This dealerships service department is the best and I would tell anyone to come here. We broke down on our way to Florida at 4:30 on a Friday with no brakes. We made it to the dealership by god's luck as we were using the emergency brakes. The service manager was wonderful. He drove us to a hotel to spend the night and did an emergency fix on our brakes next day on a Saturday. They had to go pick up our parts due to we have a Nissan truck so they could do the work. We were back on the road after worrying our vacation was over. Coastal Jeep is wonderful. I would drive down the 5 hours to get a vehicle from them. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.

Purchased new Jeep a few years ago. Should have thoroughly check tires which were supposedly brand new. Recently noticed tire leak. Local Firestone showed me where tire had been plugged on sidewall. Since I have never had any of the tires repaired or even the Jeep in a shop since I purchased, I had to assume the tire was sold to me like that when I purchased from Stallings Motors in Cairo. This vehicle was driven by Clarence (dealership salesperson) to me in Florida. I gave the dealership salesperson, dealership owners & CEO an opportunity to resolve. No reply from owners or CEO. Salesperson blamed it on the dealership they obtained the Jeep from, but refused to take any further action. Since I purchase a new vehicle every 4 years or so, I will be sure to exclude Stallings (appropriately named) from my options. Customer service is merely an advertising campaign, not backed by any supporting evidence. I never understand why companies spend millions of $$'s on trying to gain new business, rather than taking care of those who spend thousands with them and relying on the best form of advertising...Word of Mouth.
2013 Fuel filter change - chartreux2u
Went in for my fuel filter to be changed and truck never ran right after it, we travel full time so when we arrived in Pocatello, ID my fuel filter gauge was showing only 5% remaining we only used 500 Gallons of fuel since the change and only 7246 miles.
So I went to Lithia Dodge and that's when I found out that my truck had 2 different fuel filters on it and Hutson Motor co only changed one of them but charged me for a full hour of labor.
The truck has been running fine now that both filters have been changed like it was suppose to be.
Called Chrysler customer service and they talked to the service techs which lied and told customer service that I refused to have the second fuel filter changed after they told me there was 2 filters.
I was never told about the second filter until Pocatello, ID, I sent my copies of the work done to customer service which showed no mention of a 2nd fuel filter.
I would not recommend going to the dealer for anything they proved they are dishonest with there lies to cover up their lack of required work by manufactures guide lines of service.

I had to stop here while on the road. they said I needed breaks. while with the dealer an employee accidently smashed the front grill of my caravan. The dealer agreed they did the damage. told me to get my car fixed and they would reimburse me. The bill was very low. The repair shop only charged for the part. and the dealership won't reimburse me even though they have the bill and promised they would reimburse me. We are only talking $350. Very Sad

I definitely wouldn't suggest inquiring about a vehicle from this dealership. The salesman Dylan ran my credit without my permission. I told him I only wanted numbers to send to my credit union.
I gave him my information believing it would only be a soft pull since he stated my credit wouldn't be ran. Nope, it was hard pull. So he called me this morning talking about another dealership that ran my credit in OCTOBER. It's December. October had nothing to do with December. That dealership had permission, whereas you didn't. I explained that, so he transferred me over to rude xxx Lee.
Lee is a joke. He basically told me that a soft pull and a hard inquiry is the same. HA! No, Lee. A soft pull doesn't affect your credit but a hard pull does. Anything to cover up for his incompetent salesman I guess.
I've already spoke to a consumer's protection lawyer and I'll be suing for a violation of the Fair Credit Act.
