scared the crap out of the service advisor and he literally jumped, but a second later he put on a super fake grin face and told me "see it's totally fine."
I had a pretty good laugh so in a way I actually had to thank him for that, but for future service needs.....I think I'll pass.
Terrible service makes the USED CAR dealer the moniker... - Leenemeth
Terrible service makes the USED CAR dealer the moniker stick. Went to use Kelly Blue Book to sell a car. KBB suggested an amount that seemed reasonable. Marietta Toyota called to to purchase the car. I drove over and the Salesrep looked my car over and quoted me a number higher than what I received by KBB. As with auto dealers he th had to go to he manager. After he look over the car he cam back with an offer $2,000 less that what the Salesrep had come up with. The reason I was give. Was the tires needed to. E replaced. Does anyway know where you can by tires o $2,000 at wholesale? I may My recommendation is do not waste our time going there they will keep you waiting and then.

On Dec 26 2020 I arrived at world toyota at 4:15pm. I had an appointment for 4:30pm. I rushed from work to get an oil change. When I arrived a representative told me to wait in the car. I waited for 25min. Then another representative came to me. I told him I had an appointment at 4:30 and he told me we are about to close come back at 10am tomorrow. I am shocked that this dealer clearly cared less about my time. I didn't appreciate waiting that long and not getting service. I have visited this dealer a few times prior and had no complaints. Please fix this issue and only schedule appointments you can actually take. My time and gas thanks you in advance.
Very Disappointed - Thatguy17
Although we purchased a vehicle from here this dealership is horrible. I will never return nor buy another car from here or any of their chains. Our sales manager said one thing and did the complete opposite. Cleanup of the vehicle was horrendous. A week later and we are still cleaning sand and dirt out of it.
Great small-town dealership: Worth the drive - Dude_Wheres-My-Car
We located a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota at Pitts Toyota that we were very interested in from an ad on Autotrader.com. We live in Atlanta and had already test-driven several cars at Atlanta Toyota and at one used car dealership. We reached out to Internet Manager Mary Linda Flanders, and she made an appointment with Sales Consultant Tommy Roberts for us to meet that afternoon to test-drive the car.
When we arrived, we were immediately impressed with the immaculate condition of the car, and realized during our time there that all pre-owned vehicles are carefully detailed and serviced before being offered for sale. That was a pleasant surprise after driving several cars at 2 dealerships in Atlanta where the cars were in less desirable condition – vehicles with signs of wheel curb rash, scrapes, dings, interior stains, and lack of effort to detail the cars. We were also impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of every employee we dealt with. We decided we were interested in purchasing the car. After going back & forth a couple of times between our Sales Consultant and the Sales Manager regarding the car’s price and the value of our trade-in vehicle, we agreed on a price we felt comfortable with. We completed the transaction and drove back to Atlanta that afternoon with our “new” Certified Pre-Owned Toyota.
Thank you to Mary Linda Flanders for making a positive first impression and recommending the restaurant Company Supply for a great place to eat in historic downtown Dublin, only 1 block away. Thanks to Tommy Roberts for his friendliness, honesty and transparency in the transaction. We also greatly appreciate our pleasant experience with Garry Britt (Sales Manager) and Jed Barker (Finance Director). Service Advisor Blake McCranie was very helpful and courteous in printing out the service history on the car we were purchasing, since it was a local Dublin car that had been serviced at Pitts Toyota.
Our entire experience was such a pleasure, we have actually discussed possibly driving from Atlanta to Dublin once or twice a year for service and maintenance! Thank you all!
