After going back and forth with pricing and such I was told by the manager (Kamar-sp?) we could “get to the price you’re looking for monthly” to sign and they would make it work. I had asked specifically to run everything through the credit Unions if running my credit (they initially said they do not work with my usual credit Union First Commerce). Not surprisingly my credit was run through GM financial INSTEAD after asking it not to be and of course brought back a higher percentage rate 7.85% (even with my good credit.) I questioned the manager why he did that and he explained he thought it would be the better option. Of course this made me frustrated and we left unhappy being told to call our credit union and try to work it out, basically do all the leg work that should’ve been done in the first place by your manager. Even still against my better judgement I tried to make the deal work and I called my credit union and got the numbers right with a much better percentage rate of 3.9% and term we could make work. I called back to explain all this to the manager and stated what price out the door would be needed. Basically got a call back that they couldn’t/wouldn’t do it. You lost a deal over $1500 bucks. I give you a one star rating for your managers actions, your inability to make it right after those actions and losing a sale over a slim margin. I will not recommend to anyone and I hope you stay honest and keep this review up in the interest of transparency to others so they know what they’re walking into. FYI this deal was for my fiancé, I also went to this dealership 2 years ago when I was looking for a new truck and was the SAME scenario. Ended up at a dealer in Tallahassee and was extremely satisfied then and will be the same outcome this time.

Hi I have had a great experience with the service department. Once I was told by another dealer I needed a battery but that dealer did no have a battery , so I went to prince and I did not need a battery , the ends just needed tighting up. They were very busy on a friday just before closing but they did not rush me. It was very nice so I called today for a oil change. They were again able to work me in and took their time to check everything. They drove me back to work and the price was lower than quoted. The driver was very friendly, (sorry I didn't get his name). The service man on the phone and in person was very friendly and helpful. The only thing, It was raining when I picked up my car and it was not pulled up under the sally port for me. I will recommend this place and I will be back again. Thanks Nancy

I live about 3 hours away from Hobson in Santa Rosa County, FL, but they had the vehicle I was looking for at a heck of a price. We worked everything out over text and email, I drove up there and got back on the road in a hurry. Even factoring in the drive time, it took less time than my last car purchase did in town.
They were able to get better financing than I could get using the lowest local credit union in my area, and handled the tax/tag/title flawlessly, too, which is not always best for out-of-state purchases. Next time I need to buy a car, I'm just going to send Bubba what I'm looking for and wait for him to find it.

Terrible customer service and very unresponsive. Contacted the dealer about a vehicle 2 weeks ago and received a text from a rep & she never followed back or responded to any text messages after the 1st day. 2ndly I recieved a email that claimed the dealership was closed and they would return my call as soon as they reopen. I had several co workers and family attempt to contact the dealer about the vehicle & the received no response as well. Lastly, there are 5-7 different numbers for the dealer and no one ever answered any of the numbers. Ive monitored the vehicle for several days & to my surprise today 9/23/2020 the vehicle was sold. So obviously either the rep I was dealing with wanted the vehicle for herself or one of the employees wanted it for themselves. SO if you look for a dealership that will keep all the best deals to THEMSELVES & leave the remaining trash vehicles to the public...COME TO PARKER CHEVROLET!!!(Suge Knight voice)

Sales staff is great! Everyone in sales is friendly and knowledgeable of the cars and trucks they are selling. I used Jeff Jones to sell me the last 3 vehicles. Teri underwood in finance is great as well! She talked me into an extended coverage on my first vehicle and all since and glad she did! I had to go in for a water pump base warranty was up but since I had the coverage I only had to pay $100

Worst customer service ever! I found a car I loved at Mott's. Had to drive to Orange Park to do the loan closing (nearest Chase Bank). I was on my way back and called to let Mott's know I had the check but could not get there until 11:45 (they closed at 12:00). The woman I spoke with very rudely told me I needed to be there by 11:00 for them to see me the vehicle. I explained that it was impossible since I was driving from Jacksonville. She adamantly told me no one would stay to sell me the vehicle. I asked about their hours during the week. She said I needed to be there by 4pm to buy the vehicle. I explained that I work and could not be there that early. She said sorry with so much attitude I could not believe what I was hearing. I asked if she was seriously telling me I'd have e to take my business elsewhere because no one there would stay a few minutes to seek me this car. She said the car wasn't going anywhere, that I'd figure it out. I asked again if someone could stay a few minutes, she said, "no, we don't do that". So I took my business to Walt's.
Let me tell you about Walt's. They found me a car I love, found a lender and argued to get me an awesome interest rate. Had the car detailed and the gas talk full and had me out the door in less than 2 hours. I even got a hug before leaving. That is what customer service is all about. They have my business and my family's business for life.

I wrote to the dealer and they said they will look into it and that they will detail my car and get rid of the grease on my head liner but they never did, I sent two emails to Joedy Tidwell the service director asking when can I take my car in and got no answer.
